ABSTRACT:
This construction or assembly type game consists of individually-
sized and shaped flat pieces which can be combined with uniquely
designed rods to produce almost unlimited variations in the shape
and design of the completed assembly. Because of the large number
of individually designed pieces, the game cannot be done by rote,
thus making it very challenging with the final outcome limited only
by the skill, resourcefulness and imagination of the player(s).

CLAIMS:
1. The embodiments of the invention in which an exclusive
property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows:
1. a game consisting of 173 individually sized and shaped flat
pieces and 70 uniquely designed rods in 5 different lengths.
2. the game differs from similiar games in the creative and
innovative approach of using individually sized and
uniquely shaped flat pieces and uniquely designed rods as
defined in claim 1 to produce almost unlimited variations
and combinations and uniquely different completed assemblies.

SPECIFICATION _ DISCLOSURE
l. The invention is that of a construction or assembly type
game for persons l0 years or older
2. The game consi.sts of 1.73 i.ndividually sized and shaped flat
pieces and 70 uniquely designed rods in 5 di.fferent lengths.
The object of the game i.s -to interconnect all of the pi.eces
to form imaginati.ve assembli.es for pleasure and/or for
competition. Because of the large number of individually
designed pieces they can be used i.n almost unli.mited
variations to produce uniquely i.nteresting and completed
assemblies; and an absorbi.ng and educati.onal game.
3. The pieces are assembled at right angles -to each other, ei.-ther
hy inserting the rods through holes in the flat pi.eces or by
connec-ting -the slotted flat pieces together. The flat pieces
are individually shaped and si.zed ancl some can i.nterlock to
form 90 corner pi.eces. Some of the rods are expandable while
o-thers can also interlock to form 90 angles.
4. The game can be played by one or more people. If it i.s to be
played by o~e person, i.t can be assembled on the largcr
circular base providecl or on a larger surface. The object
i.n thi.s case would be to assclnble all of thc ~icces in -the
fastest time or the most imaginative design.
When the game is played by two people or two teams, each
player or team would complete the assembly on one of -the
smaller bases provi.ded; the wi.nner would be the person or team
using the most pieces. Alternati.vely, both players or teams

DWG 3 depicts the construction detai.ls of the fla-t pi.eces.
The flat pieces which are 1.5 mm thick are constructed on a
screen base or graph 18 mm by 18 mm~ with the centers for the
~" ( 13 mm) holes formed by the diagonals of the squares. See
fig. 2. The holes can be constructed as shown i.n vari.an-ts A or s
depending on the manufacturers preference. Vari.ant A would
provi.de more stabi.~i.ty for the pi.eces. Fiq. 1. and Detail A
shows a method of interlocking the pieces to form a 90 corner
piece.
Drawings 4~ 5, 6, 7, 8~ 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 depict the
indi.vidual 173 flat pi.eces whi.c}l can be grouped accordi.ng to
thei.r i.ntended use:
1st group ~ -- vertical use
