transporting, and renewable energy generating. The method comprises following
steps: sorting the solid waste, collecting the solid waste, respectively
fluidizing the solid waste, evacuating the fluidized waste through
pipelines, transporting the fluidized waste to recycle plants or methane
generating pool, and producing methane and sludge dewatered for fertilizer.
The apparatus comprises multiple collectors for fluidizing the solid
waste, and a regional house (16) can manage the apparatus.

What is claimed is:
1. The method and apparatus of solid wastes automatic collection ductwork
evacuation and comprehensive utilization generated from solid waste
facilitative dropping, automatically collecting, evacuating, transporting, and
renewable energy generating comprising the following steps and apparatus of:
sorting solid wastes into poly, paper and biodegradable wastes; facilitating
dropping and automatically collecting the solid wastes by setting the multiple
solid waste fluidize collector with infrared sensor lid automatic open
assembly
indoor 1 and outdoor 2; respectively fluidizing the solid wastes in the
collector
with both gaseous medium and proportioned liquid medium into both dry
fluidized particle and wet fluidized jam to satisfy the duct pipeline
evacuation
and transportation; through the duct pipe 3, the pumps and suctions evacuate
the fluidized waste particle and jam going into regional collect tanks 4;
transporting poly waste and paper waste respectively to recycle plants 14 and
15, fluidized biodegradable waste particle and jam to methane generate pool 7;
methane purified and collected by chamber 9 for fuel ; sludge after
sterilizing
and transporting to farm and garden 12 for both underground and surface
irrigation, and dewatered by gravity compress filter dewater chamber 10 for
organic fertilizer, and further carbonized for fuel; waste water purified by
chamber 13 for recycle and discharge; the process and system are managed by
the regional manage house 16.

4. The method and apparatus of solid wastes automatic collection ductwork
evacuation and comprehensive utilization in claim 1, the procedure of the
method and the parts of the apparatus can be reformed and simplified for
specified use. It comprises A, fluidizing solid waste, evacuating the
fluidized
waste into independent methane generating pool and methane collecting through
pipeline procedure and B, fluidizing solid waste, transporting the fluidized
waste
through pipeline to methane and fertilizer manufacture plant procedure.

comprises bothe side auger-type depot and direct auger-type depot. In the side

What is claimed, the method and apparatus for solid wastes automatic
collection
pipeline evacuation and poly package removing generated from solid waste
facilitative dropping, automatically collecting, evacuating, long distance
transporting, getting uniform & simplex component waste particle and jam for
renewable recycling comprises the method and apparatus.
1. The method comprises the following steps and apparatus of:
Sorting the solid wastes into poly, paper and biodegradable wastes;
Facilitating dropping and automatically collecting the solid wastes by setting
the
multiple solid waste fluidizing collector with infrared sensor lid automatic
open
assembly indoor (1) and outdoor (2);
Respectively putting the wastes into the specified containers of the multiple
solid
waste fluidizing collectors;
Proportioning the mediums into the containers of the multiple solid waste
fluidizing collectors;
Respectively fluidizing the solid wastes in the collector with both gaseous
medium
and proportioned liquid medium into both dry fluidized particle and wet
fluidized
jam to satisfy the duct pipeline evacuation and transportation;
Respectively evacuating the fluidized wastes, through the duct pipe (3), the
pumps
and suctions evacuate the fluidized waste particle and jam going into regional
collect tanks (4) that gets the uniform, simplex component, and poly package
free
waste particles and jam;
Through pipeline, transporting the fluidized poly waste and paper waste
respectively to recycle plants (14) and (15), fluidized biodegradable waste

and jam to methane pool (7) for methane; sludge is transported to farm and

fluidized waste comprises A, evacuating the fluidized waste through pipe into
independent methane generating pool, methane collected through pipes which
connected the pools, and B, collecting the fluidized waste, evacuating the
waste
into regional tank through the pipes which connected the collectors,
transporting

the fluidized waste to the recycle plant.
5. The invention apparatus of claim 1 wherein, the multiple solid waste
fluidizing collector comprises both side auger-type depot and direct auger-

The present invention, the method and apparatus of solid wastes automatic
collection ductwork evacuation and comprehensive utilization, pertains, in
general,
to solid waste facilitative dropping, automatically collecting, evacuating,
transporting, recycling, renewable utilization, putrescent waste contamination
eliminating, poly materials pollution eliminating and greenhouse gas reducing.

Waste disposal is a huge challenge for dwellers, municipalities, and
industries. It
is expensive and time consuming to collect millions of tonnes of trash every
year,
and there are risks to the environment no matter how we dispose of it. The
ideal
situation is to create no waste, but that is difficult to do. The invention
hereby is to
build an effective, quiet and safer method and apparatus to deal with such
problem,
to achieve all kinds of solid wastes automatically collecting, evacuating and
transporting and get benefit from the wastes renewable utilization that is
finally
making all problems under controlling.
In general, the wastes can be divided into biodegradable waste and in-
degradable
waste. Biodegradable waste is putrescent. It contaminates our environment and
living space. It produces odor, infects diseases and generates methane, one of
the
important greenhouse gas. By now, current process of the solid wastes come
from
household, businesses and industries in the world are still adopt that putting
the
solid wastes into specified containers, packaged by poly bags, manual clean
and
putting it into specified collectors, door to door collecting, and vehicle
transporting
to specified disposal site. It is time consuming, wasting energy, resource,
and
inconvenience. It generates secondary pollution, which comes from the poly
package materials of the wastes. Most of the household and units' wastes are

biodegradable, putrefactive, but it could be recycled. For being putrefactive,
it
causes contamination of living space, and infecting disease. By now, most of
the
biodegradable solid wastes are put into poly package bag to prevent the odor,
leachate and contamination. In some degree, it is easy to collecting and
transportation, but it causes much contaminated poly materials through the
package
of the waste going into the nature environment that cause serious pollution.
Because of poly materials are stable in the nature and could not be decayed by
bacteria. It accumulates in the world that aggravates the pollution of the
municipal
waste. In general, most of the poly waste comes from household and industries
could be recycle by sorting. Biodegradable wastes can be recycled too.
However,
using poly to package the biodegradable waste cause both poly and
biodegradable
waste cross-contamination, and complicates the elements and ingredient of
municipal wastes. It is too difficulty to be sorted and too difficult to
recycle that
cause waste of resource and risk to environment.
The present disposals of such municipal waste are landfill, incineration and
compost. All of such disposals are pollutant transfer, except compost, a
little
amount to be recycled. Landfill and incineration are pollutants transfer,
because
they are not complete eliminate such waste in the world. For example, landfill
is
only the process transporting municipal waste from cities to landfill site.
Landfill
generates greenhouse gas, odor and leachate, which contributes to global warm,
air
pollution, contaminate groundwater, surface water and cost much land.
Incinerators
are sometimes used to burn waste under carefully controlled conditions. They
are
an acceptable form of disposal, but they are not a perfect solution either.
The ashes
must be disposed of either at a landfill, or if they are toxic, at a hazardous
waste
facility. Burning garbage also produces acid gases, carbon dioxide and toxic
chemicals that must be treated with expensive air pollution control equipment
to
avoid contributing to acid rain, ozone depletion and air pollution. Compost
can
cause odor and accumulate large contaminated poly come from the package of
municipal waste too.
Currently, there is less research, patent and essay can give an effective
solution of
solid waste automatic collecting, evacuating, disposal and completely
elimination
of solid waste. There are patents and research arts, but most of them limited
in
waste sorting, shredding and transferring. For example, the patents about food
waste and closet waste disposals, which limited for food scraps and closet
waste
jam of drainages, are the pollution transfer too. All biodegradable solid
wastes
have different size, rigidity and component. Food waste and closet waste
disposers
which set under dishpan, galley sink as well as spittoons are limited on
shredding
of small food scraps and closet wastes, they are difficulty to cut and grind
the large

size, bulk size and hard solid waste, for all of the food scraps flush into
public
drainage system that cause the increase of waste water, consuming large of
fresh
water and wasting resource. It transfers solid waste into wastewater and
exacerbates the pollution for that is difficult purifying. The disposers are
also
easily mechanism jam caused by hard food waste, such as bones.
On-site treatment method of food waste, USA patent No. 7108788, need large
extra
space, such as the wastewater collector, the waste separate chamber. It is
difficulty
implement in household and business units. The wastewater of the process is
still
drainage into municipal wastewater systems that cause much difficulty to
purify
and exacerbate the pollution.
Aiming to reach the facilitative dropping, automatically dumping, collecting,
evacuating and transporting of the solid wastes, made solid waste renewable
and
generate benefit from utilization of the wastes, to overcome such problems
encountered in the prior arts, the present invention hereby designed an
effective
method and safe apparatus, to greenhouse gas reduction, poly package materials
pollution elimination, and putrescent solid wastes automatically removing, and
recycling. It provides the ancillary benefits of limiting odors, saving fresh
water,
reducing wastewater, controlling biodegradable waste pollution, reducing owner
liability, providing owner convenience, and providing a potential source of
energy
and profit.
Summary:
The present invention, the method and apparatus of solid wastes automatic
collection ductwork evacuation and comprehensive utilization, contemplates a
feasible, effective and safer procedure and apparatus to reach all kinds of
the solid
wastes automatic collection, evacuation and renewing. The designed procedure
comprise sorting the waste into poly, paper and biodegradable waste;
facilitating
drop by setting multiple combined solid waste fluidize collectors indoor and
outdoor; fluidizing the solid wastes with both gaseous medium and proportioned
liquid medium respectively to satisfy pipeline transportation; evacuating the
fluidized wastes through connected pipes to regional collect tanks;
transporting
poly and paper waste respectively to renew plants for recycle, and
biodegradable
waste to methane and fertilizer manufacture plants; methane purified for fuel;
sludge dewatered for organic fertilizer; wastewater purified for irrigation
and
discharge; a regional management house manages the process and system.

solid
waste fluidization, the present invention designed the multiple solid waste

collector to widely fluidize differ component, bulk size, and rigidity solid

evacuation and
transportation. It is the key lead to solid waste automation. To reach to an
effective,
safer and facilitative fluidizing process, one of the present invention
apparatus, the

Detail Description of the Present Invention
The present invention, the method and apparatus of solid wastes automatic
collection ductwork evacuation and comprehensive utilization, comprise the
following procedure and apparatus:
1. Sorting the solid waste; in general the solid waste basically contains poly
materials, paper and biodegradable waste. While dropping, put the wastes
respectively to correspond combined multiple solid waste fluidize collector to
save the resource, easy renew process and reduce the risk to environment. It
is
easy to do, because it is popular practiced and implemented in North America.

2. Facilitating dropping and automatically collecting; Designing safe power
switch
and lid automatic open infrared sensor assembly 203 of the multiple solid
waste
fluidize collector and setting the multiple solid waste fluidize collector

invention developed an underground irrigation and hydrophyte purification
system by ground aqueduct conducting the dreg and sludge going under the root
of lawn and hydrophyte that can effectively eliminate the odor. The methane
generated from independent methane pool can be collected through pipeline.
The dreg and sludge can also be pumped to dewater chamber for organic
fertilizer and further carbonization for fuel. The present invention designed
a
gravity compress dewater chamber to meet the large quantity of the waste dreg
and sludge dewater process. The gravity compress dewater chamber like a huge
cylinder comprises internal fabric filter wall, frames and exterior de-odor
wall. It
is formed by plural removable filter arcs, which linked together by joint.
Dreg
and sludge are pumped into the cylinder, water squeezed by gravity. After
drying,
remove the filter arcs and take out the sludge for fertilizer. The sludge also

be carbonized for fuel by high temperature. Using gravity compress dewater

project construction and easy evacuating, transporting. But it is a little bit
more
wastewater.
However, both of them have the advantage of odorless, sanitary, no
contaminated poly package pollution, and get purified uniform waste particle
and jam. The wastewater caused is under controlling. Besides, both A and B can
be cross-referenced and employed for specified use.
Share the living municipal drainage systems and facilities to save and reduce
the
cost of the duct pipe construction. The municipal drainage is not busy and
work
for 24 hours. Setting a switch at the end of living municipal drainage

most of the biodegradable solid wastes are put into poly package bag to
prevent the
odor, leachate and contamination. In some degree, it is easy to collecting and
transportation, but it causes much contaminated poly materials through the
package
of the waste going into the nature environment that causes serious pollution.
Because of poly materials are stable in the nature and could not be decayed by
io bacteria. It accumulates in the world that aggravates the pollution of the

5. Off site transportation; the sorted fluidized poly waste and paper waste
can be
transported to renew plants and dewater or de-medium for renew, useful
nutrient
food waste particle and jam are transported to feedstuff plant for recycle,
protein
producing and bio-purification. Other biodegradable waste, such as household
waste, grasses, leaves and industrial waste particles and jam are transported

methane and fertilizer manufacture plant to produce methane and fertilizer.
Setting
regional collect tanks in residential area and site is easy for collecting,
managing
the capacity of the process system, sorting and transportation. If the
collecting tank
is far from the disposal site, the waste particle and jam can be transport by

vehicle and ducting pipe with pumps.
6. Automatic regional management and public municipal facility sharing; The
present invention designed to share the present municipal drainage pipeline to
reduce the cost of the pipeline construction by controlling the waste
evacuating
i o time of the multiple solid waste fluidizing collectors through the
information
exchange assembly set in the invention solid waste fluidizing collector, and

can also be pumped to dewater chamber for organic fertilizer and further
carbonization for fuel. The present invention designed a gravity compress
dewater
chamber to meet the large quantity of the waste dreg and sludge dewater
process.

The gravity compress dewater chamber like a huge cylinder comprises internal
fabric filter wall, frames and exterior de-odor wall. It is formed by plural
removable filter arcs, which linked together by joint. Dreg and sludge are
pumped
into the cylinder, water squeezed by gravity. After drying, remove the filter
arcs
and take out the sludge for fertilizer. The sludge also could be carbonized
for fuel
by high temperature. Using gravity compress dewater could be largely reducing

fertilizer, and further carbonized for fuel, waste water purified by filter

manage house (16) controlling the process system to share the spare time of
regional municipal drainage systems, facilities and manage the process
capacity. To
meet the need of rural areas and reduce the cost of pipeline construction, the
fluidized waste can be evacuated directly into the independent methane
generate
pool (7a), methane collected by pipeline (8), sludge transported to garden
(12a) for
irrigation and bio-purification.

Example 1:
Putting 20kg miscellaneous garbage of coconut, grass, bon, and food waste into
the container (201) of the invention multiple solid waste fluidizing
collector,
turning on the power switch, setting timer, the invention the multiple solid

fluidizing collector automatically proportions water and 20L water added into
the
container, each 30 seconds intermittently turn on the power of the motor
according
the setting program, the motor drives the multiple mechanism jam free
fluidizing
assembly (208) cutting, shattering, shredding, and comminuting the waste in
the
container for 5 minutes, the main-board turns on the clutch of the pump and
vacuum aspirator in chamber (209), and the outlet valve (215), driving by
motor,
the pump and vacuum aspirator evacuate the fluidized waste jam from the
container into collect tank (4). By the cutting and screening of the low
indent cut &
screen (208h), get 40kg uniform fluidized waste jam. 100% of the waste in the
container grinded and no more waste uncut and left in the container. The
automatic
cleaning and de-odor assembly (202) turned on by programming, and spray
0.5L-IL of water, washing and clean the container. The ozone generator and
carbon absorber automatically eliminate the odor in the container, the process
runs
very quietly and smoothly without mechanism jam. The uniform fluidized waste
jam is transported to methane generate pool (7). After 75 days, 6.8 cube
meters of
methane collected. Sludge after sterilizing transported to garden for under
ground
irrigation without odor.

Example 2:
The green house module; solid household waste collected, grinded by the
multiple solid waste fluidizing collector into uniform waste jam with
wastewater
and evacuated into methane generate pool, methane collected through duct pipe
and purified for fuel; the sludge and wastewater irrigate the lawn, flower and
garden plant. The harvest grass, vegetable and garden trash with household
waste
are grinded by multiple solid waste fluidize collector into waste jam and
evacuated
i o into methane generate pool for methane, that form a green circular.
Example 3, the industrial application:
Most of the municipal wastes come from residence, industrials and commercial
units comprise household waste, polymer waste and paper waste. Setting the
combined multiple waste fluidizing collectors in the kitchens, industrials and
public squares. When someone is going near the multiple solid waste fluidizing
collectors, the infrared sensor assembly cut off the power switch and open the
lids
of the multiple solid waste fluidizing collectors. Separately putting the
biodegradable waste, polymer waste and paper waste into the specified
containers
of the combined multiple solid waste fluidizing collectors; after accumulating
to a
set capacity or time, the water proportion assembly is turned on and
proportioning
the water. Respectively adding different proportioned water into the
containers,
driving by the motor, the fluidizing assembly (208) of the multiple solid
waste
fluidizing collectors respectively fluidizing the biodegradable waste into
uniform
wet jam, the polymer waste in the container and the paper waste into the
designed
dry waste particle to satisfy the 2.5cm diameter pipeline transportation;
through the
automatic outlet valve set under each of the containers, and the pipeline (3)
built up
with the 2.5cm diameter pipes which connected all of the automatic outlet
valves,
setting the automatic switch at the end of the pipeline, or in front of the
regional
collect tanks (4), (4a), and (4b), by the controlling of the management house
(16)
through the main-board, remote control system and information exchange
assembly set in the multiple solid waste fluidizing collectors, the fluidized
waste
particles and jam are evacuated through the same public pipeline accordingly:
At 9:00pm, opening the outlet valve of the biodegradable container, and
turning the
switch to the regional biodegradable waste collect tank (4), all of the
fluidized
biodegradable waste jam is evacuated by the suction going through the pipeline
(3)
into the regional biodegradable waste collect tank (4) and getting the
renewable
uniform biodegradable waste.

At 10:00pm, after clean the pipeline by spraying water, opening the outlet
valve of
the polymer waste container, and turning the switch to the regional polymer
waste
collect tank (4a), all of the fluidized polymer waste particle is evacuated by
the
suction going through the pipeline (3) into the regional polymer waste collect
tank
(4a) and getting the renewable uniform polymer waste.
At 11:00pm, opening the outlet valve of the paper waste container, and turning
the
switch to the regional paper waste collect tank (4b), the fluidized paper
waste
io particle in the container is evacuated by the suction going through the
pipeline (3)
into the regional paper waste collect tank (4b) and getting the renewable
uniform
paper waste.
That reached at sharing the same public pipeline.
Respectively transporting polymer waste particle and paper waste particle to
the
correspond recycle plants (14) and (15) for the valuable, renewable resource.
Biodegradable waste jam is transported through the 2.5cm diameter pipeline by
the pump directly going to the gravity compress filter dewater chamber (10a)
and
ferment for methane. After 70 days ferment, the methane has been collected in
the
methane collecting chamber (407) and transported through pipe for fuel. The
waste
water going through the filter wall (403) into the waste water collector
(404), and
is disinfected for soil less growth liquid. The sludge is dewatered by the
gravity for
the organic fertilizer.
It reached that all kinds of the wastes are completely recycled and renewed.
It
will be expected to replace the current manual waste collecting system and
waste
management for it made the wastes going through the pipeline, without polymer
package that got the renewable uniform fluidized wastes. It has reached at the
solid
waste automation that reduces the liability of the dwellers, industrials and
municipalities.
