Abstracts

English Abstract

A lending method, and a data interaction processing method, device and system. The lending method comprises: according to a borrowing request of a second participant, a first funds management server (FFMS) opens an electronic commitment payment certificate (ECPC) which is less than a borrowing value requested by the second participant; according to the ECPC opened by the FFMS, said server freezes funds of the first participant which are equal to the value of the ECPC ; a second funds management server grants first funds to the second participant which are equal to the value of the ECPC , and grants second funds to the second participant according to a remainder borrowing request initiated by the second participant; the first funds and the second funds are set by the second funds management server to be returned within a preset time. The present invention reduces the lending risk for a lender.


French Abstract

Une méthode de prêt, une méthode de traitement de l'interaction des données, un dispositif et un système sont décrits. La méthode de prêt comprend : selon une demande de prêt d'un deuxième participant, un premier serveur de gestion des fonds (FFMS) ouvre un certificat de paiement d'engagement électronique (ECPC) d'une valeur moindre que la valeur de prêt demandée par le deuxième participant; selon l'ECPC ouvert par le FFMS, ledit serveur gèle les fonds du premier participant d'une valeur égale à celle de l'ECPC; un deuxième serveur de gestion de fonds accorde de premiers fonds au deuxième participant, les fonds étant de valeur égale à l'ECPC, et accorde de deuxièmes fonds au deuxième participant selon une demande du reste de prêt amorcée par le deuxième participant; le deuxième serveur de gestion fixe une période de remboursement pour les premiers et les deuxièmes fonds. The Claims
[Claim 1] A lending method, wherein the method includes:
The First Participant applies to the first Funds-Management server for opening
an
electronic commitment payment certificate according to the borrowing request
of
the Second Participant; wherein the value of the electronic commitment payment

certificate is less than the value of the borrowing requested by the Second
Participant, and the First Participant uses account fund or credit line as a
guarantee
to apply to the first Funds-Management server and is opened by the first
Funds-Management server;
The first Funds-Management server freezes the funds equal to the value of the
electronic commitment payment certificate of the First Participant according
to the
electronic commitment payment certificate opened by the first Funds-Management

server;
The second Funds-Management server receives the electronic commitment
payment certificate opened by the first Funds-Management server and issues the

first fund to the equal value of the electronic commitment payment certificate
to the
Second Participant; and
The second Funds-Management server issues a second fund to the Second
Participant according to the remaining borrowing request initiated by the
Second
Participant; wherein the sum of the value of the first fund and the second
fund is
equal to the value of loan request, and the first fund and the second fund are
set by
the second Funds-Management server to be returned within a predetermined time.
[Claim 2] According to the borrowing method in claim 1, wherein the step of
the First
Participant applying to the first Funds-Management server for opening the
electronic commitment payment certificate according to the borrowing request
of
the Second Participant including:
The Second Participant initiates the borrowing request through a server
platform;
and
The First Participant receives the borrowing request and applies to the first
Funds-Management server according to the borrowing request and opens the
electronic commitment payment certificate by the first Funds-Management
server.
[Claim 3] According to the borrowing method in claim 1, wherein the first
Funds-Management server is a Funds-Management server of a first bank, the

second Funds-Management server is a Funds-Management server of a second bank,
and the third funds management Server platform is the third bank or
Funds-Management server of third-party payment platform;
Wherein the frozen funds are deposits of the Second Participant on the first
Funds-Management server or a credit limit given by the first Funds-Management
server to the Second Participant or a Second Participant's real estate is
mortgaged
by the first Funds-Management server.
[Claim 4] According to the borrowing method in claim 2, wherein the first
Funds-Management server is a Funds-Management server of a first bank, the
second Funds-Management server is a Funds-Management server of a second
bank, and the third funds management Server platform is the third bank or

Funds-Management server or a credit limit given by the first Funds-Management

Wherein the value of the electronic commitment payment certificate is the

Participant applies to the first Funds-Management server for its account funds
or
credit line as a guarantee and is opened by the first fund Funds-Management
server;
Freezes the funds equal to the value of the electronic commitment payment
certificate of the First Participant according to the electronic commitment

certificate; and
Send the electronic commitment payment certificate to a second

The second Funds-Management server receives the electronic commitment
payment certificate that is opened by the first Funds-Management server
according to the application of the First Participant, wherein the application

issued to the requests of the First Funds-Management server for the request of
the
First Participant to receive the borrowing request from the Second
Participant. The
value of the electronic commitment payment certificate issued by the first
Funds-Management server is less than the value of the borrowing requested by

Second Participant and the First Participant provided with the account funds

credit limit as a guarantee to the first Funds-Management server for

Issues the value of first fund equal to the electronic commitment payment

particular, to a borrowing method,
data interaction processing method, device and system.

[4] With the 2G / 3G and even the 4G era is coming, as well as the
widespread of WiFi
hotspot, it marks the advent of the era of big data today. All the user's
daily behaviour can
theoretically achieve processing a variety of data by means of the network
constructed by
mobile data network provided by major operators, wireless local area networks
such as
WiFi and Internet technology. Therefore, the network environment has
advantages over the
offline in the real world in terms of user-friendliness, but how to use the
network to
guarantee data interaction and reduce risks, there is no effective solution.
[51 Take a user processing the data in his daily life as an example,
when a user applies for a
loan, a loan may be directly borrowed between an individual and individual or
an
individual borrows from a bank. However, the borrowing activity between
individuals and
individuals is usually agreed by the borrower and the lender through the oral
or written
agreement. After the borrower provides the borrower's assets, due to the lack
of financial
guarantee and regulatory mechanism, it have brought great risk to the lender.

adopted in this
invention is to provide a lending method, including: According to a loan
request of a
Second Participant, a First Participant applies to a first Funds-Management
server for
opening the electronic commitment payment certificate; Wherein the value of
the
electronic commitment payment certificate is less than the value of the loan
requested by
the Second Participant, and the First Participant use the account funds or the
credit limit as
the deposit to apply to the first Funds-Management server and the first Funds-

present invention is to provide a lending method, where the method including:

Participant; And

the borrowed value requested by the Second Participant and the accounts funds

line of the First Participant are used as the deposit to apply to the first

including: the first data initiator initiates a request that needs to add a
first data value to its
data unit to the First Service Party based on the first data initiator and the
First Service
Party opens a data certificate smaller than the first data value according to
an application of
the first data initiator; wherein the data certificate is a quantitative tool
of a pre-established
data association relationship between the first data initiator and the First
Service Party; the
First Service Party based on the data certificate opened by the First Service
Party locks the
data unit of the first data initiator and the first part of the data which is
equal to the data
value represented by the data certificate; a Second Service Party receiving
the data
certificate opened by the First Service Party and adding data values equal to
the data of the
first part to the data requested party data unit; the Second Service Party is
set to add data
values equal to the data size of the first part of the data unit to the second
service data unit
within the scheduled time; the Second Service Party requests data requests for
data value
equal to the data size of the second part based on the data requested by the

terminal; wherein the data certificate is a quantitative tool of a pre-
established data
association relationship between the first data initiator terminal and the
First Server; the
Second Server is used to receive the data certificate opened by the First
Server and adding
data values equal to the data of the first part to the data unit of the data

module, is used for
adding the data which is equal to data in the first part data to the data unit
of data requester;
adding the data value that is equal to the data size of the second part,
according to the data
request initiated by the data requester, add the data value that is equal to
the data size of the
second part; wherein the sum of the first part data and the second part data
is the first data
value; the Second Server is set to add data value equal to the data of the
first data unit to
the Second Server data unit within the scheduled time.
[17] In the above scheme, during the data interaction process, since the
service party is added to
the data initiator (loan requester) and the data requestor (borrower), and the
relationship
between data initiator and the service party, the service party and the data
requestor are
established, it provides data monitoring and data feedback for the data
interaction between
the data initiator and the data requestor so as to improve data security and
data exchange
stability.

[33] In the method of the present invention, the First Participant is a
loan initiator, and the
Second Participant is a borrower.
[34] Referring to Figure 2, further, step S10, that is, the First
Participant applies to the first
Funds-Management server for opening the electronic commitment payment
certificate
according to the borrowing request of the Second Participant, specifically by
the following
steps:
[35] Step SlOa, the Second Participant initiates the borrowing request
through a server platform.

[36] Wherein, the server platform can be an e-commerce platform, and the
borrower may also
visit the e-commerce platform through an application installed in an
intelligent terminal to
complete the initiation of a borrowing request.
[37] Step SlOb, the First Participant receives the borrowing request, and
applies to the first
Funds-Management server according to the borrowing request, and opens the
electronic
commitment payment certificate by the first Funds-Management server.
[38] The loan initiator can also visit the server platform to find and
receive the borrowing
request of the borrower. Further, the loan initiator can check loan requests
initiated by a
several borrowers through the server platform, and select a suitable request
to receive.
[39] Step S11, the first Funds-Management server, according to the
electronic commitment
payment certificate opened by the first Funds-Management server, freezes the
value of
First Participant's funds which is equal to the electronic commitment payment
certificate.
[40] The frozen fund is a deposit of the Second Participant in the first
Funds-Management
server or a credit limit given by the first Funds-Management server to the
Second
Participant, or the Second Participant mortgage the real estate to the first
Funds-Management server.
[41] Step S12, the second Funds-Management server receives the electronic
commitment
payment certificate opened by the first Funds-Management server and issues the
first fund
to the equal value of the electronic commitment payment certificate to the
Second
Participant. Wherein the issued first fund is set by the second Funds-
Management server to
be returned within a predetermined time.
[42] In the present example, the first Funds-Management server is a first
bank
Funds-Management server, and the second Funds-Management server is a
Funds-Management server of a second bank.
[43] In other examples, the first Funds-Management server and the second
Funds-Management
server are the same Funds-Management server.
[44] Step S13, the second Funds-Management server issues the second fund to
the Second
Participant according to the remaining borrowing request initiated by the
Second
Participant. The sum of the value of the first fund and the second fund is
equal to the value
of the loan requested for borrowing. The first fund and the second fund are
set by the
second Funds-Management server to be returned within a predetermined time.
[45] Further, before the second Funds-Management server issues the second
fund to the Second
Participant, the Second Participant also conducts a credit evaluation and
issues a second
fund if the second Funds-Management server passes the assessment.
[46] For example, the borrower issues a borrowing request for a loan of
100,000. After

receiving the borrowing request, the loan initiator applies to the first bank
for opening an
electronic commitment payment certificate and the value of the electronic
commitment
payment certificate issued by the application is only 60,000. The first bank
freezes the
funds of the loan initiator of the loan in this first bank, wherein the value
of the frozen
funds equal to the value of the electronic commitment payment certificate. For
example,
freezing V60,000 of the loan initiator in bank deposits as a guarantee for the
loan initiator.
The second bank then receives the electronic commitment payment certificate
issued by the
first bank and issues 60,000 of the funds to the borrower. The borrower
requests the
second bank for the remaining 40,000 loans, at which time the second bank
issues
40,000 to the borrower when the credit rating is passed.
[47] For the loan party, the deposit of 60,000 in the bank are not lent to
the borrower by the
bank, but simply frozen by the bank. The 60,000 deposits are still in the
loan party's
account and belong to the loan party. As a result, the risk is greatly reduced
and the
additional benefits may also be gained because the 60,000 deposit still
belongs to himself.
For the borrower, it borrows from the loaner instead of borrowing from the
bank, but the
actual fund comes from the bank, and the fund is still returned to the bank.
Based on the
bank's solid strength and counter-force, it will strengthen self-discipline to
match the
borrowers to complete the whole borrowing process and also further reduces the
loan risk.
And because the bank's strength has made it easier to borrow money, the
borrower can
easily borrow money. For the banks, the lent funds of 60000 borrowed by the
loan party
were frozen 60,000 as a guarantee of storage, the risk is not borne by the
bank only, and
because of its solid strength and counter-force, and it can guarantee the
smooth completion
of the loan process to some extent. After the successful completion, it can
increase the
potential customers, obtain more customer information, and can also gain
additional
benefits during the lending process.
[48] In the above solution, when receiving Second Participant's borrowing
request, the First
Participant applies to the first Funds-Management server for opening an
electronic
commitment payment certificate less than the requested borrowing value, the
first
Funds-Management server freezes the funds of the First Participant that is
less than the
value of the electronic commitment payment certificate, and the second
Funds-Management server issues funds to the Second Participant that is equal
to the
requested loan according to the electronic commitment payment certificate;
meanwhile, the
second Funds-Management server issues the remaining loan to the Second
Participant.
Thus, using the Funds-Management server as an intermediary platform between
the Second
Participant and the First Participant, the First Participant guarantees to the

Funds-Management server and the Funds-Management server issues the loan to the
Second
Participant, thereby reducing the risk of the lending process.
[49] Please refer to Figure 3, it is a schematic flowchart of a borrowing
method in a third
example of the present invention. The method flow shown in this example
includes:
[50] Step S20, the first Funds-Management server receives the electronic
commitment payment
certificate that the First Participant requests to open a loan value less than
the Second
Participant's request according to the received loan request of the Second
Participant.
Wherein the value of the electronic commitment payment certificate is the
First Participant
applies to the first Funds-Management server for its account funds or credit
line as a
guarantee and is opened by the first fund Funds-Management server.
[51] In the method of the present invention, the First Participant is a

Management server to
be returned within a predetermined time.
[55] In the present example, the first Funds-Management server is a first
bank
Funds-Management server, and the second Funds-Management server is a
Funds-Management server of a second bank.

and the First
Service Party.

Server, a first part of data in the data unit of the first data initiator

[71] Step S42, the Second Service Party receives the data certificate
opened by the First Service
Party and adds the data value that is equal to the data size of the first part
in the unit.
Wherein the Second Service Party is set to add data values equal to the data
size of the first
part in the data unit to the data unit in the Second Service Party within a
scheduled time.
[72] Step S43, according to the data request initiated by the data
requester for adding the data
value equal to the size of the second part of data, the Second Service Party
adds the data
value equal to the data in the second part to the data unit of the data

first data value is the sum of the data values of the first part data and the

according to the second
example of the present invention, the method and process including:
[74] Step S50, the First Service Party initiates an application that
requests a first data to add a
first data value to its data unit according to the data requestor received by
the first data
initiator and opens a data certificate which the values is less than the first
data. Wherein the
data certificate is a quantitative tool of a pre-established data association
relationship
between the first data initiator and the First Service Party.
[75] Specifically, the data requester initiates a data request of the first
data through the first
server platform. The first data initiator applies to the Service Party through
the Second
Server platform for opening a data certificate that the value is less than the
first data.
[76] Wherein, the First Server platform and the Second Server platform can
be the same server
platform or different server platforms.
[77] Further, the First Server platform and the Second Server platform can
be an e-commerce
platform, and the data requester may also access the e-commerce platform
through an
application installed in the smart terminal to initiate the initiation of the
data request. The
data initiator responds to the data request through the e-commerce platform to
open the
data certificate to the First Service Party.
[78] Step S51, according to the data certificate, locking the first part of
the data unit in the first
data initiator which the value is equal to the representative of data
certificate.

example of the present invention. The method and process shown in this example

data unit, the value of data certificate is less than the first data and is a

pre-established data association relationship between the first data initiator
and the First
Service Party.
[82] Step S61, adds the data value equal to the data size of the first part
to the data requestor
data unit.
[83] Step S43, according to the data request initiated by the data
requester for adding the data
value equal to the size of the second part of data, adds the data value equal
to the data in
the second part to the data unit of the data requester. Wherein the sum of the
first part data
and the second part data is the first data value; the Second Service Party is
set to add data
values equal to the data size of the first part in the data unit to the data
unit in the Second
Service Party within a scheduled time.
[84] Please refer to Figure 8, it is a schematic diagram of a data
interaction processing system
according to an example of the present invention. The System 70 shown in this
example
includes a data request Terminal 71, a data originator Terminal 72, a First
Server 73, and a
Second Server 74.
[85] This data request terminal 71 is used to initiate a first data request
that needs to add a first
data value to its data unit.
[86] Wherein, the data request terminal 71 initiates a first data request
of the first data through
the first server platform.
[87] The first data initiator terminal 72 is used to submit an application
for opening a data
certificate to the First Service Party according to the first data request.
[88] Specifically, the first data initiator terminal 72 opens the data
certificate to the first server
73 through the Second Server platform.

the first data initiator

Party is set to add

[94] In this example, the first server 73 is a first Funds-Management
server, which can be a
bank. The Second Server 74 is a second Funds-Management server, which can be a
bank.
The third server 76 is a third Funds-Management server, which can be a bank or
a
third-party payment platform.
[95] In other examples, the First Server 73 and the Second Server 74 are
first
Funds-Management server, which can be a bank.
[96] Please refer to Figure 9, it is a data interaction processing
apparatus according to a first
example of the present invention. The data interaction processing apparatus 80
includes a
data certificate opening module 81, a processing module 82 and an issuing
module 83. In
the present example, the Device 80 operates in a banking system.
[97] The data certificate issuing module 81 is used to initiate the first
data request of first data to
its data unit according to the data requestor received by the first data
initiator and opens the
data certificate which the value is less than first data. Wherein, the data

certificate according to

apparatus according to a second
example of the present invention. The data interaction processing apparatus 90
shown in
this example includes a receiving module 91 and an issuing module 92. In the

example, the Device 90 operates in a banking system.
[103] The receiving module 91 is used to receive the data certificate
opened by the First Service
Party according to the application of the first data initiator. Wherein the
application is
issued for the data requestor received by the first data initiator to add a
first data value to its
data unit, the value of data certificate is less than the first data and is a
quantitative tool of a
pre-established data association relationship between the first data initiator
and the First
Service Party.
[104] The issuing module 92 is configured to add a data value equal to the
size of the first part
data to the data requester data unit; and a data request initiated by the data
requester to
increase a data value equal to a size of the second part data, adding to the
data requester
data unit a data value equal to the second part data size.
[105] Wherein the sum of the first part data and the second part data is
the first data value; the
Second Service Party is set to add data values equal to the data size of the
first part to the

[106] The present invention provides a borrowing method, a data interaction
processing method,
an apparatus, and a system. By pre-establish a data association relationship
between a data
initiator and a service party through a data certificate. When a data
initiator receives a data
request that the data requestor needs the first data, it opens a data
certificate which data
value is less than the first data to the service party, making the service
party freeze the data
association relationship represented by the data certificate and the data
initiator, the Second
Service Party can, according to the data certificate, add the corresponding
data value to the
data requestor. During the process of data interaction, since the service
party is added to the
data initiator First Participant) and the data requester (Second Participant),
and the
relationship of interaction between the data initiator and the service party,
the service party
and the data requester are established. Data interaction between the data
initiator and the
data requester is monitored and feed backed mutually. It adds the data
association,
enriching the content of data interaction, making if either side of the data
existing
problems, it can restore the corresponding data (or data association) by means
of the data
interaction between the other two parties to improve data security and data
interaction
stability.
[107] In the above examples, the present invention has been exemplary
described only, but
various modifications to the present invention can be made by those skilled in
the area after
reading this patent application without departing from the spirit and scope of
the present
invention.
