to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the cue clamping and fixing
device
(3) is furnished with a sliding block which cooperates with the screw (14).
4. Intelligent copying heat transfer printer specialized for cues according
to claim 1, characterized in that said heat transfer pressure device (8)
comprises
two impression rollers which are positioned on the left and the right side of
the
cue respectively.
5. Intelligent copying heat transfer printer specialized for cues according
to claim 1, characterized in that said cue transmission device (2) is provided
with
an infrared electric eye for orientation at its end.
6. Intelligent copying heat transfer printer specialized for cues according
to claim 1, characterized in that said cue clamping and fixing device (3) is
provided
with a pressure sensor.
7. Intelligent copying heat transfer printer specialized for cues according
to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises an infrared temperature
sensor for a timely detection and feedback regulation of the cue temperature
during
the whole processing procedure.

to claim 1, characterized in that the cue fetching machine arm (11) is a
software
controlled automatic machine arm.

Technical Field:
The present invention relates to a heat transfer printer, especially to an
intelligent copying heat transfer printer, which belongs to the technical
field
of special surface printing technical equipment.
Technical Background:
Heat transfer printing devices refer to all the devices using heat transfer
printing
technology, which include the planary surface pyrograph machine, the high
pressure
pyrograph machine, GB¨HB, the baking cup machine, the baking machine, the
roast
cap machine and other transfer printing devices. The printing scope includes
planary surface pyrograph as well as curved surface pyrograph for quilts,
plates
or hats, which is a new technology. Heat transfer printing technology is to
print
designs onto thermotolerant paper, and to print designs onto finished
materials
via adding heat and pressure. As a new surface printing technology, the heat
transfer technology has been widely applied in a variety of fields due to its
creative design, low requirements for printing, abundant colors of the
designs,
and environment friendly manufacture procedure. The traditional heat transfer
printing technology aims mainly at printing onto a planary surface, an
inclined
plan, a circumference surface, a regular curved surface or a male and female
surface
with a small radian and other single¨surface products. However, the
traditional
heat transfer technology cannot achieve a single time heat transfer processing
onto
an elongated formed product or the whole surface of the product.
The heat transfer printing device in the prior art can achieve printing onto
the
whole surface of an elongated product (such as a cue). However, such a machine
is
manually operated and features a low degree of intelligence. In addition,
according
to different products, the action, position, direction and pressure needed of
different stages are all different. The heat transfer printing device in the
prior

art cannot regulate the motion of the different stages and therefore cannot
achieve
accurate control of the heat transfer printing. Furthermore, the product
loading
and unloading are both manually operated, which is of low efficiency and labor
intensive.
Content of the Invention:
The goal of the current invention is to overcome the above mentioned
disadvantages
and to provide an intelligent heat transfer printing device which can achieve
a
single time printing of the surface of an elongated object (such as a cue).
The goal is achieved as follows: an intelligent copying heat transfer printer
specialized for cues which comprises: a control electricity box,a cue
transmission
device, a cue clamping and fixing device, a servo driver, a heat transfer film
automatic positioning device, a heat transfer positioning device, a heat
transfer
side sticking device, a heat transfer closing device, a heat transfer pressure
device, an automatic cue releasing device, an automatic cue fetching and
clamping
device and a cue fetching machine arm.
The main frame of the printer features a three¨layer supporting frame
structure,
comprising an upper supporting frame, a middle supporting frame and a lower
supporting frame, for connecting, supporting and fixing the components of the
printer. Said control electricity box is fixed on the upper side of the upper
supporting frame for electric and hydraulic control of the whole device. Said
cue
transmission device is located in front of the middle supporting frame,
wherein
there are a plurality of cues placed with intervals on top of the cue
transmission
device, in order for the cues to be transmitted into the heat transfer
printer.
Said servo driver comprises a servo motor as well as a screw which is driven
by
the servo motor, wherein the servo motor is located behind the middle
supporting
frame, and the servo motor and the screw provide energy to the continuous
water
flow transfer printing of the cues. One side of the cue clamping and fixing
device

is attached to the screw and performs water flow motion under the action of
the
screw. Along the water flow direction within said main frame of the printer,
there
are sequentially located the heat transfer film automatic positioning device,
the
heat transfer positioning device, the heat transfer side sticking device, the
heat
transfer closing device, and the heat transfer pressure device, and the main
frame
of the printer is at one end furnished with the automatic cue releasing
device,
the automatic cue fetching and clamping device and the cue fetching machine
arm,
wherein the automatic cue releasing device is for the automatic release of the
cues,
the automatic cue fetching and clamping device is to clamp the cues which have
been
released by the automatic cue releasing device, and the cue fetching machine
arm
is to drive the automatic cue fetching and clamping device and to move the
cues
into the receiving station. Said heat transfer positioning device is provided
with
a copying hot roller, whose wheels are facing downwards. Said heat transfer
side
sticking device is provided with two vertically placed copying hot rollers,
which
are symmetrical to each other, and said heat transfer closing device is
provided
with a copying hot roller, whose wheels are facing upwards, wherein said heat
transfer positioning device, said heat transfer side sticking device and said
heat
transfer closing device all cooperate with said cue clamping and fixing device
to
realize the heat transfer printing process. And said heat transfer printer
applies
infrared heating.
Furthermore, said cue transmission device is a wheel gear driven chain.
Furthermore, the bottom of the cue clamping and fixing device is furnished
with
a sliding block which cooperates with the screw.
Furthermore, said heat transfer pressure device comprises two impression
roller
which are positioned on the left and the right side of the cue respectively.
Furthermore, said cue transmission device is provided with an infrared
electric
eye for orientation at its end.

Furthermore, said cue clamping and fixing device is provided with a pressure
sensor.
Furthermore, the intelligent copying heat transfer printer further comprises
infrared temperature sensor for a timely detection and feedback regulation of
the
cue temperature during the whole processing procedure.
Furthermore, the cue fetching machine arm is a software controlled automatic
machine arm.
The advantage of the current invention lies in that: the current invention
features
a simple structure and effectively solves the problem of the prior art that
the
whole surface of an elongated object cannot be transfer printed by the
traditional
heat transfer printer. The effect and efficiency are better than water
transfer
printing. The transfer printed product looks beautiful and high quality. The
transfer printing applies a servo motor and is achieved using CAD copying
according
the shape of the cue, which leads to a more accurate transfer printing and the
pressure is more even. The printer of the current invention achieves the
regulation
of the action, position, direction, times, time and pressure of different
stages
via controlling the electricity box and adjust different parameters in
accordance
with different products. The transmission device uses the servo motor to
achieve
controlling in order to guarantee a more speedy and a more accurate feeding.
The
automatic feeding utilizes infrared electric eye to perform orientation so
that
the positioning is more accurate and faster, which prevents the manual
operational
mistakes. The heat transfer printing of the present invention utilizes
infrared
heating method, which is fast in heating and avoids heat loss during transfer
printing. This renders a more stable temperature during the transfer. In
addition,
the present invention applies automatic mechanic arm for loading and
unloading,
which reduces labor intensity.

said main frame (12) of the printer, there are sequentially located the heat
transfer film automatic positioning device (4), the heat transfer positioning
device (5), the heat transfer side sticking device (6), the heat transfer
closing
device (7), and the heat transfer pressure device (8), and the main frame (12)
of
the printer is at one end furnished with the automatic cue releasing device
(9),
the automatic cue fetching and clamping device (10) and the cue fetching
machine
arm (11), wherein the automatic cue releasing device (9) is for the automatic
release of the cues, the automatic cue fetching and clamping device (10) is to
clamp
the cues which have been released by the automatic cue releasing device
(9),and
the cue fetching machine arm (11) is to drive the automatic cue fetching and
clamping
device (10) and to move the cues into the receiving station. Said heat
transfer
positioning device (5) is provided with a copying hot roller, whose wheels are
facing downwards. Said heat transfer side sticking device (6) is provided with
two
vertically placed copying hot rollers, which are symmetrical to each other,
and
said heat transfer closing device (7) is provided with a copying hot roller,
whose
wheels are facing upwards, wherein said heat transfer positioning device (5),
said
heat transfer side sticking device (6) and said heat transfer closing device

all cooperate with said cue clamping and fixing device (3) to realize the heat
transfer printing process. And said heat transfer printer applies infrared
heating.
Said cue transmission device (2) is a wheel gear driven chain. There are a
plurality

of cues placed with intervals on top of the cue transmission device (2), in
order
for the cues to be transmitted into the heat transfer printer.
The bottom of the cue clamping and fixing device (3) is furnished with a
sliding
block which cooperates with the screw (14). The sliding of the sliding block
on
the screw (14) and brings the cue clamping and fixing device (3) into a water
flow
motion.
Said heat transfer pressure device (8) comprises two impression roller which
are
positioned on the left and the right side of the cue respectively. The two
impression
rollers add pressure so that it can be avoided that the temperature and
pressure
are different when pressure is added, and this leads to an improvement of the
heat
transfer printing quality.
Said cue transmission device (2) is provided with an infrared electric eye for
orientation at its end. The orientation using the infrared electric eye can
facilitate a more accurate orientation.
Said cue clamping and fixing device (3) is provided with a pressure sensor.
The
pressure sensor serves to realize a real time detection of the pressure
received
by the cue in different stages in order to achieve real time regulation.
The intelligent copying heat transfer printer of the present invention further
comprises an infrared temperature sensor for a timely detection and feedback
regulation of the cue temperature during the whole processing procedure. The
infrared temperature sensor can realize an overall temperature supervision in
the
whole device.
The cue fetching machine arm (11) is a software controlled automatic machine
arm.
Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail
for
purposes of illustration, various modifications may be made without departing
from
the spirit and scope of the invention. According, the invention is not to be
limited
by these embodiments.
