TOILET VENT ADAPTOR

ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE
A flat wall adaptor installed invisibly between the
toilet water tank and the back wall from which an air
suction device removes fumes and odors from within
the toilet bowl as it passes through the water tank
overflow pipe and is expelled into the back wall of
the toilet.

Revendications

CLAIMS:
1: A flat wall adaptor screwed on said back wall, behind
said toilet water tank, including an electrical fan
to remove fumes and odors from inside said toilet
bowl and expel said odors into said back wall.
2: A wall adaptor as recited in claim 1 conceived with
a flat casing chamber which fits into the narrow
space left between said water tank and said back
wall.
3: The wall adaptor conceived with said flat casing
chamber, as recited in claim 2, which has two precut
openings on each opposite sides. Said precut open-
ings are specially not aligned with the center of
said wall adaptor. Said wall adaptor can be moved,
half a turn to right or left if necessary, thus
giving four different places on said back wall for
said wall adaptor to be installed. This is to
bypass any obstacles inside said back wall. All
said precut openings are always placed in such a
manner as to receive vertically the flat elbow
comming from said water tank.

4: An opening is cut through the partion holding to-
gether said casing chamber and said electrical fan
unit. This opening is used as an air passage from
said casing chamber to said electrical fan.
5: A wall adaptor as recited in claim 1, with a flat
edge shape, extending around said casing chamber
and said electrical fan on four sides. This is used
as an overlap extention to cover the side cutting
of said wall aperture and by the same token at-
taches said wall adaptor to said back wall of the
toilet. Once installed there is absolutely no wall
repairs required.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a flat wall adaptor equiped
with an electrical air suction device, which ~akes out
of the bathroom, all fumes and obnoxious odors fro~
within the toilet bowl and blows out this soiled air
into the back wall of the water closet.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Various forms of tructures have been heretofore provided
for venting objectionable odors from within toilet bowls.
Many of these inventions work in the toilet seat, some
undernea~h the seat cover, some inside the water tank,
or underneath the~water tank cover and many through the
wall with air ducts and an electric propeller device.
However, some of these tructures cannot meet the minimal
safety electrical standards required in bathrooms for
certain re~ions. ~sthetically many inventions are not
acceptable. Some are very fragile as far as manipula-
tion and maintenance are concerned. Some are dangerous
to use in bathrooms.

SU~MARY OF THE INVENTION:
This inventlon relates to a wall adaptor which is
installed into the back wall of the water closet in a
provided aperture for an electrical fan operation and
also a manual switch.
Another object of this invention is to provide a ven-
tilating system which can be readily and easily instal-
led at low cost.
Another object of this invention is to provide a venti-
lating system for water closet whereby, the electrical
wiring supplying power to the ventilating unit is fully
enclosed and therefore protected against the humid
environment often present in bathrooms, thus making the
ventilated toilet safe against electrical shocks.

ESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT:
The wall adaptor 10 Fig. 3 has a casing 11 where on
each side (top and bottom) there is two precut openings
12 which one of them should be punched out to insert
the flat elbow 13 as a coupling connecting the vacuum
tube 14 placed on the tank overflow 15. This tank
overflow tube 15 is a conduct to all the washing holes
16 around the inside top of the rim of the bowl and
these holes are used as air intake for this ventilating
system.
