English Abstract

Disclosed are a data exchange processing method, device, and system. The method comprises: a first terminal transmits to a server a data combination request for combining target data; the server searches in a database, according to the data combination request, the combination information of the data combinations including the target data; the first terminal receives the combination information, combines specific target data according to the combination information to obtain combined data, and transmits to the server an interaction request for distributing the combined data; the server receives the interaction request and distributes the data combination to a second terminal. The present invention utilizes the method to effectively improve the probability for successful sales.


French Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif et un système de traitement d'échange de données. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : un premier terminal transmet à un serveur une demande de combinaison de données pour combiner des données cibles ; le serveur recherche dans une base de données, en fonction de la demande de combinaison de données, les informations de combinaison des combinaisons de données comprenant les données cibles ; le premier terminal reçoit les informations de combinaison, combine des données cibles spécifiques en fonction des informations de combinaison afin d'obtenir des données combinées, et transmet au serveur une demande d'interaction pour distribuer les données combinées ; le serveur reçoit la demande d'interaction et distribue la combinaison de données à un second terminal. Claims:
1. A system of computers for data exchange processing in an electronic
transaction, the system
comprising:
a seller terminal computer configured to:
send a request for combining multiple target data to an electronic transaction

server computer for increasing electronic data transmission of the target data

and improving search efficiency during an online transaction, wherein each
respective target data of the multiple target data comprises an electronic
certificate corresponding to a commodity, and wherein the electronic
certificate
can be accepted to generate an electronic transaction order for the commodity;
combine the multiple target data according to combination information received

from the electronic transaction server to obtain combined data, the combined
data including the multiple target data; and
send an interaction request for the combined data to the electronic
transaction
server computer;
the electronic transaction server computer configured to:
search the combination information of the target data in a database according
to
the request for combining the multiple target data;
send the combined data to a plurality of target buyer terminal computers for
data
interaction upon receiving the interaction request from the seller terminal
computer; and

send a specific target data of the combined data to a first target buyer
terminal
computer upon receiving a response notification from the first target buyer
terminal computer selecting the specific target data;
the first target buyer terminal computer configured to send the response
notification
selecting the specific target data to the electronic transaction server

receiving the combined data, wherein the specific target data can be accepted
by the first
target buyer terminal computer to generate the electronic transaction order
for the
commodity corresponding to the specific target data.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the buyer terminal computer is further
configured to generate
a transaction order according to the target combined data sent by the
electronic transaction
server computer.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the combination information of the target
data includes
commodity functions for the combined data according to the corresponding
Object Credit
Certificate.
4. The system of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the combination
information of the target data
includes sales frequency for the combined target data according to the
corresponding Object
Credit Certificate.
5. The system of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the combination
information of the target data
includes a classification for the combined target data according to the

Credit Certificate.

9. A computer implemented method for data exchange processing in an electronic
transaction,
the method includes:
a seller terminal computer sends a request for combining multiple target data
to an
electronic transaction server computer for increasing electronic data
transmission of the
target data and improving search efficiency during an online transaction,
wherein each
respective target data of the multiple target data comprises an electronic
certificate
corresponding to a commodity, and wherein the electronic certificate can be
accepted to
generate an electronic transaction order for the commodity;
the electronic transaction server computer searches combination information of
the target
data in a database according to the request for combining the multiple target
data, wherein
the combination information of the target data corresponds to a plurality of
target buyer
terminal computers;
the seller terminal computer combines the multiple target data according to
the
combination information received from the electronic transaction server
computer to
obtain combined data, the combined data including the multiple target data,
and send an
interaction request for the combined data to the electronic transaction server
computer;
the electronic transaction server computer sends the combined data to the
plurality of target
buyer terminal computers for data interaction upon receiving the interaction
request from
the seller terminal computer; and

a first target buyer terminal computer sends a response notification selecting
a specific
target data of the combined data to the electronic transaction server computer
after
receiving the combined data, wherein the specific target data can be accepted
by the first
target buyer terminal computer to generate the electronic transaction order

commodity corresponding to the specific target data.
10. The method of claim 9 further includes the electronic transaction server
computer sends the
combined data matching with a response notification to the first target buyer
terminal computer
when receiving the response notification from the first target buyer terminal
computer.
11. The method of claim 9 further includes the first target buyer terminal
computer generates a
transaction order according to the combined data sent by the electronic
transaction server
computer.
12. The method of claim 9, wherein the combination information of the target
data includes
commodity functions for the combined data according to the corresponding
Object Credit
Certificate.
13. The method of any one of claims 9 to 12, wherein the combination
information of the target
data includes sales frequency for the combined target data according to the
corresponding
Object Credit Certificate.

commodity, and wherein the electronic certificate can be accepted to generate
an electronic transaction order for the commodity;
sending combined data to a plurality of target buyer terminal computers for
data
interaction upon receiving an interaction request for the combined data from
the
seller terminal computer, wherein the combined data includes the multiple
target
data; and
sending specific target data of the combined data to a first target buyer
terminal
computer upon receiving a response notification from the first target buyer
terminal computer selecting the specific target data, wherein the specific

data can be accepted by the first target buyer terminal computer to generate
the
electronic transaction order for the commodity corresponding to the specific

send specific target data of the combined data to a first target buyer

Data Exchange Processing Method, Terminal, and System
[i] Technical Field
[2] The present invention relates to the credit field, and in particular, to a
method, terminal and system of
data exchange processing.
[3] Background Technology
[4] With the development of Internet technology, especially mobile Internet
technology, users can access
to the Internet through mobile devices using 2G,3G,4G or WIFI to conduct
interaction and social
activities. Users can conveniently and effectively perform online activities,
this is an incomparable
experience with offline. But there is no effective solution about using the
Internet faster to find out
users' required information yet.
[5] As an example of a data exchange processing in user's living scene of
common day, when users
purchase products online, they usually search keywords on the platform
provided by the Internet, and
screen what they would like to purchase from a large amount of search results.
In this way, when the
information obtained through the keyword matches the information actually
required by the user is
not high, the user cannot quickly and accurately obtain the required
information. So that purchasing
product is inefficient.
[6] Summary of the Invention
[7] An object of the present invention is to provide a data interaction
processing method and device,
which can increase the chances of making sales efficiently.
[8] To solve the problem above, the first technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to provide
a data interaction process method, which includes the following steps:
[9] The first terminal sends the combination request of the target data to the
server; and

[10] The server searches the combination information of the target data
wherein the database according
to the combination request; and
[11] The first terminal receives the combination information, and groups
the detailed target data, when
receiving the combined data, the first terminal sends the interaction request
of the combined data
to the server; and
[12] The server receives the interaction request and sends the combined data
to the second terminal.
[13] To solve the problem above, the second technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process method, which includes the following steps:
[14] The server receives the combination request of the target data sent by
the first terminal; and
[15] Search the combination information of the target data wherein the
database according to the
combination request; and
[16] Send the combination information to the first terminal; and
[17] Receive the interaction request sent by the first terminal and send the
combined data.
[18] To solve the problem above, the third technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process method, which includes:
[19] The first terminal sends the combination request of the target data to
the server; and
[20] Receive the combination request of the target data sent by the first
terminal; and
[21] Combine the detailed target data according to the combination
information, and obtain the
combined data; and
[22] Send the interaction request of the combined data to the server.
[23] To solve the problem above, the forth technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process system, which includes the first terminal,
the server and the
second terminal,
[24] The first terminal is used to send the combination request of the target
data to the server; and
[25] The server is used to search the combination information of the target
data wherein the database
according to the combination request; and
[26] The first terminal is also used to receive the combination information
and group the detailed target
data, when receiving the combined data, the first terminal sends the
interaction request of the
combined data to the server; and

combined data to the second

[28] To solve the problem above, the fifth technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process device, which includes that the receiving
module is used to the
combination request of the target data sent by the first terminal; and
[29] The search module is used to search the combination information of the
target data wherein the
database according to the combination request; and
[30] The sending module is used to send the combination information to the
first terminal; and
[31] The receiving module is used to receive the interaction request sent by
the first terminal and send
the combined data.
[32] To solve the problem above, the sixth technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process device, which includes a sending module, a
receiving module and
a control module,

data to the server; and
[34] The receiving module is used to receive the combination information of
the target data sent by the
server; and
[35] The control module is used to combine the detailed target data according
to the combination
information, and obtain the combined data; and
[36] The sending module is also used to send the interaction request of the
combined data to the server.
[37] Comparing with the current technology, the first terminal sends the
combination request of the
target data to the server, it enables the server to search the combination
information of the target
data wherein the database. Then, the first terminal can obtain the combination
information of the
Object Credit Certificate of the target data directly. In this way, the
multiple target data can be
bound together, and increase the interaction quantity of the target data. In
addition, the first terminal
no longer needs search a large amount of the combined data during the whole
interaction processing.
It enables the whole interaction processing to save the time and improve the
interaction efficiency.

and advantages of the present
invention, the specific examples of the present invention will be described in

reference to the accompanying drawings.
[47] Please refer to Figure 1, Figure 1 is a schematic flow chart of a data
interaction processing method
applied by the first example of the present invention; the data interaction
processing method in this
example includes the following steps:
[48] Step 101: the first terminal sends the combination request of the target
data to the server.
[49] To increase the interaction amount of the target data and achieve the
multiple data bound to
interaction, the first terminal sends the data combination request to the
server in order to acquire
the multiple combined data of the target data from the server.
[50] Step 102: The server receives the data combination request, and
searches the combination
information of the target data wherein the database.
[51] Correspondingly, the server receives the data combination request, and
searches the combination
information of the target data wherein the database, and confirms the quantity
of the data groups of
the multiple target data. Specifically, the server can figure out the data
groups as required on a basis
of the data function in every group, the combination interaction's frequency
and the data type. Once
the server finds out the data groups according to the part of the target data
wherein the database,
the server will send the combination information of the data groups to the
first terminal.
[52] In another example of the present invention, to provide more information
for the first terminal, the
server searches the combination data of the Object Credit Certificate of

database and sends the top N combination information at highly frequent
interaction level to the
first terminal when the first terminal returns the combination information of
data groups. Thereinto,
N is a natural number greater than zero.
[53] Step 103: the first terminal receives the combination information and
combines the detailed target
data according to the combination information, and obtains the combined data,
then sends the
interaction request of the combined data to the server.
[54] The first terminal receives the combination information and acquires the
detailed target data in
every group and combines them according to the combination information and
obtains at least one
of the combined data then sends the interaction request of the combined data
to the server.
Thereinto, the first terminal sends the interaction request at the same time
as the sending all the
target data of the combined data to the server.
[55] Step 104: the server receives the interaction request and sends the
combined data to the second
terminal.
[56] When receiving the interaction request sent by the server, the second
terminal sends the response
notification to the server. Thereinto, the response notification includes the
combined data as
required as the second terminal.

response notification. It enables the second terminal to obtain every target

[58] In the solution above, this target data is an Object Credit Certificate
or acquisition method
information of an Object Credit Certificate. This Object Credit Certificate is
a kind of web-based
electronic certificate integrated the target commodity/service information
from the target
commodity/service provider and the essential functions of electronic commerce.
[59] Further, acquisition method information of an Object Credit Certificate
is a link address of an
Object Credit Certificate, an Object Credit Certificate is used to provide the
target
commodity/service information and the essential functions of electronic
commerce. For example,
when the first terminal or the second terminal(or other interaction parties)
has the Object Credit
Certificate of commodity/service, the link address can be clicked or selected,
the certificate is
opened directly and showed in the webpage, the webpage is used to provide the
target
commodity/service information and the essential functions of electronic
commerce, such as the
introduction of target commodity/service, specifications, purchasing records,
reviews and the

jumpable order generation interface or the link button of payment interface
etc. More preferably,
all the functions of the required order generation are completed automatically
when the link can be
clicked. In this way, the order generation can be completed by one-click, even
the order generation
and payment can be completed by one-click.
[60] Besides, the second terminal obtains the target data, which includes the
following step: the second
terminal generates the transaction order according to the combined data sent
by the server.
[61] Give an example of data interaction method applied by the present
invention. Thereinto, this first
terminal is for buyers, the second terminal is for seller, the server is a
server operating electronic
commerce platform.
[62] Specifically, the seller sends the combination request of the Object
Credit Certificate of
commodity/service to the server. When receiving the request, the server
searches the combined
information of commodity/service wherein the database as required as the
request, then sends the
combination information of commodity/service to the seller. When receiving the
combination
information of commodity/service, the seller obtains every Object Credit
Certificate of
commodity/service, then combines these Object Credit Certificates and sends
the sales request of
the combined Object Credit Certificate to the server. When receiving the sales
request of the
combined Object Credit Certificate, the server sends the sales request to the
buyer. When receiving
the sales request, the buyer sends the response notification to the server,
the Object Credit
Certificate of the commodity/service is sent to the buyer. The buyer accepts
this Object Credit
Certificate and completes the interaction.
[63] As mentioned above, the Object Credit Certificate is provided by the
commodity/service
provider (such as manufacturer of commodity) in advance and every
commodity/service has a
corresponding Object Credit Certificate, which includes the information
related to transaction
information is from provider rather than the information of the second
terminal. Therefore,
when the first terminal receives this Object Credit Certificate, and the
functions of electronic
commerce are achieved, and the order is generated according to this Object
Credit Certificate.
The two parties of transaction are the first terminal and the
commodity/service provider
respectively. When the first terminal confirms to accept the Object Credit
Certificate and
generate the transaction order corresponding to the Object Credit Certificate,
the payment of the
commodity/service can be paid to commodity/service provider directly, the
provider will make
a delivery when the provider accepting this order according to the information
of the first

terminal. The second terminal is used to acquire the Object Credit Certificate
of the
commodity/service from the provider and send the Object Credit Certificate to
the buyer.
[64] Further, the target data may be the executive object configured the
required functions by data
provider or the read method of target data.
[65] Give another example of data interaction method applied by the present
invention. Thereinto, the
first terminal is the client A, the second terminal is client B, the server is
a kind of data management
server. Thereinto, every client B has the stored passwords of one or multiple
terminal devices.
According to administrator's purview, the administrator accesses to the
terminal devices using these
passwords. The client A, the client B and terminal devices may be a personal
computer, a tablet, a
smartphone etc. which can access to the Internet and exchange data with the
data management
server.
[66] The client A sends the data combination request of the multiple target
data to the data management
server. When receiving the data combination request, the data management
server searches the
combined data as required as the request, and sends the combination
information to the client A.
When receiving the combination information, the client A obtains a group of
the target data, then
combines the target data and sends the interaction request of the combined
data to the server. When
receiving the interaction request of the combined data, the server sends the
interaction request to
the client B. When receiving the interaction request, the client B sends the
response notification to
the data management server. The data management server receives the response
notification and
sends the target data according to the response notification to the client B.
Thereinto, the server pre-
stored multiple client B's information. After finding the most matched client
B, the data
management server sends the results of required information to the target
clients, it enables the
target clients to send the results of characteristic information to the client
A, and it enables the client
A to accept the data in order to obtain the data's permission or data's

generate the transaction order corresponding to the Object Credit Certificate,
the payment of the
commodity/service can be paid to commodity/service provider directly, the
provider will make
a delivery when the provider accepting this order according to the information
of the first
terminal. The second terminal is used to acquire the Object Credit Certificate
of the
commodity/service from the provider and send the Object Credit Certificate to
the buyer.
[163] Further, the target data may be the executive object configured the
required functions by data
provider or the read method of target data.
[164] Comparing with the current technology, the first terminal sends the
combination request of the
target data to the server, it enables the server to search the combination
information of the target
data wherein the database. Then, the first terminal can obtain the combination
information of the
Object Credit Certificate of the target data directly. In this way, the
multiple target data can be
bound together and increase the interaction amount of the target data. In
addition, the first terminal
no longer needs search a large amount of the combined data during the whole
interaction processing.
It enables the whole interaction processing to save the time and improve the
interaction efficiency.
[165] The foregoing descriptions are merely preferred examples of the present
invention but not limited
to the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and
improvement made
within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall be included in
the protection of the
present invention.
