English Abstract

A data exchange processing method and device. The data exchange processing method comprises: a first terminal transmits to a server target data and an interaction request for requesting to select an interaction target, the interaction request information including the interaction target characteristics information (101); the server receives the interaction request and the target data, searches in a database for at least two second terminals matching the interaction target characteristics information, and, when at least one second terminal is found, transmits to the second terminal the interaction request (102); the second terminal receives the interaction request, and transmits to the server a notification responding the interaction request (103); the server receives the response notification transmitted by the second terminal and transmits to the second terminal the target data (104); the second terminal receives the target data (105). The present method effectively enhances the data exchange efficiency.


French Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement d'échange de données. Le procédé de traitement d'échange de données comprend les opérations suivantes : un premier terminal transmet à un serveur des données de cible et une requête d'interaction pour demander de sélectionner une cible d'interaction, les informations de requête d'interaction comprenant les informations de caractéristique de cible d'interaction (101) ; le serveur reçoit la requête d'interaction et les données de cible, recherche dans une base de données au moins deux seconds terminaux correspondant aux informations de caractéristique de cible d'interaction, et, lorsqu'au moins un second terminal est trouvé, transmet au second terminal la requête d'interaction (102) ; le second terminal reçoit la requête d'interaction, et transmet au serveur une notification répondant à la requête d'interaction (103) ; le serveur reçoit la notification de réponse transmise par le second terminal et transmet au second terminal les données de cible (104) ; le second terminal reçoit les données de cible (105). Claims:
1. A system for data exchange processing in an electronic transaction, the
system comprising:
a seller terminal configured to send a request for interacting with an
interaction object
and target data to an electronic transaction sever, wherein the request for
interacting with
the interaction object includes characteristic information of the interaction
object from a
commodity provider or a service provider;
the electronic transaction server configured to:
receive the request for interacting with the interaction object;
search at least two target buyer terminals to screen for a matching target
buyer
terminal with the characteristic information of the interaction object from
the
commodity provider or the service provider;
send the request for interacting with the interaction object to the matching
target buyer
terminal for receiving response information from the target buyer terminal;
and
send the target data to the matching target buyer terminal for data
interaction upon
receiving the response information;
a buyer temiinal configured to:
receive the request for interacting with the interaction object to send the
response
information to the electronic transaction server; and
receive the target data from the electronic transaction server for data
interaction.
2. The system of claim 1 wherein the buyer terminal is further
configured to generate a transaction order
according to the target data.

DATA EXCHANGE PROCESSING METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR
BUYER TERMINAL MATCHING
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to the credit field, and in particular, to a
method, terminal and system of
data exchange processing.
Background Technology
[2] With the development of Internet technology, especially mobile Internet
technology, users can access
to the Internet through mobile devices using 2G,3G,4G or WIFI to conduct
interaction and social
activities. Users can conveniently and effectively perform online activities,
this is an incomparable
experience with offline. But there is no effective solution about using the
Internet faster to find out
users' required information yet.
[3] As an example of a data exchange processing in user's living scene of
common day, when users
purchase products online, they usually search keywords on the platform
provided by the Internet, and
screen what they would like to purchase from a large amount of search results.
In this way, when the
information obtained through the keyword matches the information actually
required by the user is
not high, the user cannot obtain the required information quickly and
accurately. So that purchasing
product is inefficient.
Summary of the Invention
[4] An object of the present invention is to provide a data interaction
processing method, device and
system, which can increase the efficiency of data interaction.
[5] To solve the problem above, the first technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process method, which includes:

[11] To solve the problem above, the second technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process method, which includes:

the server and the
second terminal.

characteristic information
of the interaction object; and
[18] The server is used to receive the interaction request and the target
data, search at least two second
terminals matching with the characteristic information of interaction object

interaction request to the second terminal; and

[22] To solve the problem above, the forth technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process device, which includes a receiving module,
a matching module
and a sending module,

screening data interaction objects
and the target data sent by the first terminal; thereinto, the interaction
request includes the
characteristic information of the interaction object; and
[24] The matching module is used to search at least two second terminals
matching with the
characteristic
information of interaction object; and
[25] The sending module is used to send the interaction request to the second
terminal; and
[26] The receiving module is used to receive the response notification sent by
the second terminal; and

[28] Comparing with the current technology, the server screens the target
second terminals according to
the characteristic information of data interaction objects wherein the first
terminal. The interaction
request of first terminal is sent to the target second terminal. When
receiving the response
notification of the second terminal, the target data is sent to the second
terminal, the second terminal
obtains the target data or its permission or its ownership. This process is
for the target data
interaction. Therefore, the first terminal describes the characteristic
information of data interaction
objects, it enables the server to screen and match the characteristic
information accurately. The
interacting data is offered by meeting with requirement of the objects. On one
hand, the efficiency
of the first terminal is improved, on the other hand, the safety of data
transmission is improved
when the second terminal transmits data.

is a link address of an
Object Credit Certificate, an Object Credit Certificate is used to provide the
target
commodity/service information and the essential functions of electronic
commerce. For example,
when the first terminal or the second terminal(or other interaction parties)
has the Object Credit
Certificate of commodity/service, the link address can be clicked or selected,
the certificate is
opened directly and showed in the webpage, the webpage is used to provide the
target
commodity/service information and the essential functions of electronic
commerce, such as the
introduction of target commodity/service, specifications, purchasing records,
reviews and the
jumpable order generation interface or the link button of payment interface
etc. More preferably,
all the functions of the required order generation are completed automatically
when the link can be
clicked. In this way, the order generation can be completed by one-click, even
the order generation
and payment can be completed by one-click.

commodity/service
provider (such as manufacturer of commodity) in advance and every
commodity/service has a
corresponding Object Credit Certificate, which includes the information
related to transaction
information is from provider rather than the information of the second
terminal. Therefore,
when the first terminal receives this Object Credit Certificate, and the
functions of electronic
commerce are achieved, and the order is generated according to this Object
Credit Certificate.
The two parties of transaction are the first terminal and the
commodity/service provider
respectively. When the first terminal confirms to accept the Object Credit
Certificate and
generate the transaction order corresponding to the Object Credit Certificate,
the payment of the
commodity/service can be paid to commodity/service provider directly, the
provider will make
a delivery when the provider accepting this order according to the information
of the first
terminal. The second terminal is used to acquire the Object Credit Certificate
of the
commodity/service from the provider and send the Object Credit Certificate to
the buyer.
[51] Further, the target data may be the executive object configured the
required functions by data
provider or the read method of target data.
[52] Give another example of data interaction method applied by the present
invention. Thereinto, the
first terminal is the client A, the second terminal is client B, the server is
a kind of data management
server. Thereinto, every client B has the stored passwords of one or multiple
terminal devices.
According to administrator's purview, the administrator accesses to the
terminal devices using these
passwords. The client A, the client B and terminal devices may be a personal
computer, a tablet, a
smartphone etc. which can access to the Internet and exchange data with the
data management
server.

A. The data management server responds the request and search the clients B
matching with the
characteristic information. Thereinto, the server stored the information of
the multiple clients B in
advance. After finding the most matched client B, the data management server
sends the results of
required information to the target clients, it enables the target clients to
send the results of
characteristic information to the client A and it also enables the client A to
accept the data for

obtaining the data's permission or data's ownership. Thereinto, for safety of
data information, the
interactive data may be the data pack encrypted by administrators' passwords
of terminal device C
and the encryption keys for deciphering. When accepted by the client A, the
data pack can be
deciphered and unzipped using with the encryption keys and another encryption
key encrypted by
administrators' passwords of terminal device C, then the administrators'
passwords of terminal
device C can be obtained.
[54] Comparing with the current technology, the server screens the target
second terminals according to
the characteristic information of data interaction objects wherein the first
terminal. The interaction
request of first terminal is sent to the target second terminal. When
receiving the response
notification of the second terminal, the target data is sent to the second
terminal, then the second
terminal obtains the target data. This process is for the target data
interaction. Therefore, the first
terminal describes the characteristic information of data interaction objects,
it enables the server to
screen and match the characteristic information accurately. The interacting
data is offered by
meeting with requirement of the objects. On one hand, the efficiency of the
first terminal is
improved, on the other hand, the safety of data transmission is improved when
the second terminal
transmits data.

interaction processing method
applied by second example of the present invention; The data interaction
processing method in this
example includes the following steps:

the characteristic

request, the
server combines the information of interaction objects wherein the information

interaction request and confirms them matching with the second terminal of the

and send the target data to
the second terminal.
[63] The second terminal receives the interaction request and sends the
response notification to the server.
[64] When the response notification received, the server sends the target data
