English Abstract

A fastening apparatus for a cleaning device based on introducing high-amplitude pressure waves by means of a hollow-cylindrical nozzle (19) into a boiler to be cleaned through an opening in the boiler wall (20) has a cleaning device housing body (10) which is fastenable to the boiler wall (10) with the aid of a boiler-side fastening flange (30, 32), wherein the longitudinal direction of the hollow-cylindrical nozzle (19) is concentric with respect to the opening in the boiler wall (20) and is orthogonal to the boiler axis. A series of damping elements (50) are arranged at regular angular distances around the hollow-cylindrical nozzle (19) in the longitudinal direction thereof and are each fastened at one free end to the boiler-side fastening flange (30, 32) and at the other free end in each case to the housing body (10) such that, when said high-amplitude pressure wave is triggered in the cleaning device, the housing body (10) thereof is held back resiliently pointing away from the boiler in the longitudinal direction and can be brought back into the starting position.


French Abstract

Un dispositif de fixation pour un dispositif de nettoyage basé sur l'introduction d'ondes de pression à haute amplitude au moyen d'une buse cylindrique creuse (19) dans une chaudière à nettoyer à travers une ouverture dans la paroi de chaudière (20) comporte un corps de boîtier de dispositif de nettoyage (10) qui peut être fixé à la paroi de chaudière (10) à l'aide d'une bride de fixation côté chaudière (30, 32), la direction longitudinale de la buse cylindrique creuse (19) étant concentrique par rapport à l'ouverture dans la paroi de chaudière (20) et étant orthogonale à l'axe de chaudière. Une série d'éléments d'amortissement (50) sont disposés à des distances angulaires régulières autour de la buse cylindrique creuse (19) dans la direction longitudinale de celle-ci et sont fixés chacun au niveau d'une extrémité libre à la bride de fixation côté chaudière (30, 32) et à l'autre extrémité libre dans chaque cas au corps de boîtier (10) de telle sorte que, lorsque ladite onde de pression à haute amplitude est déclenchée dans le dispositif de nettoyage, le corps de boîtier (10) associé soit maintenu de façon à être orienté de manière élastique à l'opposé de la chaudière dans la direction longitudinale et puisse être ramené dans la position de départ.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Fastening device for a cleaning device based on the introduction of high-
amplitude
pressure waves through a hollow cylindrical nozzle (19) into a boiler to be
cleaned through
an opening in the boiler wall (20), wherein a housing body (10) of the
cleaning device can
be fastened to the boiler wall (20) with the aid of a fastening flange (30,
32), wherein
advantageously the longitudinal direction of the hollow cylindrical nozzle
(19) of the cleaning
device is concentric to the opening in the boiler wall (20) and is orthogonal
to the boiler axis,
characterised in that a series of damping units (50; 150, 156; 250; 350) are
provided, which
are arranged at regular angular intervals around the hollow cylindrical nozzle
(19) of the
cleaning device in the longitudinal axis thereof and are each fastened with
one free end to
the boiler-side fastening flange (30, 32, 40) and with the respective other
free end to the
housing body (10), so that when the said high-amplitude pressure wave is
triggered in the
cleaning device, the housing body (10) thereof is resiliently held back in the
longitudinal
direction away from the boiler and is brought back into the starting position.
2. Fastening device according to claim 1, characterised in that the damping
units (50;
250) comprise hydraulic dampers.
3. Fastening device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that each
damping unit
(50) has a pneumatically or hydraulically controllable damping cylinder and a
piston (51)
which can be extended from the latter.
4. Fastening device according to claim 1, characterised in that each
damping unit has
two tension/compression springs (150, 156) arranged in series in their
longitudinal direction
or two groups of a plurality of toroidal elastomers (350) arranged in series
in their
longitudinal direction, which are inserted between the boiler-side fastening
flange (30, 32,
40) and a centre plate (151) or between the centre plate (151) and the damping
plate (152),
that the housing body (10) is rigidly fastened to the centre plate (151) by
first longitudinal
rods (155), that the damping plate (152) is rigidly fastened to the boiler-
side fastening flange
(30, 32, 40) by second longitudinal rods (154), and that in the case of
tension/compression
springs (150, 156), additional hydraulic dampers (250) are provided between
the damping
plate (152) and the centre plate (151) in the longitudinal direction around
the hollow
cylindrical nozzle (19).

5. Fastening device according to claim 4, characterised in that the two
tension/compression springs (150, 156) or group of toroidal elastomers (350)
of each
damping unit arranged in a row in the longitudinal direction are arranged
around one of the
second longitudinal rods (154) and are supported on the centre plate (151)
directly or on
bushes (157, 352) facing the tension/compression springs (150, 156) or the
group of toroidal
elastomers (350) on this centre plate (151), while the associated second
longitudinal rod
(154) is supported through an opening in the centre plate (151) or the group
of toroidal
elastomers (350), while the associated second longitudinal rod (154) is passed
through an
opening in the centre plate (151).
6. Fastening device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in
that the
fastening flange (40) on the boiler side is part of a closure housing (60,
60') which has a
boiler wall flange (30) which can be fixed to the boiler at the longitudinal
end opposite the
fastening flange (32).
7. Fastening device according to claim 6, characterised in that the closure
housing (60,
60') has a guide tube (38) in which the hollow cylindrical nozzle (19) is
freely guided.
8. Fastening device according to claim 7, characterised in that the guide
tube (38) is
double-walled with an inner cavity which is provided helically from a feed
point into the guide
tube (38) pointing away from the boiler to the front edge (39) of the guide
tube (38), in that
the inner cavity can be supplied with a cooling fluid from a fluid source
arranged outside the
closure housing (60), and the wall directed towards the boiler wall or the
front edge (39) of
the guide tube (38) have openings for an outlet of the cooling fluid.
9. Fastening device according to claim 8, characterised in that the guide
tube (38) is
movable relative to the boiler wall flange (30) in the longitudinal direction
of the hollow
cylindrical nozzle (19), the guide tube (38) being at least partially
retractable from the
opening (22) in the boiler wall (20) in a rearward rest position.
10. Fastening device according to any one of claims 6 to 9, characterised
in that a
closure flap (80) is provided in the interior of the closure housing (60,
60'), which consists
of two to four closure wings (81), which are each pivotable about a bearing
axis (84)
arranged tangentially transversely to the longitudinal axis, in order to be
opened by pivoting
against the inner walls of the closure housing (60, 60') when the hollow
cylindrical nozzle
(19) is advanced through the front edge of the closure housing (60, 60').

11. Fastening device according to claim 10, characterised in that the
closure wings (81)
are double-walled with an inner cavity, in that the inner cavity can be
supplied with a cooling
fluid from a fluid source arranged outside the closure housing (60, 60') and
the wall of the
closure wings (81) directed towards the boiler wall has openings for an outlet
of the cooling
fluid.
12. Fastening device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterised
in that it has
a pivot axis (13) arranged above the housing body (10), which is aligned
transversely to the
longitudinal axis of the hollow cylindrical nozzle (19), and on which the
housing body (10)
is suspended via a pendulum arm (11).
13. Fastening device according to claim 12, characterised in that the pivot
axis (13) is
fastened to a trolley (16) which is displaceable in the longitudinal direction
of this hollow
cylindrical nozzle (19) on a trolley profile provided above the hollow
cylindrical nozzle (19).
