PORTABLE EXCREMENT BAG
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of Invention
The invention relates to portable excrement bag and more particularly to a
disposable
excrement bag for collecting excrement and draining the same.
2. Description of Related Art
To find a public toilet is always bothersome for people in an outdoor
environment.
Some people, especially women, do not want to use unhygienic toilet for
urination and
instead would rather hold back the urine. It would be harmful for the kidneys
as holding back
the urine for a long period of time.
Additionally, taking the urine test of the health examination as an example, a
paper
cup or disposable paper bag would be provided to collect the urine temporarily
and then the
urine would be transferred into a test tube. However, the operation of the cup
or the bag is
difficult. For example, the hands are easily to be polluted by the spilled
urine. Moreover, the
urine contained in the cup or bag is smelled and may be spilled during
delivery. Further, it is
difficult to transfer the urine from the cupfbag into the small-bore test
tube.
Thus, it is desirable to provide a novel portable excrement bag for
effectively overcoming
above drawbacks.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
It is therefore one aspect of the invention to provide a portable excrement
bag
comprising two supporting members for fixing the fingers on the bag opening of
a bag body,
wherein two fingers fixed by the supporting members are allowed to adjust the
size and the
position of the bag opening of the bag body so as to precisely position the
portable
excrement bag against the body and to aim at the excretory orifices for
collecting the
excrement.
It is another aspect of the invention to provide a portable excrement bag
comprising a
zipper for sealing the bag body so that the excrement can be taken away when
no toilet is
available outdoors.
It is still another aspect of the invention to provide a portable excrement
bag
comprising a zipper for sealing the bag body and an opening where a valve is
mounted on for
the urinOysis.
It is a further aspect of the invention to provide a portable excrement bag
comprising
an opening formed on the bag body, or a pipe connected to the opening on the
bottom for

two sides of bag
opening more effectively, wherein two fingers are allowed to hold two sides of
the bag
opening via the supporting members to position and to adjust the size of the
bag opening
according to the sensitivity and the nimbleness of the fingers so that the
portable excrement
bag can be against the urethra and/or the anus for collection the excrement.
Moreover, a
zipper is positioned below the bag opening of the bag body for sealing the bag
body so that
the excrement issue can be solved when no toilet is available outdoors.
Further, the bag body
has an opening for the excrement outflow and a valVe is mounted on the opening

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
First embodiment:
Referring to FIGS. lA and 1B, a portable excrement bag in accordance with a
first
embodiment of the invention comprises a bag body 10 made of the
thermoplastics,
the papers or other soft materials for convenient storage and carriage. On the
top of
the bag body 10 is a bag opening 12. The bag body 10 has two sidewalls which
form
the bag body 10 and a bottom edge which is distant from the bag opening 12.
Two
supporting members 14 are located at two sides of the bag opening 12
respectively.
Two fingers are allowed to hold the supporting members 14 (see FIG. 1B).
The adhesive material 13 is applied on the finger-sides of both supporting
members 14 so that two fingers are allowed hold on two sides of the bag
opening 12
more effectively. Thus, the nimbleness of the fingers can control the position
and to
adjust the size of the bag opening 12 while the sensitivity of the fingers can
make it
easier to aim at the urethra and/or the anus for collecting the excrement.
Excrement is
prevented from leaking in the collection process due to the compacted contact
of the
supporting members 14 (via fingers) and the skin. Further, the soft material
of the bag

dealt in
an outdoor environment without the provision of public toilet. The supporting
members
14 may have configurations (see FIGS. 2A to 2E) other than the one shown in
FIGS.
1A, 18 and 1C. The supporting members 14 in FIGS. 2A, 2B and 2D are formed of
soft materials. The supporting members 14 in FIGS. 2C and 2E are formed to be
m-shaped structures with stiffened material so that the bag body 10 may be
hung on
the fingers and different sizes of fingers are all applicable. Alternatively,
adhesive
material 13 is applied on the outer surface of the bag opening 12 so that the
bag body
10 may be adhered onto the fingers. Still alternatively, the supporting
members 14 are
formed of adhesive material to be ready to adhere onto the fingers. Further
alternatively, the supporting members 14 are two fingerstalls for the finger
insertion.
As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the bag body 10 is formed of soft membranous
material
-5-

CA 02777136 2012-04-18
and has an upper portion folded downward to integrally form the supporting
members
14 in m-shape so that at least one point of the edge of the supporting member
14 can
be secured firmly to the bag body 10 (see FIG. 2A). Alternatively as shown in
FIG. 2B,
two separated adhesive material 13 are applied on the finger-sides of each
supporting
member 14 so that supporting members 14 may cover and stick on two fingers in
order to let fingers hold on two sides of the bag opening 12 more effectively.
Further,
the sticky supporting members 14 fit for different sizes of the fingers.
Furthermore
(see FIG. 2B), a water absorbent layer 15 is formed on an outer surface of
each
supporting member 14 against the excretory orifices of the human body to be
adhered
thereto. This ensures a leak proof seal to prevent the excrement contamination
of
human body or clothes. While different configurations of the supporting
members 14
are shown in FIGS. 2A to 2E, other configurations of the supporting members 14
for
holding the bag body 10 are contemplated by the invention and are within the
scope of

embodiment of the invention is shown. An individual, especially a woman, may
hold
back urine if the available stool is unhygienic. Advantageously, the bag body
10 is
modified as a square or polygonal shape with a protruded angle at the bottom
corner
and an opening 18 formed at the protruded end so that an individual may pass
urine
into the bag body 10 in urination while in standing position. Further, urine
flows
forwards into a stool from the opening 18 via theprotruded end. Such
configuration
enables an individual to keep the urine far away from the human body. An angle
11 is
existed between the supporting members 14 and the rear portion of the bag
opening
12. The angle 11 is on the side contacted with a human body and is an obtuse
angle.
The supporting members 14 are located at two sides of the front portion of the
bag
opening 12 of the bag body 10 respectively. The angle 11 is fit with the
outline of the
vulva. It is particularly suitable for the women use. Moreover, a tab 21
projects upward
out of the opening 18 of the bag body 10 so that an individual may hold the
tab 21 to
control the direction of the opening 18. As shown in FIG. 5A, a pipe 22 can be
connected to the opening 18 at the bottom corner for correctly directing urine
in the
bag body 10 to stool. As shown in FIG. 5B, an individual can avoid sitting on
a dirty
stool seat while urinating. The outlet of the pipe 22 is further away from the
individual
so that urine may not drop onto the clothes.
The portable excrement bag of the invention has the following advantages: It
can
not only collect urine but also feces. Two fingers are allowed to hold the
supporting
members to position and to adjust the size of the bag opening of the portable
excrement bag in order to completely cover the excretory orifices of human
being. It is
easy to seal, carry and dispose after use. It facilitates pouring urine into
.a test tube.
Finally, it can directly pour the urine into a stool.
In view of above, the portable excrement bag of the invention employs two
supporting members for fixing fingers so as to permit an individual to
position and to
adjust the size of the bag opening of the bag body. Further, the portable
excrement
- 7 -
