The invention consists of a platform (shelf capable of bearing the weight of a worker) and a shelf mounted above at the worker's hand height, these two entities being connected together by a system of manually controlled arms. It is a shelf platform system that is movable and attached to an ordinary ladder (rungs at 12" or 14" intervals, the whole able to be raised and lowered as required. Current use enables painters, carpenters plasterers, etc., to work at ease with their feet comfortably supported and major tools close at hand.

pouvant supporter le poids d'un travaillant) et d'une
tablette superposée à la hauteur des mains du travaillant,
ces deux entités étant reliées entre elles par un système
de bras à réglage manuel. Il s'agit en fait d'un système
de tablette plate-forme amovible et rattaché à une échelle
ordinaire (barreaux 12~" ou 14~"), le tout, pouvant être
levé et rabaissé selon le besoin du travaillant.
L'usage courant permet à un peintre, menuisier, tireur de
joints, etc., de travailler à son aise, les pieds confortablement
supportés et ses principaux outils à la portée
de la main.
