1
A new decanter
Technical Field
The invention relates to bartending tool, specifically to a new decanter.
Background Art
Function of the decanter is to make the red wine contact with air adequately.
Since the red
wine has peculiar smell after being preserved for years, people cannot enjoy
the real taste if
drink the red wine directly. Generally, after the red wine bottle is opened,
the red wine will be
poured into decanter and place for several hours, such that the red wine can
contact with air
adequately and be suitable for drinking.
The current decanters are always provided with narrow air channels and complex
in
structure. As a result, the red wine cannot contact with air adequately, and
it is hard to clean
the decanter after the red wine goes into the channel.
Summary of the Invention
The invention aims to claim a new decanter which is simple in structure, easy
to be
cleaned and able to realize adequate contact of red wine and air.
The technical solution of the present invention is as follows:
A new decanter, comprising an outer shell provided with fluid outlet channel
and an inner
shell that is sleeved by the outer shell and provided with fluid outlet hole,
wherein a gap which
is in communication with the fluid outlet channel and the fluid outlet hole
for air to enter is
formed between inner wall of the outer shell and outer wall of the inner
shell.
Further, the outer wall of the inner shell is provided with at least one ridge
connected with
the inner wall of the outer shell, so as to form the gap between inner wall of
the outer shell and
outer wall of the inner shell.
The inlet of the fluid outlet channel is set at the central position of the
bottom of the inner
wall of the outer shell; a stage is set at the connection part of the fluid
outlet channel and the
inner wall of the outer shell, and the fluid outlet channel is provided on the
inner shell at the
position opposite to the inlet.
The section of the fluid outlet channel is trapezoid; wherein bigger opening
thereof is in
contact with outside while the smaller opening thereof is matched with the
fluid outlet hole.
Further, the outer shell is in a structure like a hollow bullet with an
opening at one end,
and the inner shell is in a hollow structure with an opening at one end and a
protruding

2
cambered surface at the other end.
Four ridges are distributed on the outer wall of the inner shell around the
central axis of
the inner shell.
Compared with the existing technique, the beneficial effects of the present
invention are
as follows:
1. The invention uses the gap formed between inner wall of the outer shell and
outer wall
of the inner shell as the channel for air to enter into decanter and contact
with red
wine, thus amount of air entered into the decanter is big; besides, the red
wine can
contact with air adequately while flowing into the fluid outlet channel of the
outer
shell through the through holes of the inner shell, such that the red wine is
oxidized
adequately in much less time.
2. Stages are provided at the inlet of the fluid outlet channel, thus the
contact area of wine
and air is enlarged.
The invention adopts the above structure, so it is simple in structure and
convenient in
use; and it realizes adequate contact of red wine and air, thus it reduces
time for the red wine
to be oxidized and improves the efficiency; and it is easy to separate the
outer shell and the
inner shell for cleaning.

Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments
The invention claims a new decanter, comprising an outer shell provided with
fluid outlet
channel and an inner shell that is sleeved by the outer shell and provided
with fluid outlet hole,
wherein a gap which is in communication with the fluid outlet channel and the
fluid outlet
hole for air to enter is formed between inner wall of the outer shell and
outer wall of the inner
shell.
As shown in Figures 1 to 9, the decanter of the present invention comprises an
outer shell
1 provided with fluid outlet channel 11 and an inner shell 2 that is sleeved
by the outer shell
and provided with fluid outlet hole 21, wherein a gap 3 which is in
communication with the
fluid outlet channel 11 and the fluid outlet hole 21 for air to enter is
formed between inner wall
of the outer shell 1 and outer wall of the inner shell 2.
As shown in Figure 2, there are four ridges 22 circularly distributed on the
outer wall of
the inner shell 2 around the central axis of the inner shell. As shown in
Figures 3 and 4, the
four ridges 22 are in active fit with inner wall of the outer shell, such that
a gap 3 is formed
between inner wall of the outer shell 1 and outer wall of the inner shell 2.
Because the gap 3 is in communication with the fluid outlet channel 11 and the
fluid
outlet hole 21, when the red wine is poured into the inner shell 2, the red
wine flows into the
fluid outlet channel 11 through the fluid outlet hole 21 of the inner shell 2,
so the air can enter
into the fluid outlet hole 21 and trough the fluid outlet channel 11 through
the gap 3; thus the
wine can contact with air adequately to be oxidized, and can generate much
foam when it is
poured into glass.
As shown in Figures 6 to 9, the outer shell 1 is in a structure like a hollow
bullet with an
opening at one end, and the inner shell 2 is in a hollow structure with an
opening at one end
and a protruding cambered surface at the other end. The fluid outlet channel
11 in
communication with the outside is provided on the outer shell at the central
position of inner
wall bottom, and a stage 12 is provided at the connection part of the fluid
outlet channel 11
and inner wall of the outer shell. The fluid outlet hole 21 is set on the
inner shell at the position
opposite to inlet of the fluid outlet channel 11. The section of the fluid
outlet channel 11 is
trapezoid; bigger opening thereof is in contact with outside while the smaller
opening thereof
is concentrically matched with the fluid outlet hole 21, thus the red wine can
contact with air
adequately when flowing into the fluid outlet channel 11 through the fluid
outlet hole 21.
As further description of the embodiment, as long as a gap which is in
communication
with the fluid outlet channel 11 and the fluid outlet hole 21 for air to enter
is formed between

outer wall of the inner shell 2 and inner wall of the outer shell 1, no matter
whether a ridge 22
is provided or what the outer wall of the inner shell 2 is like, the decanter
is within the
protection range of the present invention.
The present invention is not limited to the above implementation methods, if
the changes
or deformations to the present invention do not depart the spirit and scope of
the present
invention, if these changes or deformations belong to the same scope of the
claims and equal
technique scope of the present invention, then the changes or deformations are
intended to be
included by the present invention.
