Abstracts

English Abstract

Disclosed are an intelligent electronic commerce system, and a method and device for implementing same, relating to the field of Internet technology. The system comprises a manufacturer subsystem, a user subsystem, a bank subsystem, and an information bearer, wherein the information bearer transfers data information to the various subsystems in real time, and the various subsystems process the information according to respective time sequences after receiving the information transferred by the information bearer and append the data to which an instruction has been executed to the information bearer. In the present invention, the interactive dynamic relationship, the treatment, and the state of data in the commodity transaction segment, the payment segment, the logistics segment, the insurance segment, and the monitoring segment in an electronic commerce transaction are automatically handled to reduce manual intervention, thereby implementing automated business processing in business segments such as manufacturers, suppliers, banks, insurance companies, logistics companies, monitoring departments, and consumers, and implementing intelligent business logic, intelligent commodity turnover, intelligent supply chains, intelligent financial payment, and intelligent transaction monitoring.


French Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de commerce électronique intelligent, ainsi qu'un procédé et un dispositif permettant de mettre en uvre ce système, qui s'appliquent au domaine de la technologie Internet. Le système comprend un sous-système de fabricant, un sous-système d'utilisateur, un sous-système de banque et un support d'informations, le support d'informations transférant des informations de données aux divers sous-systèmes en temps réel, et les divers sous-systèmes traitant les informations selon des séquences temporelles respectives après la réception des informations transférées par le support d'informations et ajoutant les données sur lesquelles une instruction a été exécutée au support d'informations. 1. An intelligent electronic commerce system comprising:
an information carrier configured to:
provide an interactive operation to a user;
execute a corresponding operation instruction; and
transmit data information to any one of a manufacturer subsystem, a user
subsystem and a bank subsystem in real time;
the manufacturer subsystem, the user subsystem, and the bank subsystem
configured to:
process the data information according to respective sequences after receiving

the data information delivered by the information carrier; and
execute, according to a processing result, at the same time, the data
information
after an execution instruction is attached to the information carrier;
the bank subsystem configured to:
receive payment request information transmitted by a bank electronic
certificate to
confirm the payment request infomiation;
freeze the payment amount corresponding to the bank electronic certificate in
a
payer's account;
attach prepayment receipt information to the bank electronic certificate;

compare the payee information and the order information to check whether the
payee information in transaction confirmation information is matched with the
payee information in the payment request information and the order information
in
the transaction confirmation information is matched with the order information
in
the payment request information after receiving the transaction confirmation
information transmitted by the bank electronic certificate;
where if matches are successful, attach certificate receipt information into
the bank
electronic certificate;
unfreeze and transfer the frozen payment amount in the payer's account to a
payee's
account, after receiving the certificate receipt information; and
attach payment receipt information into the bank electronic certificate.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the information carrier includes a commodity
electronic
certificate.
3. The system of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the information carrier
includes the bank
electronic certificate.
4. The system of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the information carrier
includes an insurance
electronic certificate.
5. The system of claim 2, wherein the commodity electronic certificate is
generated by the

affix transaction confirmation information into the bank electronic
certificate after
confirming the transaction information;
deliver a commodity according to the commodity electronic certificate and the
bank
electronic certificate; and

configured to:
generate logistics information according to commodity attributes;
add the logistics information into the commodity electronic certificate;

receive the logistics
information and the pick-up code delivered by the information carrier.
31. The system of any one of claims 23 to 30, wherein the logistics subsystem

configured to:
generate a pick-up code for receiving the commodity; and
attach the pick-up code for receiving the commodity to the information
carrier.
32. The system of claim 1 further includes an insurance subsystem.
33. The system of claim 32, wherein the insurance subsystem is configured to
receive the
insurance electronic certificate transmitted by the information carrier.

generated by the
manufacturer subsystem.

configured to:
receive the raw material purchase information delivered by the information
carrier;
attach the raw material purchase information into the information carrier; and
provide a supplier to the manufacturer subsystem according to the raw material
purchase

48. The system of any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the manufacturer subsystem
is further
configured to:
after receiving the payment receipt information delivered by the bank
electronic
certificate, attach the transaction receipt information into the commodity
electronic
certificate to generate an after-sale electronic certificate according to the
commodity
electronic certificate; and
after receiving after-sale service information transmitted by the after-sale
electronic
certificate, deliver the after-sale service information to a manufacturer.
49. The system of claim 48, wherein the user subsystem is further configured
to:

receive after-sale service information submitted by the user according to a
user's
requirement; and
attach the after-sale service information into the after-sale electronic
certificate.
50. The system of any one of claims 1 to 11 further includes a regulatory
subsystem.
51. The system of claim 50, wherein the regulatory subsystem is configured to:
receive instructions executed by the manufacturer subsystem, the user
subsystem, the
bank subsystem, the logistics subsystem, the insurance subsystem, and / or the
supplier
subsystem; and
acquire relevant data information from the commodity electronic certificate,
the bank
credit electronic certificate, and / or the insurance electronic certificate.
52. An intelligent electronic commerce method comprising:
a manufacturer subsystem encapsulating product infomiation, payment
infomiation,
trading rules, operation instructions, and a user interface to generate a
commodity
electronic certificate; and
a manufacturer subsystem publishing a commodity electronic certificate to an
entire
domain;
a user subsystem acquiring the commodity electronic certificate to perform a
purchase /
distribution operation on the commodity electronic certificate;
the user subsystem adding purchase / distribution information and payment
request
information into the commodity electronic certificate;

the user subsystem attaching the payment request information into a bank
electronic
certificate; wherein the payment request includes order information, payer
information,
payee information and a payment amount;
a bank subsystem receiving the payment request information transmitted by the
bank
electronic certificate to confirm the payment request information;
the bank subsystem freezing the payment amount corresponding to the bank
electronic
certificate in a payer's account;
the bank subsystem attaching prepayment receipt information to the bank
electronic
certificate;
the manufacturer subsystem acquiring transaction information from the
commodity
electronic certificate and the bank electronic certificate;
the manufacturer subsystem affixing transaction confirmation information into
the bank
electronic certificate after confirming the transaction information;
the bank subsystem comparing the payee information and the order information
to check
whether the payee information in transaction confirmation information is
matched with
the payee information in the payment request information and the order
information in
the transaction confirmation information is matched with the order information
in the
payment request information after receiving the transaction confirmation
information
transmitted by the bank electronic certificate;
where if matches are successful, the bank subsystem attaches certificate
receipt
information into the bank electronic certificate;

successfully;
the bank subsystem unfreezing and transferring the frozen payment amount in
the payer's
account to a payee's account, after receiving the certificate receipt

generated by the
manufacturer subsystem.

generating an insurance
electronic certificate according to the commodity electronic certificate.

certificate, deliver the after-sale service information to a manufacturer.

the user subsystem receiving after-sale service information submitted by the
user
according to a user's requirement; and

the regulatory subsystem acquiring relevant data information from the
commodity
electronic certificate, the bank credit electronic certificate, and / or the
insurance
electronic certificate.
86. An intelligent electronic commerce method, the method comprising:
receiving payment request information transmitted by a bank electronic
certificate to
confirm the payment request information;
freezing a payment amount corresponding to the bank electronic certificate in
a payer's
account;
attaching prepayment receipt information to the bank electronic certificate;

comparing payee information and order information to check whether the payee

unfreezing and transferring the frozen payment amount in the payer's account
