FOUR DIAL POST - STREET CLOCKS WITH A ROTATING
INFORMATION DRUM AND EMERGENCY "PANIC"ALARM
The invention provides the necessarily Information to the public and Light-
Sound
Alarm in dangerous situations. The invention will be situating in front of
business
office and residential buildings, on the highest circulation city arteries,
displays
are highly visible to motorists, pedestrians and transit riders. Four Dial
clocks are
regularly subjected to temperature changes from well below freezing to above
100F, rain, snow, and debris carried by the wind. The new bearing material is
a
combination of solid lubricants such as Teflon or silicone, polymer alloys,
and
"fiber". Eventually, the shaft surface becomes saturated with dry lubricant,
and
then rides on the lubricant buildup. The profile of the shaft surface fills
with solid
lubricant that lasts for the life of the bearing. Coverage can effectively be
provided within particular industrial, commercial and residential areas or to
a
specific location. Informatiors faces are the same size as Street Ads.
Freestanding units those are strategically located along key thoroughfares.
Street Ads deliver higher than average circulations. Built to stand out above
ctutter they hit decision makers at eye level, and "print high quality
advertisements" reproduction with night-hour rear illumination offers the
potential
for vibrant, eye-catching displays that stand out.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTATION
Whether it is a replica from the past, or an idea ahead of its time. Their
time has
come, again. Not so long ago, public clocks appeared doomed in the North
America. Inexorably; they faded from view, replaced with faceless digital
readouts on modern facades or with nothing at all. The watch less were left to
their own devices. Quality and craftsmanship are the hallmarks of our company.
Using only the finest parts and materials, with the aid of Computer design
Technology, "DEEP WAVE" manufactures beautiful, detailed Time Pieces of
unequalled precision and stile (Fig. 13.1 - 13.5). Public clocks are a kind of
"street furniture". The clocks everywhere and in all times were and remain one
of
the basic attributes of the large and small cities. The clocks always
decorated
facades of railway and bus stations, Banks and Office buildings, just on the
streets and side roads. The information drums also another basic attributes of
our cities. Same kind of Emergency "PANIC" posts also used in students, child
and retirement areas. The invention consist absolutely new type, 3 in 1.
Typical
tents of this type are shown, for example, in the following United States of
America and Canada patents:

CA 2285105 CA 2344639
CA 2304605 CA 2387256
As an engineering-oriented company, "DEEP WAVE" contemporary clocks with
unequalled precision and style thanks to our unique combination of computer-
aided design technology and modern-world craftsmanship. In our post clock
line,
we make seven standard designs of post clocks as shown on the enclosed
drawing (Fig. 13.1 - 13.5). The clock dials, hands and finishes can be
customized
to any specific requirements.
We are also applying special lettering on the dials or the header to highlight
the
name of the company or product. Though such tents have achieved
considerable popularity and commercial success, there has been a continuing
need for improvement.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The invention pertains generally to information-commercial industry. More
specifically, the invention relates to Clocks on front of business buildings,
