If you used all human knowledge to make choices, would you be completely
satisfied with the decisions regardless of the outcome?
Yes or No?
To change the world all we need is 51% of the world to answer Yes. Think about
the philosophical implications of this question. The purpose of this proposal
is to get to a
world where everyone on earth has the ability to use the entire record of
human
knowledge, and their own life experiences to make decisions. To accomplish
this we
must create a Global Bio-Digital Neural Network. A computer algorithm so
advanced that it can monitor and maintain the entire global infrastructure and
connect all humans to one global mainframe. Once the world runs on the same
infrastructure, it will be easy to implement better ideas for a sustainable
future.
Health care to economics to natural resource management, all governed by an
algorithm that is governed by the collective thoughts of every individual on
earth. A bio-
artificial network that allows true democracy as everyone will have equal
access to all
human knowledge and thus all choices are informed and all global decisions
made at a
species level and will truly be democratic. The system I propose will be the
culmination
of capitalism and communism. The balance we as a race have been trying to find
since
the birth of civilization. This is the true purpose of the information age. If
Microsoft is the
body and Google is the brain, this algorithm will be the soul. It will truly
allow us to tap
into the full potential of all our electronics, and live in a world where
every child on earth
has the chance to change it for the better.
This whole idea stemmed from my childhood. Being born in Africa and immigrated
to
Canada I have seen the extremes of both poverty and wealth, and understand the
different
levels of support and resistance that created such a global divide. We live in
a world with
tablets, jets, space flight, yet children are still dying of starvation. All I
can think about is
that one of those kids died with the cure for cancer in his head or the code
to leam every
language in the world. We are destroying ourselves through our inaction and
through
creating my program we can reverse course and move towards a brighter future.
1.) Streamline business services at the governmental level to the point where
10 people can run the
business and operating side of the government. Leaving management / algorithm
then front
line staff (biologists / researchers / etc) eventually this side will be
privatized and the
government will become strictly contract based. Meaning an algorithm that runs
the ministry
will record data from private sector resource usage, and put out contract
orders to the
necessary vendors for replenishment of the good. (i.e. company pays government
to cuts trees
to build mine, algorithm hires contracts to plant equal amount of trees as
offset.) Set
parameters on allowable usable 10% and a human stop and you have effectively
automated
government. This algorithm can be used to create brothers or sister algorithms
for other
ministries.
2.) The base algorithm that will be used is Google's search algorithm. It
should be considered the
world's most accurate neural network feed forward prediction system on the
planet and needs
to be used as the framework for any global AI system. Its job is to search the
entire intemet to
find the best answer to your question. Upgrade it using the botnet/3d printing
created using

the digital currency network listed below. Allowing us to upgrade processing
power as
advances in technology occur.
a. Sidenote: Google and Microsoft should merge to become one company. With
android
Google has created the best mobile interface on earth, and Microsofts windows
line is the
most common desktop interface. A combination of both companies will create an
interface that is so universal it can become the world standard moving
forward.
b. Quantum Virology project used to create algorithm to amalgamate the
entire internet.
c. Below is the outline for what I believe is Google's long term plan.
= Google begins selling phones with no plans from their site.
= Google begins testing a wi-fi network in a smaller American city
under the guise of R&D
= Google begins to market Google glasses which are a cool idea, but
more importantly which will require a constant connection to the
internet/wifi.
= Google creates a messenger app which works across all current leading
phone platforms (Android, Apple, Blackberry, windows 8)
= Google offers public wi-fi subscription for $5-10.
= Google begins production of phone hardware through Motorola
purchased resources.
= Google offers phones and global public wi-fi anywhere in the world to
everyone for the cost of a phone and a $5 a month data plan.
= Telecommunication companies such as Verizon / Rogers / AT&T no
longer exist. Google markets new paradigm in communications as the
death of a yearly contracts, cell towers, bad reception, etc.
= Smart phone market becomes wi-fi and data plans only.
= Google runs the communication network of the world.
= Google creates personalize ad streaming system.

o Youtube will act as production company, allowing individuals
to create their own media
o Google offers graphics engine based on green screen
technology.
o Google gets rid of production companies completely.
o Uses algorithms to create movies constantly feeding the
(masses) entertainment

o Allowing people to feel like they are both part of the system
and free to be creative. Allowing people to both be a CEO and
a carpenter. To be balanced.
o People will submit their creative ideas through the Google
system. And if good will be implemented by those who want it,
and not by those who do. Allowing for use of all human
creativity, true growth.
o You take the highest definition pictures of everything. Then
insert it into a physics engine. This will allow people to create
any movie they want and get rid of production companies.

3.) Fix for Musical Privacy. End CD production, Only release digital copies
and build in digital code
as you record songs so they always carry a trace. End of music piracy outside
of hackers as
every song can carry a trackable code so production companies will be able to
release music
exclusively again and charge more. Nm waiting on people to die and switch to
this
technology. Might as well wait for old people to die so they can enjoy their
own medium.
Being good children, cause a man will do anything for his family, not just
kids.
4.) Switch all currency to a nation backed digital currency (think bitcoin).
Use paper written by
Takomi on bitcoin cryptography combine and combine with Google wallet
extension.
a. Register everyone with a bitcoin miner. This will act as an
individual's personal bank.
And because people feel they are part of the system they will love and trust
in it.
b. This will create a botnet strong enough to run Googles increasing
algorithm upgrade.
c. Bitminers are upgraded monthly with upgrades in technology submitted
through the
Google system. Printed and installed by the individual via the 3d printer
system. The 3d
printer system could be combined with the bitminer to create a self-
replicating/upgrading
home server. Google provides this server as their home network. Thus all
communications and electronics run through Google. It will solve the problem
of how to
upgrade everyone on earth at the same time. Necessary upgrades will meet a 10%
flux of
limited resources. Society will be taught resource management through the
digital
currency social experiment. Train individuals to upgrade your product by
putting finite
space requirements for the upgrade. Innovations will have to be within set
limits of
allocation of 3d printing material.
i. We will need to break down raw material to the atom level to allow for
creation
of anything from the same base material (wood, metal, plastic, copper, gold,
etc)
ii. Increase research into 3d printing materials. + sleep on it. Increase
funding in
alchemaic related fields. Commission films focused on transmutation, alchemy.
d. Server / bit miner / 3d printer / wifi / home automation / bank -
combined
e. Have globe switch to unified bitcoin currency
f. After a few years / everyone switches from dollars to credits.
Advertise it as the end of
crime. Governments will support it as it will allow them to tax everything on
earth.
Accurately. Public will love it as it will allow them to "see" everything on
earth
especially their government.
i. A digital system will be easy to control from a government standpoint.
And
people will be alright with it so long as we tell them it's triple insured.
ii. System will be able to be run by a single algorithm. Google algorithm
if
combined properly.
iii. It will end inflation.
g. Government hackers crash system when rest of global pulse plan is
created and we as a
whole are forced to switch into new system of creativity. - Negative

5.) Signal analysis will have to be done to see the effects of various
frequencies on the brain. Current
rationale is that our bodies are beginning to 'sense' the electronic signals
around us (i.e.
knowing your phone got a text and picking it up before it vibrates or lights
up) continue
research into this field. Find which signals affect the brain and how. Begin
to pump a global
signal to everyone around the world. If signal is augmented enough it will
begin to
subconsciously cause changes in the brain. These mutations will bridge the gap
between the
electronic language (frequency) and how the brain senses it. Creating a sixth
sense. Note that
this process has already begun so we will be speeding it up exponentially.
a. Keep my original 3G from apple. By year 2 I could effectively feel a
text before it
arrived. Investigate whether that was because of a component of the phone. Or
whether it

was related to having the same 705-868-3844 number and the phone. Think in
terms of
adaptation.
i. Second thought. Following Elliot Wave Theory, it is possible that a
specific
frequency can be given to an individual. Both scientifically and
intrinsically/spiritually. Your birthday can be used as a guide to your unique
code. 3888 is my birthday. That code occurs within my phone number. If I were
to lock all unique instances of that number into my global profile/life then I
can
will be operating at the ultimate level of luck.
ii. Back to the science part, drill down a number for everyone on earth (IN
THE
SAME LANGUAGE). Give any subsequent member of that family the same
number. 1 and 2s son will be 12-1. Etc etc. Have a computer algorithm do this

save time. Again Google. This frequency will be known to the individual as it
will be part of their universal partition.

throughout their bodies at weak levels. Best to start at a young age. Will

less instances of cancer. Eventually an individual will begin to adapt to the
frequency.
I. You could do this anyway, give people random phone numbers but
pump the right frequency anyway.
b. I've had the same number since I've had a cellphone so the frequency
unique to that
specific number has been sent to my body every day since I got the phone. I
have
developed sensitivity to it. As I developed sensitivity to my number I
developed one to
my phone which I had for so long. Maybe a 3 year contract is 3 years in order
for this
sensitivity to develop but not manifest into cancer or anything due to the
switching of the
phone. So the longest an individual should have a phone is 3 years. From a
health
perspective.
6.) To bridge the gap between us and electronics, we first need to cure
cancer. Hard but true. In order
to speed up evolution it would be necessary to pump large amounts of the
frequency at an
individual, however this will have a high chance of causing cancer. I do not
want to cause
deaths. To cure cancer through technology:
i. Ask Proctor & Gamble to
release the patent they own of the battery that can
hold a charge for a year.
ii. Create AI for nano-machines
1. AI will be designed to copy the physical state of a specific individual.
At the current point in time. And then constantly maintain that level of
biological state.
2. Suggest Partnership between Google, Microsoft, and Initiative Surgery
(ISRG) as they are developing automated surgical software already.
3. It is the fountain of youth.
4. At first you will be able to adjust cosmetic changes, such as body fat
and such.
a. End result you will be able to monitor and change almost any
feature of the human body (however this will require more
research into genetics that this technology will allow to
happen)
b. If battery technology increases, end result is also never
needing food / water again.
iii. Use 3D printing to create nano-machines.
1. Laser printers should be precise enough to create all this.
iv. Inject into patients for demonstrations.
v. Curing Cancer
b. Once cancer is cured, you can begin pumping high levels of frequency
into the brain,
monitoring it through the nanomachines until we can accurately study it all.
And begin
force feedback.

c. Limitations will need to be programed into the robots for obvious
safety reasons.
i. Suggested risk mitigation strategy, is include personalize / DNA
coded AI is in
charge of individuals health. Think closed LAN network. To the point that
medical nano-machines will be cut off from rest of network. Upgrades will have
to be manual until full system is operational and all humans are connected to
the
network at once. Safety in connection. Cryptography concept taken to the
human consciousness level.
1. Research (wi-fi) nanomachines NMs
2. Health NMs
3. Military NMs
4. Etc
7.) Once bridge is gapped. Begin working transfer of information from
frequency to brain centers.
Once developed, begin emitting a global pulse in conjunction with the NMs in
the system that
will slowly begin to create the information highways in the brain for the
electronic signals to
be received. Thus merging the central nervous system with the digital one.
This will remove
the need for implants and also remove the ability for humans to suddenly die
or drop from
disconnecting to the system in the future. If it becomes part of us we can't
lose it, nor should
we fear it. It will also make the increased intelligence permanent as it
happens so there will be
no dependence.
a. The end goal is that an individual's central nervous system will have
a unique code
similar to a finger print or IP address. This will allow direct sending of
messages to
specific individual's brains just as texts are sent to specific phone numbers
today. We
will each have our own brain frequency to send our electro-telepathic messages
to.
8.) Contact specific scientists and have them work together to create a fusion
reactor. World
technology plus recent stabilization of our sun have created the perfect
timing for this. Once
completed, distribute fusion reactors TO EVERY SINGLE COUNTRY ON EARTH at
once.
They shouldn't be bigger than a suitcase and plug directly into existing power
systems.
Upgrades will need to be done on the power framework, can happen
simultaneously.
a. Thoughts on creation of fusion reactor. 17 year old kid made one in his
garage, so theory
is available and we are close to understanding it. Basic limitations are you
can make a
fusion reactor but its output is lower than the input necessary to create /
run it. Advances
in technology should fix this, if it hasn't already. Contact Duracell in
attempt to find the
formula for that super battery.
b. In terms of creating a mini sun. Re-design CERN from a circle to a Ring
/ Fully
connected network topography. Re-arrange the magnets to create channels to a
center
holding a powerful spherical chamber. Within fire the correct combination of
atoms into
the center until they stabilize into the fusion reaction we desire. Ideally
yellow sun,
however if plan works we will be able to create multiple color spectrum suns
which can
be used to create different colored suns. Develop an algorithm / program that
can bring
the reactions down to base colors. The basic idea is you fire protons and
electrons at each
other until they fuse. Use giant magnets to keep them in place until they lock
and begin to
react. If the formula for the sun is a combination, build the lock instead of
trying to figure
out the combination. Once the lock is built keep trying keys until you get the
one that
opens your lock. At which point you can design different locks and will be
able to
develop the appropriate keys. CERN fires them together and just watches the
reaction
hoping to find out what makes up the sun. Instead force the reaction you want.
Learn
through doing, not through observation and guessing.
c. Build chamber for all the different types of particles. Place completely
balanced neutral
neutrino in the center. Set up a model that will fire all the different
neutrons into the
center until you get the combination that fits. Set up the magnet to lock them
in once you
achieve the reaction you want. Artificially simulating / augmenting the
binding system.
Continue this until you achieve fusion reaction. MAKE SURE NO ONE IS AROUND in
case of radiation.
9.) Along with developing of nano-machines, increase research into amplifer
and electron-magnetism.
Basic idea is build a loop that will amplifer the longer something stays
within the loop. Pretty
much how amplifers work right now. Only create it at a larger level. The

burst should be at a nuclear powerplant level. Thus we will begin to generate
higher levels of
energy. This will create a sustainable electrical current that gets stronger
over time, allowing
us to develop upgrades without needing to worry about limitations.
a. Warning could lead to a state of overload. Thus will need to develop
current ceilings or
create increasingly power hungry technologies. Overload could result in end-
game
explosions. Develop safe guards into system, such as excess filter rods.
Perhaps
designing a tower that shots a bacon into the sky, it will double as exhaust
from the
reactor. Preferred color would be purple, it's regal.
10.) Build Global Wi-Fi station at planet main reactor that will pump out
interne (human knowledge to
the world) eventually people will begin to download information directly to
their central
nervous system. Important to note that peoples brains will take different
amount of times to
adjust to changes. If done safely and slowly should minimalize risks.
11.) Once power, neural network, and human neural augmentation is complete.
Connect everyone on
earth together. Think telepathically mobile network. Texts are thoughts.
Memories can be
perfectly recalled. And for big votes. Everyone on earth is fully informed and
can make
purely democratic decisions that are all weighed equally. Votes of 51/49 pass
global issues
and these changes will happen almost instantly using the automated
infrastructure developed
up until this point. And we as a species can reach a level of prosperity where
the kid with the
cure for cancer in his head doesn't die of starvation.
12.) Give everyone on earth all the knowledge and memories of everyone else on
earth for 5 minutes.
The purpose of this is to show everyone the true measure of human character.
From our worse
to our best. Every single memory or experience ever felt and currently felt by
everyone on
earth. At that moment ask humans to answer the question. If 51% vote yes.
Create a copy of
the global brain. And use it as the core morality of the global algorithm. An
AI built the desire
of everyone on earth to live. This algorithm (though more accurately AI) will
thus run the
global infrastructure. It will be made up for the entire measure of man at the
time of its
creation. And because of it created from the global vote for life, we don't
have to worry about
it going homicidal. This is also the only way to program lasting morality into
a machine, I
believe because a tool can only be as good as its creator.

And at this point we will all be able to live in a world where creativity and
love become
our goals. To better humanity, to invent, to learn, to innovate will become
our work. And
we will live for love. This is the world I want to live in, this is the world
I want my kids
to grow up in. This is the world I want to leave my kids. This may seem like a
story. But I
know we can do all this in our lifetime. We need to start now. Hopefully
someone reads
this and passes it on. My whole life has been dedicated to saving the world. I
will
continue to work towards this future. I'm submitting this mainly to spread the
idea in the
hope it catches hold like a plague causing more people begin to think this
way. To focus
on what can be, not just what is or has always been. Whether or not I get a
reply I will
spend the rest of my life working towards this world. I will make this story a
reality,
