Abstracts

English Abstract

The present invention is applied to the field of e-commerce. Provided is an electronic transaction certificate management system, comprising: an electronic transaction certificate generator, an electronic transaction certificate database, an order management unit, a status update unit, and a central processing unit. Via the circulation on a network of electronic transaction certificates identifying the true sources of transaction targets, the present invention alters transaction models in traditional e-commerce models, said transaction models relying on third party e-commerce platforms and being centered on e-commerce. A buyer may contact and transact with a transaction target supplier directly, delivery and payment are carried out via an electronic transaction certificate, the authenticity of an article or service purchased by the buyer is ensured from the source, and e-commerce security is improved. In addition, transaction progress information is updated to the electronic transaction certificate database in a timely manner via the status update unit, so that each related party in a transaction is able to view transaction progress information of a corresponding electronic transaction certificate in a timely manner after refreshing an electronic transaction certificate page.

La présente invention est appliquée au domaine du commerce électronique. L'invention concerne un système de gestion de certificats électroniques de transactions, comportant: un générateur de certificats électroniques de transactions, une base de données de certificats électroniques de transactions, une unité de gestion de commandes, une unité d'actualisation d'état, et une unité centrale de traitement. Par l'intermédiaire de la circulation sur un réseau de certificats électroniques de transactions identifiant les sources véritables de destinations de transactions, la présente invention modifie les modèles de transactions dans les modèles traditionnels de commerce électronique, lesdits modèles de transactions reposant sur des plates-formes tierces de commerce électronique et étant centrés sur le commerce électronique. characterized in the system,
comprises:
the device of generating electronic transaction certificate, is used to

comprises:
frozen payment submodule, is used to receive the payment request from buyer,
and freeze
the amount of money wherein the buyer's account according to the amount of
money
wherein the payment request. The frozen amount of money would be transferred
to the
settlement account of transaction object provider when buyer's confirmation
message is

SYSTEM
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to the field of electronic commerce, and in
particular, to a management
system of electronic transaction certificate.
Background Technology
[2] E-commerce refers to the activities related to transaction or service as
an electronic transaction
method on the Internet based on the information network technology. It made
every part of the
conventional commerce activities electronically and network-based.
[3] In the open Internet, e-commerce is applied on basis of the browser/server
and can achieve the
activities related to online shopping for consumers, online transaction
between merchants, online
payment and so on.
[4] As shown in Figure 1, the typical E-commerce system comprises the third-
party trade platform 11,
platform operator 12, site operator 13 and payment system 14.
[5] The third-party trade platform 11 is summation of information network
system combines full
transaction activities and related service between both parties of transaction
or among multi-parties
of transaction.
[6] The platform operator 12 may be the natural person, juridical person or
other organization, who can
operate the third-party trade platform and provide the related service to both
parties of transaction
after registering at the Administration Department for Industry and Commerce
and receiving the
business license.
[7] The site operator 13 may be the natural person, juridical person or other
organization, who can
provide the related service and other activities at the e-commerce trade
platform.
[8] The payment system 14 is combination with the agent institution providing
the payment and clearing
service and the technical methods of sending the payment command and money
clearing. The

[9] With the development of communication technology, Internet device and
social media, more fake
commodity or service is appeared on the Internet, marketing strategy of fake
commodity or service
is more hidden. It can be hard to distinguish veracity of commodity or service
depending on its
description only on the Internet in the current E-commerce model, thus, a
transaction is in a huge
risk for the user, the fund is in the low security level, it would lead the
user's loss.
[10] At the same time, users have paid a great deal of attention to
transaction processing, so that the
concern issue is about timeliness and accuracy of transaction processing for
the transaction related
parties, such as consumer, bank, manufacturer and so on.

certificate. In this way, to guarantee the veracity of commodity or service
from original source, it
can increase the security level of E-commerce business. In addition, status
update unit updates the
information of transaction processing to electronic transaction certificate
database in time, so that
every transaction related party can look up the newest corresponding
information of transaction
processing when refreshing the page of electronic transaction certificate.

transaction object may include

certificate by user.
