Data Interaction Processing Method, Device and System
[I] Technical Field
[2] The present invention relates to the data interaction field, and in
particular, to a method, device and
system of data exchange processing.
[3] Background Technology
[4] With the development of Internet technology, especially mobile Internet
technology, users can
access to the Internet through mobile devices using 2G,3G,4G or WIFI to
conduct interaction and
social activities. Users can conveniently and effectively perform online
activities, this is an
incomparable experience with offline. But there is no effective solution about
using the Internet
faster to find out users' required information yet.
[5] As an example of a data exchange processing in user's living scene of
common day, when users
purchase products online, they usually search keywords on the platform
provided by the Internet,
and screen what they would like to purchase from a large amount of search
results. In this way,
when the information obtained through the keyword matches the information
actually required by
the user is not high, the user cannot obtain the required information quickly
and accurately. So that
purchasing product is inefficient.
[6] Summary of the Invention
[7] An object of the present invention is to provide a data interaction
processing method, device and
system, which can improve efficiency of data interaction.
[8] To solve the problem above, the first technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to provide
a data interaction process method, which includes that the first terminal
sends the acquisition of the
required information of target data and the status requirement of the second
terminal related to the

target data; the server receives the required information of target data and
the status requirement of
the second terminal related to the target data, and searches the second
terminal which meets the
status requirement wherein the local database and sends the required
information to the selected
second terminal; the second terminal receives the required information and
sends the target data
matching with the required information to the first terminal; then the first
terminal acquires the target
data.
[9] To solve the problem above, the second technical solution adopted by
the present invention is to
provide a data interaction process method, which includes that the first
terminal sends the
acquisition of the required information of target data and the status
requirement of the second
terminal related to the target data to the server, it enables the server to
search the second terminal
which meets the status requirement wherein the local database and send the
required information to
the selected second terminal; it enables the second terminal to send the
target data matching with
the required information to the first terminal; then the first terminal
acquires the target data.
[10] To solve the problem above, the third technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process method, which includes that the server
receives the acquisition of
the required information of target data and the status requirement of the
second terminal related to
the target data; search the second terminal which meets the status requirement
wherein the local
database and send the required information to the selected second terminal, it
enables the second
terminal to send the target data matching with the required information to the
first terminal; then the
first terminal acquires the target data.
[11] To solve the problem above, the forth technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process system, which includes the first terminal,
the server and the second
terminal. The first terminal is used to send the acquisition of the required
information of target data
and the status requirement of the second terminal related to the target data
to the server; the server
is used to receive the acquisition of the required information of target data
and the status requirement
of the second terminal related to the target data and search the second
terminal which meets the
status requirement wherein the local database and send the required
information to the selected
second terminal; the second terminal is used to receive the required
information and send the target
data matching with the required information to the first terminal; then the
first terminal is also used
to acquire the target data.
[12] To solve the problem above, the fifth technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to

provide a data interaction process device, which includes a sending module and
an executing
module; the sending module is used to send the acquisition of the required
information of target data
and the status requirement of the second terminal related to the target data
to the server, it enables
the server to search the second terminal which meets the status requirement
wherein the local
database and send the required information to the selected second terminal, it
enables the second
terminal to receive the required information and send the target data matching
with the required
information to the first terminal; then an executing module is also used to
acquire the target data.
[13] To solve the problem above, the sixth technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process device, which includes a receiving module,
a query module and a
sending module; the receiving module is used to receive the acquisition of the
required information
of target data and the status requirement of the second terminal related to
the target data sent by the
first terminal; the query module is used to search the second terminal which
meets the status
requirement wherein the local database; the sending module is used to send the
required information
to the selected second terminal searched by the query module, it enables the
second terminal to send
the target data matching with the required information to the first terminal;
it enables the first
terminal to acquire the target data.
[14] Comparing with the current technology, the first terminal sends the
acquisition of the required
information of target data and the status requirement of the second terminal
related to the target data;
the server sends the interaction request to the selected second terminal; the
second terminal matches
its own target data with the interaction request and sends the matched target
data to the first terminal.
The first terminal completes the data interaction according to the target
data. Therefore, the match
process of the request of the target data is transferred from the first
terminal to the second terminal.
On one hand, the efficiency of the first terminal is improved, on the other
hand, the safety of data
transmission is improved when the second terminal transmits data.

interaction processing method
applied by the first example of the present invention; the data interaction
processing method in this
example includes the following steps:
[25] Step S10: the first terminal sends the acquisition of the required
information of target data and the
status requirement of the second terminal related to the target data to the
server.
[26] Thereinto, the status requirement refers to the second terminal related
to the target data is online
status.
[27] Step S11: the server receives the acquisition of the required information
of target data and the status
requirement of the second terminal related to the target data; then search the
second terminal which
meets the status requirement wherein the local database and send the required
information to the
selected second terminal.
[28] In the Step S11, when receiving the required information and the status
requirement, the second
terminal matching with the qualified status requirement can be identified
according to at least one
of the pre-recorded status of the second terminal, then the qualified second
terminal for data
interaction with the first terminal can be confirmed.

[32] Thereinto, the target data is the Object Credit Certificate, which is a
kind of web-based electronic
certificate integrated the target commodity/service information from the
target commodity/service
provider and the essential functions of electronic commerce. The information
of the
commodity/service includes the attributes' information such as the product's
name and price and
the information of the settlement accounts of the provider.
[33] Thereinto, the following steps of acquiring the Object Credit Certificate
include that the first
terminal receives the information of the acquisition method of the Object
Credit Certificate and
executes the function of electronic commerce to acquire the Object Credit
Certificate.
[34] Further, acquisition method information of an Object Credit Certificate
is a link address of an Object
Credit Certificate, an Object Credit Certificate is used to provide the target
commodity/service
information and the essential functions of electronic commerce.
[35] An example of data interaction method applied by the present invention is
showed as below.
[36] For example, the first terminal is the client A, the server is the data
management server, the second
terminals are the client B. Thereinto, every client B has the stored the
administrator's password
wherein one or multiple terminal devices, the password is used to be executed
the administrator's
permission wherein the corresponding terminal device. The client A, the client
B and terminal
devices may be a personal computer, a tablet, a smartphone etc. which can
access to the Internet and
exchange data with the data management server.
[37] The client A sends the request of the required information for acquiring
the administrator's password
of the terminal device C and the status requirement to the data management
server. Thereinto, the
status requirement is required the terminal device C storing the
administrator's password is online
status. The client B stores the administrator's password of the terminal
device C. The data
management server has acquired and stored the work statuses of the client A
and every client B in
advance. If the client BI 's work status meets the status requirement, then
the data management
server can send the acquisition request of the administrator's password of the
terminal device C to
the client BI.
[38] When receiving the acquisition request, the client BI identifies whether
the client B1 has own the
administrator's password of the terminal device C. If yes, send the
corresponding target data to the
client A. When client A accepts the corresponding target data, the client A
can execute the function

of electronic commerce to complete the data interaction of the administrator's
password of the
terminal device C according to the target data. Thereinto, for safety of data
information, the target
data may be the data pack encrypted by the administrator's password of the
terminal device C and
the encryption keys for deciphering. When accepted by the client A, the data
pack can be deciphered
and unzipped using with the encryption keys and another encryption key
encrypted by the
administrator's password of the terminal device C, then the administrator's
password of the terminal
device C can be obtained.
[39] In the solution above, the first terminal sends the interaction request
of target data and the status
requirement of the second terminal related to the target data to the server;
the server sends the
interaction request to the selected second terminal; the second terminal
matches its own target data
with the interaction request and sends the matched target data to the first
terminal. The first terminal
completes the data interaction according to the target data. Therefore, the
match process of the
request of the target data is transferred from the first terminal to the
second terminal. On one hand,
the efficiency of the first terminal is improved, on the other hand, the
safety of data transmission is
improved when the second terminal transmits data.
[40] Further, the target data may be the product information, digital, audio
data, video data, program data
or fund data in the financial field etc. If the target data is the product
information, the first terminal
should be the buyer, the server should be the server of the electronic
commerce platform, the second
terminal should be the seller.
[41] An example of data interaction method applied by the present invention is
described as below.
Thereinto, the first terminal is the buyer, the second terminal is the seller,
the server is the server of
the electronic commerce platform.
[42] The buyer sends the acquisition request of the required information of
the commodity/service and
the status requirement of seller related to the commodity/service to the
server. Thereinto, the status
requirement is required that the seller should be online status. Specifically,
the required information
of the target data comprises the name's information of the commodity/service
at least. To improve
the accuracy of matching data, the required information of the target data
also includes at least one
of the information of specification, price and description.
[43] The server receives the required information of the commodity/service and
status requirement and
searches the sellers meeting with the status requirement wherein the database.
Specifically, when
receiving the required information and the status requirement sent by the
buyer, the server confirms

one qualified seller from the pre-recorded the status of more than one seller.
This one qualified seller
is the seller which meets the buyer' need.
[44] The server sends the required information of the commodity/service to the
selected seller.
Further, the server also sends the related information of the buyer to the
seller, such as, contact
information, the location information, purchasing record, credit rating etc.
[45] The seller receives the required information of the commodity/service and
sends the Object
Credit Certificate matching with the required information when confirming to
accept the
required information.
[46] The buyer receives this Object Credit Certificate and executes the
function of electronic
commerce to acquire this Object Credit Certificate, at the same time,
completes the transaction
of the commodity/service. Specifically, when receiving the Object Credit
Certificate, the buyer
can check out the related information of the commodity/service through the
link address to make
sure whether the commodity/service is required. When confirming to purchase,
accept this
Object Credit Certificate and execute the function of electronic commerce to
acquire this Object
Credit Certificate, at the same time, complete the transaction of the
commodity/service. When
confirming to refuse, refuse to accept this Object Credit Certificate.
[47] In the solution above, the buyer sends the interaction request of target
data and the status
requirement of the seller related to the target data to the data management
server; the seller matches
its own target data with the interaction request and sends the matched target
data to buyer. The buyer
executes the Object Credit Certificate to generate the transaction order and
purchase the
commodity/service. Therefore, the match process of the request of the target
data is transferred from
the buyer to the seller. In this way, the purchasing time should be saved, and
the matching speed
should be improved due to the acquired more details of the commodity/service.
The efficiency of
the purchasing process should be improved as well.

applied by the second example of the present invention. The data interaction
processing method in
this example includes the following steps:
[49] Step S20: the server receives the interaction request of target data and
the status requirement of the
second terminal related to the target data.

requirement, the server
identifies the qualified second terminal matching with the qualified status
from at least one of the
pre-recorded status of the second terminal, then the qualified second terminal
for data interaction
with the first terminal can be confirmed.

kind of web-based electronic
certificate integrated the target commodity/service information from the
target commodity/service
provider and the essential functions of electronic commerce. The information

[60] The first terminal 41 is used to send the acquisition of the required
information of target data and
the status requirement of the second terminal 43 related to the target data to
the server 42. Thereinto,
the status requirement refers to the second terminal related to the target
data is online status.
[61] The server 42 is used to receive the acquisition of the required
information of target data and the
status requirement and search the second terminal 43 which meets the status
requirement wherein
the local database, the server 42 is also used to send the required
information to the selected second
terminal 43.
[62] The server 42 has acquired and stored the work statuses of the first
terminal 41 and the second
terminal 43 in advance.
[63] The second terminal 43 is used to receive the required information and
send the target data matching
with the required information to the first terminal 41. Thereinto, the target
data is the Object Credit

functions of electronic commerce. The information of the commodity/service
includes the attributes'

data and the status requirement of the second terminal related to the server
sent by the first terminal.

first terminal; then the
first terminal acquires the target data.

kind of web-based electronic

to the server, it enables
the server to search the second terminal which meets the status requirement

database and send the required information to the selected second terminal; it
enables the second
terminal to send the target data matching with the required information to the
first terminal;

[74] The object of the present invention provides a data interaction
processing method, device and
system, which can improve efficiency of data interaction. The first terminal
sends the acquisition of
the required information of target data and the status requirement of the
second terminal related to
the target data to the server; the server sends the interaction request to the
selected second terminal;
the second terminal matches its own target data with the interaction request
and sends the matched
target data to the first terminal. The first terminal completes the data
interaction according to the
target data. Therefore, the match process of the request of the target data is
transferred from the first
terminal to the second terminal. On one hand, the efficiency of the first
terminal is improved, on the
other hand, the second terminal can interact data through the target data to
improve the efficiency
of the data interaction and the safety of the data transmission.
