Method, System, And Device For Electronic Certificate Modification And
Data Exchange And Processing
[I] [Technical Field]
[2] The present invention relates to the field of electronic commerce, and
in particular, to a
method, system and device for changing electronic certificate and data
interaction.
[3] [Background Technology]
[4] E-commerce has become increasingly widely used in a variety of
commercial trade
activities, the so-called E-commerce is a business operation model that based
on the
browser and server applications helps consumer realize online shopping, online

transactions between merchants and online electronic payments, as well as a
variety of
business activities, trading activities, financial activities and related
integrated service
activities in the commercial trade, and in the Internet open network
environment.
[5] The current online electronic payment or online payment methods mainly
include bank
online banking payment (including credit card payment) and third-party
payment.
However, the credit bottleneck in the settlement process of on-line electronic
payment
(network payment) is always an obstacle in the development process of E-
commerce.
[6] In the current on-line electronic payment method, it is less risky to
guarantee the company
with a third party payment company. However, in the form of guarantee by a
third-party
payment company, when the payer completes the payment operation, the payee
will not be
able to change the payee bank until the payee receives the funds, and the
payee bank
cannot be able to change the receivable bank, and cannot provide the way to
deal with the
change of the receivable bank because of the abnormal situation.
[7] In addition, with the development of Internet technology, especially
mobile Internet
technology, users can use the 2G, 3G, 4G or WiFi mobile devices to transmit
data and
interact with each other. In the process of data interaction, a similar
situation is also
encountered.
[8] [Summary of the Invention]
[9] The main object of the present invention is to provide a method, system
and device for
electronic certificate change and data interaction processing that enable a
second terminal
user to arbitrarily change, through a second terminal, a server that receives
electronic
commitment payment certificate of the target data to through the server to
receive the
corresponding target data, the second terminal to receive data in a more
flexible way.
[10] One technical solution adopted in the present invention is to provide
a method for changing

WO 2017/011995 PCT/CN2015/084562
an electronic certificate, which includes: after the second terminal receives
an electronic
certificate delivered by a first Funds-Management server, the second Funds-
Management
server delivers a request for changing the receiving terminal of the
electronic certificate to
the third Funds-Management server, where the electronic certificate requests
the first
Funds-Management server for the first terminal user's account funds or credit
limit as a
deposit. The second Funds-Management server receives the request information
and
delivers the request information and the electronic certificate to the third
Funds-Management server; and the third Funds-Management server receives the
request
information and electronic certificate, and change the recipient information
of the

[34] [Description of the Preferred Examples]
[35] In order to explain on the technical content, construction
characteristics, the purpose and
effect of the invention, the following combination of the attached drawings
and the
embodiment of the invention are explained in detail.
[36] Please refer to Figure 1, a flowchart of a first example of an
electronic certificate alteration
method according to the present invention includes:
[37] Step 101: After receiving the electronic certificate delivered by the
first
Funds-Management server, the second terminal delivers the second Funds-
Management
server the receiving terminal for changing the electronic certificate as the
third
Funds-Management server request information.
6

CA 02993526 2018-01-22
WO 2017/011995 PCT/CN2015/084562
[38] Wherein, the electronic certificate refers to the application of the
first Funds-Management
server to freeze the corresponding Funds or credit limit of the first terminal
user account in
accordance with the application of the first terminal user, and open it in the
name of the
first funds-management server, and commit to settle in accordance with the
agreed
conditions. The basic business process of the electronic certificate is as
follows: the first
Funds-Management server freezes the required amount of funds according to the
application of the first terminal user to open the electronic certificate.
When the agreed
settlement conditions are reached, the Funds-Management server will release
the funds to
handle payment and settlement.
[39] In this implementation manner, before step 101, the second Funds-
Management server has
received the electronic certificate delivered by the first Funds-Management
server. In other
examples, if the second terminal delivers an electronic certificate to the
second
Funds-Management server when the request message is delivered, the second
Funds-Management server does not receive the electronic certificate delivered
by the
second Funds-Management server, and the second Funds-Management server may
feedback the message that it did not receive the electronic certificate to the
second
terminal, so that the second terminal can deliver the receiving terminal of
the change
electronic certificate to the second fun-management server for the third
Funds-Management server request information.
[40] Step 102: the second Funds-Management server receives the request
information, and
delivers the request information and the electronic certificate to the third
Funds-Management server.
[41] Before step 102, the method may further include the following steps:
the second
Funds-Management server verifies the status of the electronic certificate, and
delivers a
request message and an electronic certificate to the third Funds-Management
server after
the verification succeeds.
[42] In this example, the status of the electronic certificate is
electronic certificate information,
and the electronic certificate information includes basic information of the
first terminal,
the first Funds-Management server, the second terminal, and the second
Funds-Management server, and the second of course, the electronic certificate
information
also includes the quota information of the electronic certificate, the
clearing information,
the issuing time and the expiration date of the electronic certificate, and of
course, the
issuing time and the expiration date can also be directly replaced by the
expiration time.
[43] The status of the verification electronic certificate specifically
includes: the second
Funds-Management server determines whether the electronic certificate exceeds
the
7

CA 02993526 2018-01-22
WO 2017/011995 PCT/CN2015/084562
validity period according to the issuing time and validity of the electronic
certificate , and
determines whether the second Funds-Management server receives the funds equal
to the
value of the electronic certificate issued by the first Funds-Management
server according to
the quota information and the settlement information of the electronic
certificate.
[44] In the above authentication process, if the electronic certificate is
valid and the second
Funds-Management server does not receive the funds equal to the value of the
electronic
certificate and issued by the first Funds-Management server, the second
Funds-Management server delivers the third Funds- -Management server delivers
the
electronic certificate information, and changes the receiving terminal of the
electronic
certificate to the notification information of the third Funds-Management
server.
[45] In the above verification process, if the electronic certificate is
invalid or the second
Funds-Management server has received the first Funds-Management server payment
equal
to the value of the electronic certificate, the second Funds-Management server
delivers
verification failure to the second terminal, the second terminal cannot change
the receiving
terminal of the more electronic certificate for the third Funds-Management
server.
[46] Step 103: the third Funds-Management server receives the request
message and the
electronic certificate, and changes the receiving terminal information of the
electronic
certificate according to the request message.
[47] Step 103 specifically includes: the third Funds-Management server
receives the request
information and electronic certificate, and verifies the status of the
electronic certificate,
and changes the receiving terminal information of electronic certificate
according to the
request information after verification.
[48] The process of verifying the electronic certificate is similar to the
verification process of
the second Funds-Management server mentioned above, and details are not
described
herein again. After the verification fails, the third Funds-Management server
returns the
electronic certificate and the verification failure message to the second
Funds-Management
server, and may also deliver the second terminal a message indicating that the
verification
fails.
[49] After step 103, the method may further include:
[50] Step 104: the third Funds-Management server delivers the electronic
certificate change
information to the first Funds-Management server, the second Funds-Management
server,
and the second terminal.
[51] After step 104 is completed, the second terminal may deliver the
second account
information of the second terminal user to the third Funds-Management server,
and the
second Funds-Management server stops executing the service corresponding to
the

CA 02993526 2018-01-22
WO 2017/011995 PCT/CN2015/084562
electronic certificate. In other examples, the second account information of
the second
terminal user may be delivered together when the second terminal delivers the
request
information to the second Funds-Management server.
[52] After the step 104 is completed, after the first Funds-Management
server receives the
electronic certificate change information, when the first Funds-Management
server needs
to issue funds equal to the value of the electronic certificate to the second
Funds-Management server, the first Funds-Management server will distribute the
funds to
the third Funds-Management server according to the change information of the
electronic
certificate, so that the third Funds-Management server will release the funds
to the second
terminal user's second account.
[53] In a specific example, the first Funds-Management server is the Funds-
Management server
of the first bank, the second Funds-Management server is the Funds-Management
server of
the second bank, and the third Funds-Management server is the Funds-Management
server
of the third bank; the first terminal is terminal A, the first terminal user
is User A, the
second terminal is terminal B, and the second terminal user is User B.
[54] Electronic certificate refers to the electronic commitment payment
certificate that the first
bank opens on the application of the User A, or uses the credit limit and
opens in the name
of the first bank, and promises to settle according to the agreed conditions.
The basic
business process of electronic certificate: the first bank will freeze the
required amount of
funds according to the application of User A to open an electronic
certificate. When agreed
terms of settlement are reached, the first bank will pay the funds for payment
and
settlement.
[55] When User A needs to transfer Y100,000 funds to User B, it first
applies the terminal A to
the first bank to open an electronic certificate worth Y100,000, and sets up
user B's bank,
account number and the validity period of electronic certificate. Wherein, the
User A open
the electronic certificate worth Y100,000 on the premise that the User A in
the first bank
deposits, lines of credit or other forms of assets worth at least more than
Y100,000, after the
opening of the electronic certificate, the first The bank froze User A's worth
of Y100,000 in
First Bank.
[56] In the general process, the first bank delivers the electronic
certificate to the second hank,
the second bank receives the electronic certificate and delivers the
electronic certificate
information to the terminal B, and the User B confirms the information and
applies for
commissioning the second bank to receive funds; the first bank then release
Y100,000 of
funds, and transferred to the second bank, the second bank and then
transferred Y100,000 to
the User B's first account.
9

CA 02993526 2018-01-22
WO 2017/011995 PCT/CN2015/084562
[57] In this implementation manner, after the first bank delivers the
electronic certificate to the
second bank, the second bank receives the electronic certificate and delivers
the electronic
certificate information to the terminal B, and for some reasons, the User B
needs to receive
the electronic certificate through a third bank for some reasons and transfer
Y100,000 to his
second account through the third bank. The User B delivers the second bank the
request
information for changing the receiving terminal of the electronic certificate
to the third
bank to the second bank through the terminal B. In response to the request
message, the
second bank delivers an electronic certificate and the request message to the
third bank
when it is determined that the electronic certificate has not expired, and
that the second
bank has not received the first bank-issued fund equal in value to the
electronic certificate.
After determining that the electronic certificate has not expired, the third
bank changes the
receiving terminal information of the electronic certificate and delivers the
change
information to the first bank, the second bank and the terminal B. After
receiving the
information, user B sets his own receiving account as the second account and
delivers the
information to the third bank through terminal B. When the third bank receives
the first
bank and the electronic certificate issued by the equivalent value of
Y100,000, the 100,000
will be issued to the User B's second account.
[58] In the above solution, when the first terminal makes a payment to the
second terminal, the
first terminal needs to open an electronic certificate in the first Funds-
Management server
and deliver the second certificate to the second Funds-Management server. The
second
fund server delivers the electronic certificate information to the second
terminal, when the
electronic certificate is valid and the electronic certificate is not cleared,
the second
terminal may change the receiving terminal of the electronic certificate to
the third
Funds-Management server, and receive funds equal to the value of the
electronic certificate
through the third Funds-Management server, and allocate funds to the
corresponding
account of the second terminal. In the above way, the second terminal can
flexibly change
its collection fund server and the corresponding account, so as to ensure that
the second
terminal can receive the payment under abnormal conditions.
[59] Please refer to Figure 2, a flowchart of a second example of an
electronic certificate
alteration method according to the present invention is applied to a second
Funds-Management server. The method includes:
[60] Step 201: After receiving the electronic certificate delivered by the
first
Funds-Management server, the second Funds-Management server receives the
request
message for changing the receiving terminal of the electronic certificate
delivered by the
second terminal to the third Funds-Management server.

CA 02993526 2018-01-22
WO 2017/011995 PCT/CN2015/084562
[61] Wherein, the electronic certificate refers to the application of the
first Funds-Management
server to freeze the corresponding Funds or credit limit of the first terminal
user account in
accordance with the application of the first terminal user, and open it in the
name of the
first funds-management server, and commit to settle in accordance with the
agreed
[62] Step 202: After receiving the request information, the second Funds-
Management server
delivers the request information and the electronic certificate to the third
Funds-Management server, so that the third Funds-Management server changes the

receiving terminal information of the electronic certificate according to the
request
information.
[63] Before step 202, the method may further include the following steps:
the second
Funds-Management server verifies the status of the electronic certificate, and
delivers a
request message and an electronic certificate to the third Funds-Management
server after
the verification succeeds.
[64] This example is based on the implementation manner of the second Funds-
Management
server in the first example, and details are not described herein again.
[65] Please refer to Figure 3, a flowchart of a third example of an
electronic certificate alteration
method according to the present invention is applied to a third Funds-
Management server.
The method includes:
[66] Step 301: the third Funds-Management server receives the request
information and the
electronic certificate delivered by the second funds server, and changes the
receiving
terminal information of the electronic certificate according to the request
information.
[67] Wherein, the electronic certificate refers to the application of the
first Funds-Management
server to freeze the corresponding Funds or credit limit of the first terminal
user account in
accordance with the application of the first terminal user, and open it in the
name of the
first funds-management server, and commit to settle in accordance with the
agreed
The request message is delivered by the second
terminal to

the second Funds-Management server after the second terminal receives the
electronic
certificate delivered by the first Funds-Management server from the second
Funds-Management server. The request message includes the receiving terminal
of the
request for change of electronic certificate for the third Funds-Management
server.
[68] Wherein, Step 301 specifically includes: the third Funds-Management
server receives the
request information and electronic certificate, and verifies the status of the
electronic
certificate, and changes the receiving terminal information of electronic
certificate
according to the request information after verification.
[69] After step 301, the method further includes step 302: the third Funds-
Management server
delivers the electronic certificate change information to the first Funds-
Management server,
the second Funds-Management server, and the second terminal.
[70] This example is based on the implementation manner of the second Funds-
Management
server in the first example, and details are not described herein again.
[71] Please refer to Figure 4, a schematic structural diagram of an example
of an electronic
certificate alteration system 400 according to the present invention includes
a second
terminal 405, a second Funds-Management server 402, and a third Funds-
Management
server 403.

delivered by the first
Funds-Management server 401 in the second fun-management server 402, deliver
the
receiving terminal of the change electronic certificate to the second Funds-
Management
server402 for the request information of the third Funds-Management server403;
[73] Wherein, the electronic certificate refers to the application of the
first Funds-Management
server to freeze the corresponding Funds or credit limit of the first terminal
user account in
accordance with the application of the first terminal user, and open it in the
name of the
first funds-management server, and commit to settle in accordance with the
agreed
[74] The second Funds-Management server 402 is used to receive the request
message and
deliver the request message and the electronic certificate to the third Funds-
Management
server 403.

Funds-Management server freezes the required amount of funds according to the
application of the first terminal user to open the electronic certificate.
When the agreed
settlement conditions are reached, the Funds-Management server will release
the funds to
handle payment and settlement.
[84] The verification module 602 is uscd to verify the status of the
electronic certificate, and
deliver the request message and the electronic certificate to the third Funds-
Management
server when the verification succeeds.
[85] The delivering module 603 is used to deliver request information and
an electronic
certificate to the third Funds-Management server after receiving the request
information, so
that the third Funds-Management server changes the receiving terminal
information of the
electronic certificate according to the request information.
[86] This example is based on a device of the second Funds-Management
server in the first
example, and details are not described herein again.
[87] Please refer to Figure 7, a schematic structural diagram of a first
example of an electronic
certificate alteration device according to the present invention is shown. The
device 700 is
a second Funds-Management server. The device 700 includes a receiving module
701 and a
processing module 702.
[88] The receiving module 701 is used to receive the request information
and the electronic
certificate delivered by the second funds server.
[89] The processing module 702 is used to change receiving terminal
information of the
electronic certificate according to the request information.
[90] Wherein, wherein, the electronic certificate is the electronic
commitment payment
certificate that the first terminal user applies to the first Funds-Management
server with his
account fund or credit limit as a security deposit and is opened by the first
Funds-Management server and delivered to the second fund server; the request
message is
delivered to the second Funds-Management server after the second terminal
receives the
electronic certificate delivered by the first Funds-Management server from the
second
Funds-Management server terminal. The request information includes the
receiving
requesting to change the electronic certificate as the third Funds-Management
server.
[91] As shown in Figure 8, in another implementation, the device 800
includes a receiving
module 801, a verification module 802, a processing module 803, and a delivery
module
804.
[92] The receiving module 801 is used to receive the request information
and the electronic
certificate delivered by the second funds server.
[93] The verification module 802 is used for verifying the status of the
electronic certificate.

After the verification is passed, the receiving terminal of the electronic
certificate is
changed.
[94] The processing module 803 is used to change receiving terminal
information of the
electronic certificate according to the request information.
[95] The delivering module 804 is used to deliver the electronic
certificate change information
to the first Funds-Management server, the second Funds-Management server, and
the
second terminal.
[96] Wherein, wherein, the electronic certificate is the electronic
commitment payment
certificate that the first terminal user applies to the first Funds-Management
server with his
account fund or credit limit as a security deposit and is opened by the first
Funds-Management server and delivered to the second fund server; the request
message is
delivered to the second Funds-Management server after the second terminal
receives the
electronic certificate delivered by the first Funds-Management server from the
second
Funds-Management server terminal. The request information includes the
receiving
requesting to change the electronic certificate as the third Funds-Management
server.
[97] Please refer g to Figure 9, a flowchart of a first example of a data
interaction processing
method according to the present invention includes:
[98] Step 901: After receiving the data certificate delivered by the First
Server, the second
terminal delivers a request for changing the second data server to the third
server from the
Second Server.
[99] Wherein, data certificate is a quantitative tool used by the first
terminal as the
pre-established data association between the data initiator and the First
Server.
[100] Step 902: Second Server receives the request message and delivers the
request message and
data certificate to the third server.
[101] Step 903: The Third Server receives the request message and the data
certificate, and
changes the receiving terminal of the data certificate according to the
request message.
[102] The following uses data exchange as an example to illustrate this
example:
[103] First, User A has the ability to manage the terminal 1 through a
password, such as the
ability to use the password to log in to the management system through
terminal I .
[104] When User A needs User B to manage the system, User A makes an
application to server 1
based on the password, creates a password certificate by server 1, and
delivers the
password certificate to server 2.
[105] In general, the server 2 delivers the password to the in the terminal
2 after receiving the
password delivered by the server 1 according to the password certificate, and
the User B
can log on to the management system on terminal 2 through this password.

CA 02993526 2018-01-22
WO 2017/011995 PCT/CN2015/084562
[106] In this example, the above procedure may not be completed normally due
to the
abnormality of the terminal 2 or the server 2, and the User B delivers a
request message to
the server 2 through the terminal 2 to change the receiving terminal of the
password
certificate to the server 3. After receiving the request information, the
server 2 delivers the
password certificate and the request information to the server 3, and the
server 3 changes
the password certificate receiving server to the server 3 according to the
request
information.
[107] Therefore, when the server 1 needs to deliver the password to the server
2, the server 1
delivers the password to the server 3, and the server 3 delivers the password
to the terminal
2 again. The User B obtains the management authority of the management system.
[108] In the above solution, after receiving the data certificate delivered
by the First Server, the
second terminal delivers to the Second Server a request message for changing
the receiver
of the data certificate to the third server, where the data certificate is the
data certificate is a
quantitative tool used by the first terminal as the data association
relationship established
between the data initiator and the First Server. The Second Server receives
the request
information and delivers the request information and the data certificate to
the third server.
And the Third Server receives the request information and the data
certificate, and changes
the receiving terminal information of the data certificate according to the
request
information. In this way, the second terminal user can arbitrarily change, by
using the
second terminal, the server that receives the data certificate of the target
data. so as to
receive the corresponding target data through the server, thereby ensuring
that when the
second terminal fails or the connection with the Second Server is abnormal,
the data
certificate may be received by the third server, so that the second terminal
may receive data
more flexibly.
[109] Please refer to Figure 10, a flowchart of a first example of a data
interaction processing
method according to the present invention is applied to a Second Server. The
method
includes:
[110] Step 1001: After receiving the data certificate delivered by the
First Server, the Second
Server receives the request message delivered by the second terminal for
changing the data
certificate to the third server.
[1 1 1] Wherein, data certificate is a quantitative tool used by the first
terminal as the
pre-established data association between the data initiator and the First
Server.
[112] Step 1002: Second Server receives the request information and
delivers the request
information and the data certificate to the third server, so that the third
server changes the
receiving terminal information of the data certificate according to the
request information.
16

[113] Please refer to Figure 11, a schematic structural diagram of an example
of a data interaction
processing system according to the present invention includes a second
terminal 1105, a
Second Server 1102, and a third server 1103.
[114] The second terminal 1105 is used to deliver, after receiving the data
certificate delivered by
the First Server 1102, the Second Server 1102 to the Second Server 1102,
request
information for changing the receiving terminal of the data certificate to the
third server
1103.
[115] Wherein, data certificate is a quantitative tool used by the first
terminal 1104 as the data
association pre-established between the data initiator and the First Server
1101.
[116] Second Server 1102 is used to receive the request message and deliver
the request message
and the data certificate to Third Server 1103; and Third Server 1103 is used
to receive the
request message and the data certificate, and change the receiving terminal
message of the
data certificate according to the request message.
[117] Please refer Figure 12, a schematic structural diagram of an example of
a data interaction
processing device according to the present invention is shown. The device
includes a
receiving module 1201 and a delivering module 1202.
[118] The receiving module 1201 is used to receive, after receiving the
data certificate delivered
by the First Server, a request message that the receiver terminal for changing
the data
certificate and delivered by the second terminal device is the third server
request.
[119] Wherein, data certificate is a quantitative tool used by the first
terminal as the
pre-established data association between the data initiator and the First
Server.
[120] The delivering module 1202 is used to deliver the request information
and the data
certificate to the third server, so that the third server changes receiving
terminal
information of the data certificate according to the request information.
