English Abstract

Every day millions of people go shopping in supermarkets. Leaving the stores,
they load their
plastic bags full of groceries etc, into the back of their vehicle. On
returning home, they find that
many bags have overturned and the contents are strewn over the floor! In this
invention, the bags
(Sacs) are held in a vertical fashion and their contents remain in the bags.

SPECIFICATION
This invention relates to a means of retaining bags full of groceries etc in a
vertical attiude
while being transported in the back of vehicles, thus preventing them from
spilling their contents
onto the floors of the vehicles
Every day, millions of people visit grocery and other stores.and return to
their vehicles with cart
loads of plastic and other shopping bags (sacs). These are then placed on the
floors of the trunk,
hatch back , or van. Inevitably, no matter how carefully they are loaded, by
the time the vehicle
reachs home, atleast some will have fallen over discharging the contents on to
the floor , an
annoyance if nothing else.!.
In my invention, a simple, strong but low-cost structure, weighing very little,
may be easily placed
on the floor to support the shopping bags. When not in use, it is easily
folded to to lie flat on the
floor so allowing other items, eg. Golf bags , to be placed on top. Because of
its low weight, it
can be removed in its entirity.
The "Sac - Pac" can be installed into any vehicle without the need for tools
or any special skill ,
making it ideal for anybody to use. Its light weight causes no problems to the
elderly or handicap
-ed .
