A data interaction processing method, device and system. The method comprises:
a first terminal
sends requirement information for obtaining target data and a preset distance
range requirement to
a server (S10); the server receives the target data requirement information,
searches in a database
according to position information of the first terminal for a second terminal
wherein the distance
between the second terminal and the first terminal satisfies the preset
distance range requirement,
and sends the target data requirement information to a found second terminal
(S11); the second
terminal receives the target data requirement information, and sends target
data matching the
requirement information to the first terminal (S12); the first terminal
receives the target data (S13).
The present invention enables a requirement matching operation of the first
terminal regarding
target data to be moved to the server, thereby increasing the matching speed
and efficiency.


French Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif et un système de traitement d'interaction de données. Le procédé comprend les opérations suivantes : un premier terminal envoie des informations d'exigence pour obtenir des données cibles et une exigence de plage de distance préétablie à un serveur (S10) ; le serveur reçoit les informations d'exigence de données cibles, recherche dans une base de données, selon des informations de position du premier terminal, un second terminal, la distance entre le second terminal et le premier terminal satisfaisant à l'exigence de plage de distance préétablie, et envoie les informations d'exigence de données cibles à un second terminal trouvé (S11) ; le second terminal reçoit les informations d'exigence de données cibles, et envoie des données cibles correspondant aux informations d'exigence au premier terminal (S12) ; le premier terminal reçoit les données cibles (S13). La présente invention permet une opération de mise en correspondance d'exigence du premier terminal concernant des données cibles à déplacer vers le serveur, permettant ainsi d'augmenter la vitesse et l'efficacité de mise en correspondance.

Claims:
1. A data interaction processing system including a first terminal, a server
and at least one
second terminal for improving search efficiency of the first terminal and
improving safety
of data transmission when the second terminal transmits data of an electronic
commerce
platform, the system comprising:
the first terminal, configured to:
send required information of target data, physical location information of the

first terminal and a pre-set distance range between the first terminal and the

second terminal, to the server; and
acquire target data from the second terminal, when the second terminal is
located within the pre-set distance range;
the server, configured to:
receive the required information of the target data, the physical location
information of the first terminal and the pre-set distance range from the
first
terminal;
search, in real time, for the second terminal within the pre-set distance
range
based on the physical location information of the first terminal, after
receiving
the required information of the target data; and
send the required information of the target data to the second terminal;
the second terminal, configured to:
receive the required information of the target data from the server when the
second terminal is located within the pre-set distance range;

match the target data with the required information of the target data; and
send the target data to the first terminal to enable the first terminal to
complete
data interaction through the target data, thereby improving the search
efficiency of the first terminal and improving the safety of data transmission

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the server is further configured to acquire
the physical
location information of the first terminal and physical location information
of the second
terminal in advance.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the requirement of the pre-set distance
range is required
that the distance between the first terminal and the second terminal
corresponding to the
target data should be within the pre-set distance range.
4. The system of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the target data is an
Object Credit
Certificate.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the Object Credit Certificate is a kind of
web-based
electronic certificate integrated target commodity/service information from a
target
commodity/service provider.

range based on the physical location information of the first terminal, after
receiving the
required information of the target data;
receiving, by the second terminal, the required information of the target data
from the

matching, by the second terminal, the required information of target data with
the target
data, to improve the search efficiency of the first terminal;
sending, by the second terminal, the target data to the first terminal to
enable the first
terminal to complete data interaction through the target data thereby
improving the
safety of data transmission when the second terminal sends the target data to
the first
terminal within the pre-set distance range; and
acquiring, by the first terminal, the target data from the second terminal.
19. The method of claim 18 further includes:
the server acquires the physical location information of the first terminal
and physical
location information of the second terminal in advance.
20. The method of claim 18, wherein the requirement of the pre-set distance
range is required
that the distance between the first terminal and the second terminal
corresponding to the
target data should be within the pre-set distance range.

[2] The present invention relates to the information interaction field, and in
particular, to a method, device
and system of data exchange processing.
[3] Background Technology
[4] With the development of Internet technology, especially mobile Internet
technology, users can access
to the Internet through mobile devices using 2G,3G,4G or WIFI to conduct
interaction and social
activities. Users can conveniently and effectively perform online activities,
this is an incomparable
experience with offline. But there is no effective solution about using the
Internet faster to find out
users' required information yet.
[5] As an example of a data exchange processing in user's living scene of
common day, when users
purchase products online, they usually search keywords on the platform
provided by the Internet, and
screen what they would like to purchase from a large amount of search results.
In this way, when the
information obtained through the keyword matches the information actually
required by the user is
not high, the user cannot obtain the required information quickly and
accurately. So that purchasing
product is inefficient.
[6] Summary of the Invention
[7] An object of the present invention is to provide a data interaction
processing method, device and
system.
[8] To solve the problem above, the first technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to provide
a data interaction process method, which includes that the first terminal
sends the required
information of the target data and the requirement of the preset distance
range for requiring the

response of the second terminal to the server; thereinto, the requirement of
the preset distance range
is required that the distance range between the first terminal and the second
terminal corresponding
to the target data is located wherein the preset distance range; the server
receives the required
information of the target data and searches the qualified second terminal
which meeting the
requirement of the preset distance range and sending the required information
of the target data to
the searched second terminal; thereinto, the server acquired the location
information of the first
terminal and second terminals in advance; the searched second terminal
receives the required
information of the target data and sends the target data matching with the
required information to
the first terminal; the first terminal acquires the target data.
[9] To solve the problem above, the second technical solution adopted by
the present invention is to
provide a data interaction process method, the executive body of this example
is the first terminal,
which includes that the first terminal sends the required information of the
target data and the
requirement of the preset distance range for requiring the response of the
second terminal to the
server, it enables the server to search the qualified second terminal which
meeting the requirement
of the preset distance range and sending the required information of the
target data to the searched
second terminal; thereinto, the requirement of the preset distance range is
that the distance range
between the first terminal and the second terminal corresponding to the target
data is located wherein
the preset distance range; the server acquired the location information of
both the first terminal and
second terminals in advance; the first terminal acquires the target data sent
by the searched second
terminal.

present invention is to
provide a data interaction process method, the executive body of this example
is the server, which
includes that the server receives the required information of the target data
and the requirement of
the preset distance range for requiring the response of the second terminal;
thereinto, the requirement
of the preset distance range is that the distance range between the first
terminal and the second
terminal corresponding to the target data is located wherein the preset
distance range; the server
searches the qualified second terminal which meeting the requirement of the
preset distance range
according to the location information of the first terminal; thereinto, the
server acquired the location
information of the first terminal and second terminals in advance; the server
sends the required
information of the target data to the searched second terminal; it enables the
second terminal to send
the target data matching with the required information to the first terminal,

present invention is to
provide a data interaction process system, which includes the first terminal,

second terminal to the
server; the requirement of the preset distance range is that the distance
range between the first
terminal and the second terminal corresponding to the target data is located
wherein the preset
distance range; the server is used to receive the required information of the
target data and search
the qualified second terminal which meeting the requirement of the preset
distance range and
sending the required information of the target data to the searched second
terminal; thereinto, the
server acquired the location information of the first terminal and second
terminals in advance; the
second terminal is used to receive the required information of the target data
and send the target data
matching with the required information to the first terminal; the first
terminal is also used to acquire
the target data.
[12] To solve the above problem, the fifth technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process device, which includes a sending module and
an executing
module. The sending module is used to send the required information of the
target data and the
requirement of the preset distance range for requiring the response of the
second terminal to the
server; it enables the server to search the qualified second terminal which
meeting the requirement
of the preset distance range and sending the required information of the
target data to the searched
second terminal; thereinto, the requirement of the preset distance range is
required that the distance
range between the first terminal and the second terminal corresponding to the
target data is located
wherein the preset distance range; the server acquired the location
information of the first terminal
and second terminals in advance; the executing module is used to acquire the
target data sent by the
second terminal.
[13] To solve the above problem, the sixth technical solution adopted by the
present invention is to
provide a data interaction process device, which includes a receiving module,
a query module and a
sending module; the receiving module is used to receive the required
information of the target data
and the requirement of the preset distance range for requiring the response of
the second terminal
sent by the first terminal; thereinto, the requirement of the preset distance
range is required that the
distance range between the first terminal and the second terminal
corresponding to the target data is

located wherein the preset distance range; the query module is used to search
the qualified second
terminal which meeting the requirement of the preset distance range; the
device acquired the location
information of the first terminal and second terminals in advance; the sending
module is used to
send the required information of the target data to the searched second
terminal; it enables the second
terminal to send the target data matching with the required information to the
first terminal, then the
first terminal acquires the target data.
[14] In the solution above, the first terminal sends the interaction request
of the target data and the
requirement of the preset distance range for requiring the response of the
second terminal to the
server; the server sends the interaction request to the qualified second
terminal. The second terminal
matches its own target data with the interaction request and sends the matched
target data to the first
terminal. It enables the first terminal to complete data interaction through
the target data. Therefore,
the match process of the data interaction is transferred from first terminal
to the second terminal. On
one hand, the efficiency of the first terminal is improved, on the other hand,
the safety of data
transmission is improved when the second terminal transmits data.

interaction processing method
applied by the first example of the present invention. The data interaction
processing method in this
example includes the following steps:
[25] Step S10: the first terminal sends the required information of the target
data and the requirement of
the preset distance range for requiring the response of the second terminal to
the server.
[26] Thereinto, the requirement of the preset distance range is required that
the distance range between
the first terminal and the second terminal corresponding to the target data is
located wherein the

[30] In another example of the present invention, the server can acquire the

terminal in real time when
the server received the required information of the target data and the
requirement of the preset
distance range sent by the first terminal.
[31] Step S12, the searched second terminal receives the required information
of the target data and sends
the target data matching with the required information to the first terminal.

kind of web-based electronic

[34] Step S13, the first terminal acquires the target data.
[35] An example of data interaction method applied by the present invention is
showed as below.
Thereinto, the first terminal is the client A, the server is the data
management server, the second
terminal is the client B. Thereinto, the client A has the stored the
administrator's password wherein
one or multiple terminal devices, the password is used to be executed the
administrator's permission
wherein the corresponding terminal device. The client A, the client B and
terminal devices may be
a personal computer, a tablet, a smartphone etc. which can access to the
Internet and exchange data
with the data management server.
[36] When the client A sends the acquisition request of the administrator's
password and the requirement
of the preset distance range, this preset distance range is required that the
distance range between
the client A and the client B storing the administrator's password is located
wherein the preset
distance range. For example, the client A sends the data information via the
Bluetooth, it required
that the target client B is located at the Bluetooth's effective area.
[37] This data management server acquired and stored the location information
of all the client A and
client B in advance. The client B1 should be confirmed when it meets the
requirement of the preset
distance range. At the same time, the data management server sends the
acquisition request of the
administrator's password to the client Bl.
[38] When receiving the acquisition request, the client B1 identifies whether
the client B1 accepts the
administrator's password of the terminal device C. If yes, the client B1 sends
the corresponding
target data to the client A. The client A can execute the function of
electronic commerce to complete
the data interaction of the administrator's password of the terminal device C
according to the target
data. Thereinto, for safety of data information, the target data may be the
data pack encrypted by the
administrator's password of the terminal device C and the encryption keys for
deciphering. When
accepted by the client A, the data pack can be deciphered and unzipped using
with the encryption
keys and another encryption key encrypted by the administrator's password of
the terminal device
C, then the administrator's password of the terminal device C can be obtained.
[39] In the solution above, the first terminal sends the interaction request
of the target data and the
requirement of the preset distance range for requiring the response of the
second terminal to the

server; the server sends the interaction request to the qualified second
terminal. The second terminal
matches its own target data with the interaction request and sends the matched
target data to the first
terminal. It enables the first terminal to complete data interaction through
the target data. Therefore,
the match process of the data interaction is transferred from first terminal
to the second terminal. On
one hand, the efficiency of the first terminal is improved, on the other hand,
the safety of data
transmission is improved when the second terminal transmits data.
[40] Further, the target data may be the product information, digital, audio
data, video data, program data
or fund data in the financial field etc. If the target data is the product
information, the second terminal
should be the buyer, the server should be the server of the electronic
commerce platform, the second
terminal should be the seller.
[41] An example of data interaction method applied by the present invention is
described as below.
Thereinto, the first terminal is the buyer, the second terminal is the seller,
the server is the server of
the electronic commerce platform.
[42] The buyer sends the promotion information of the commodity/service and
the requirement of the
preset distance range to the server. Thereinto, the requirement of the preset
distance range is required
that the distance range between the first terminal and the second terminal
corresponding to the target
data is located wherein the preset distance range. Specifically, the promotion
information of the
target data comprises the name's information of the commodity/service at
least. To improve the
accuracy of matching data, the promotion information of the target data also
includes at least one of
the information of specification, price and description.
[43] The server receives the interaction request of the commodity/service and
the requirement of the
preset distance range and searches the sellers meeting with the requirement of
the preset distance
range wherein the database. Thereinto, when receiving the promotion
information and the
requirement of the preset distance range sent by the buyer, the server
confirms one qualified seller
from the pre-recorded location information of the sellers. This qualified
seller is the one which meets
the buyer' s need.
[44] The server sends the interaction request of the commodity/service to the
selected seller. Further,
the server also sends the related information of the buyer to the seller, such
as, contact
information, the location information, purchasing record, credit rating etc.
[45] The seller receives the interaction request of the commodity/service and
sends the Object Credit
Certificate matching with the promotion information to the buyer.

[46] Thereinto, the buyer receives this Object Credit Certificate and executes
the function of
electronic commerce to acquire this Object Credit Certificate, at the same
time, completes the
transaction of the commodity/service. Specifically, when receiving the Object
Credit Certificate,
the buyer can check out the related information of the commodity/service
through the link
address to make sure whether the commodity/service is required. When
confirming to purchase,
accept this Object Credit Certificate and execute the function of electronic
commerce to acquire
this Object Credit Certificate, at the same time, complete the transaction of
the
commodity/service. When confirming to refuse, refuse to accept this Object
Credit Certificate.
[47] As mentioned above, the Object Credit Certificate is provided by the
commodity/service
provider (such as manufacturer of commodity) in advance, which means that
every
commodity/service has a corresponding Object Credit Certificate, it includes
that the
information related to transaction information is from provider rather than
the information of the
seller. Therefore, when the buyer receives this Object Credit Certificate, and
the functions of
electronic commerce are achieved, and the order is generated according to this
Object Credit
Certificate. The two parties of transaction are the buyer and the
commodity/service provider.
When the buyer confirms the acceptance of Object Credit Certificate, and
generate the order
corresponding to the Object Credit Certificate, the payment for
commodity/service can be paid
to commodity/service provider, the provider will make a delivery when the
provider accepts this
order according to the information of the buyer.
[48] In the solution above, the buyer sends the interaction request of the
target data and the requirement
of the preset distance range for requiring the response of the seller to the
server; the server sends the
interaction request to the qualified seller. The seller matches its own Object
Credit Certificate with
the interaction request and sends the matched target data to the buyer. It
enables the buyer to
complete data interaction through the target data. Therefore, the match
process of the data interaction
is transferred from the buyer to the server in order to improve the
flexibility of the match level of
the data interaction and the purchasing process.
[49] Please refer to Figure 2, Figure 2 is a schematic flow chart of a data
interaction processing method
applied by the second example of the present invention; The executive body of
this example is the
first terminal. The data interaction processing method in this example
includes the following steps:
[50] Step S20: the first terminal sends the required information of the target
data and the requirement of
the preset distance range for requiring the response of the second terminal to
the server, it enables

the server to search the qualified second terminal which meets the requirement
of the preset distance
range and send the required information of the target data to the searched

distance range; the server acquired the location information of both the first
terminal and second
terminals in advance;
[52] Step S21: the first terminal acquires the target data sent by the
searched second terminal.

Certificate or the acquisition method
information of an Object Credit Certificate, which is a kind of Internet
Electronic Certificate and is
used to provide the target commodity/service information and the essential
functions of electronic
commerce.

to provide the target commodity/service information and the essential
functions of electronic

applied by the third example of the present invention; the executive body of
this example is the
server; the data interaction processing method in this example includes the
following steps:
[56] Step S30: the server receives the required information of the target data

[57] Thereinto, the requirement of the preset distance range is that the
distance range between the first
terminal and the second terminal corresponding to the target data is located

of the preset distance range for requiring the response of the second terminal
to the server 42;
thereinto, the requirement of the preset distance range is that the distance
range between the first
terminal and the second terminal 43 corresponding to the target data is
located wherein the preset
distance range;
[67] The server 42 is used to receive the required information of the target
data and search the qualified
second terminal 43 which meets the requirement of the preset distance range

information of the target data to the searched second terminal 43.

the preset distance range; the server acquired the location information of the
first terminal and

data interaction processing
device applied by the second example of the present invention. The data
interaction processing device in
this example includes a receiving module 61, a query module 62 and a sending
module 63; In this
example, the device 60 is operated wherein the server.
[75] The receiving module 61 is used to receive the required information of
the target data and the
requirement of the preset distance range for requiring the response of the
second terminal sent by
the first terminal; thereinto, the requirement of the preset distance range is
required that the distance
range between the first terminal and the second terminal corresponding to the
target data is located
wherein the preset distance range;
[76] The query module 62 is used to search the qualified second terminal which
meets the requirement
of the preset distance range;
[77] Specifically, when the device 60 receives the required information of the
target data and searches
the qualified second terminal, the device identifies whether the distance
range between the location
information of the first terminal and at least one second terminal is located
wherein the preset
distance range to screen out the qualified second terminal.
[78] The sending module 63 is used to send the required information of the
target data to the searched

information to the first terminal, then the first terminal acquires the target

[79] The object of the present invention provides a data interaction
processing method, device and
system, which can improve efficiency of data interaction. The first terminal
sends the interaction
request of the target data and the requirement of the preset distance range
for requiring the response
of the second terminal to the server; the server sends the interaction request
to the qualified second
terminal. The second terminal matches its own target data with the interaction
request and sends the
matched target data to the first terminal. It enables the first terminal to
complete data interaction
through the target data. Therefore, the match process of the data interaction
is transferred from first
terminal to the second terminal. On one hand, the efficiency of the first
terminal is improved, on the
other hand, the safety of data transmission is improved when the second
terminal transmits data.
[80] The foregoing descriptions are merely preferred examples of the present
invention but not limited
to the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and
improvement made
within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall be included in
the protection of the
present invention.
