be used as an option of the present construction methods of wood and
aggregates,
such as: clay, lime, cement , sand ,brick and stone,
in the provision of structures of habitat and other enclosures.

Specification
The claimants "Panel RSO Plus" is composed of fabricated metal parts and
standard plastic man made sheets such as styrofoam that are attached by
placed permanent magnets ,to suit the application, embedded flush in the
plastic's
inner surface.
The embodiment of the invention in which an exclusive property or privilege
is claimed are defined as follows:
Figure 1 ) Shows a "Panel RSO Plus" typical unit assembly
held by magnetic bonding.
Figure 2) Is an exploded view showing the items in a typical
"Panel RSO Plus".
Figure 3) Shows "Panel RSO Plus" being use for walls , roof , floors
and ceilings.
Figure 4) Shows a typical arrangement of adjacent " Panel RSO Plus"
to one another held by steel clamps , such unions are further
secured by sheet metal or plastic cover plates both inside
and outside bolted to one another to suit decor and purpose .
