controller 7 for
controlling the heat power of the heaters 6 is arranged on a housing of the
fixing portion 3. The
bladeless fan capable of adjusting the outlet air temperature can blow out hot-
blast air at
different temperatures by controlling the heat power of the heaters 6 through
the touch-screen
controller 7, and also has timing function. Therefore, the fan can be adjusted
and controlled
according to different temperature and timing requirements, so as to be
convenient and practical.
The heat power of the heaters 6 can be achieved by current adjustment.

CA 02786350 2012-08-15
[0026] As illustrated in Fig. 1, the touch-screen controller 7 is provided
with a power button
for controlling the on-off of the fan, a rotation button for controlling the
horizontal rotation of
the fan, a temperature adjustment button for adjusting the outlet air
temperature and a timing
button for controlling the timed shut-down of the fan. The functions such as
the on-off of a
power supply for the fan, the rotation of the fan, the adjustment of the
outlet air temperature and
the timed shut-down of the fan can be realized by touching the buttons
respectively. Of course,
the buttons can be added or removed according to actual conditions. For
example, the timing
button can be not set in the case that the timing function of the fan is not
required. Likewise,
corresponding buttons can be added in the case that other functions are
required.
[0027] A mounting housing 11 is arranged inside the air outlet device 2, and
the heaters 6 are
arranged inside the mounting housing 11. A large amount of heat can be
generated in the case
that the heaters 6 are electrified, so a housing made of heat-resistant
materials is required for
fixing the heaters 6. In the invention, the heaters 6 are arranged inside
cavities 111 of the
mounting housing 11.
[0028] Wherein, the mounting housing 11 comprises the hollowed-out cavities
111 for
receiving the heaters 6; ribs 13 for fixing the heaters 6 are arranged inside
the cavities 111; and

the air outlet device 2 is wider by the addition of the angle positioning ring
9, thus the
practicality is strong.
[0031] Wherein, an air outlet 10 is arranged on the inner circumference of the
air outlet
device 2; the caliber of the air outlet 10 is gradually increased from the
inside to the outside;
and the inner surface of the air outlet device 2 is an inclined plane. Not
only the air blown out
from the air outlet 10 can be smoothly blown out along the smooth inclined
plane but also the
air outlet direction can be appropriately adjusted.
[0032] Wherein, a motor shield 16 and a motor pedestal 17 are also arranged
inside the fixing
portion 3; the motor 15 is arranged between the motor shield 16 and the motor
pedestal 17; and
wire clamp blocks 19 are arranged outside the motor shield 16. As illustrated
in Fig. 6, a
plurality of the wire clamp blocks 19 are arranged outside the motor shield
16. The wiring
direction of each wire clamp block 19 is perpendicular to the horizontal
direction, so that wires
led out from the motor 15 can be favorably fixed and perpendicularly clamped
on the wire
clamp blocks 19, thus the positioning effect is good and the practicality is
strong.
[0033] Wherein, heat reflection plates are arranged inside the air outlet
device 2 at positions
corresponding to the heaters 6. The heat reflection plates have two functions:
one is for the heat
generated by the heaters 6 to be reflected and emitted to the direction of the
air outlet 10, so that
the heat can be quickly conducted out; and the other is for a housing of the
air outlet device 2 to
be protected, so that the damage caused by overhigh temperature can be
avoided.
