Pouch for packaging biological liquid substances, consisting of two sheets of thermoplastic material sealed by a bead. A fill line is connected to the top portion of the pouch. In this top portion, one of the two sheets of thermoplastic material has a peelability zone including a wax. After filling, the bag is sealed in a sealing zone within the peelability zone, near the top portion of the line, transversally in relation to it. The pouch may be easily opened, without using a cutting tool, in the desired zone, by manually separating the two sheets of thermoplastic material and a probe may be introduced into the pouch line with a good guide system.
