CLAIMS
What is claimed is:
1. A mobile barrier comprising a box body, a rotating shaft arranged in the
box body, a
fence being wound around the rotating shaft when the fence is folded inside
the box body, and
support uprights which are stored inside the box body when not in use,
the box body being provided with a fence outlet to allow the fence to be
pulled out of the
box body when the fence is being unfolded, the box body being further provided
with a rope to
support the fence when the fence is unfolded, the rope being connected to an
upper part the
fence,
wherein the rotating shaft is connected to a driving mechanism, the fence is
folded or
unfolded through a rotation of the rotating shaft being driven by the driving
mechanism; and
when the fence is unfolded, the support uprights are used to provide
additional supports to the
unfolded fence; and
the support uprights comprise a main upright and an ancillary upright, and
when the
fence is unfolded, an end of the unfolded fence distal to the box body is
fixed to the main
upright, and the ancillary upright supports the rope; and
wherein a bottom of the box body or a bottom of the main upright is provided
with
auxiliary hold-down devices, each of the auxiliary hold-down devices
comprising an extension
arm, a skid resistance chassis, a jacking nut and a tension bolt, the
extension arm being slidably
arranged at the bottom of the box body or the bottom of the main upright and a
tail end of the
extension arm being provided with a limit hook to prevent the extension arm
from being pulled
out by accident, and the skid resistance chassis being connected to a front
end of the extension

arm through a tension provided by threading the jacking nut and the tension
bolt together, the
jacking nut and the tension bolt having threads in opposition directions to
provide the tension
when being threaded together.
2. The mobile barrier of claim 1, wherein the box body is further provided
with a rope
winding device, the rope is arranged on the rope winding device, and winds and
unwinds as the
rope winding device rotates.
3. The mobile barrier of claim 1, wherein the rope is wound to the rotating
shaft, and the
rope winds and unwinds as the rotating shaft rotates.
4. The mobile barrier of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the fence is a
flexible fence.
5. The mobile barrier of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the fence is
removably attached to
the rotating shaft.
6. The mobile barrier of any one of claims 1-5, wherein a plurality of
fence outlets are
arranged on different sides of the box body.

EXTENSIBLE/RETRACTABLE MOVABLE FENCE
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of the
isolation device, and
specifically to a novel mobile barrier.
Background Art
[0002] The isolation device is an equipment commonly used in building
construction, road
maintenance, exhibition stadium, etc. The traditional isolation device
comprises encircled plastic
isolation plates used in building construction, such as color plate; and
various cement pillars,
metal fences, one meter lines used for short term, etc. used in temporary
maintenance of the road.
However, establishing fence by the methods above has the following defects:
(1) the time for
establishing fence is relatively long, for example, when encircling the
construction site, piling
and other procedures are needed, which costs time and great effort; (2) the
transportation is
inconvenient, for example, isolation plates and other hard isolation objects
are used, the volume
of the isolation equipment is big, and the space for storing in transportation
is huge; and (3) the
plastic isolation plates are inflammable and damageable, the recycle
probability is very low, and
the abandon of the plastic isolation plates leads to environmental pollution
and wasting of
resources.
Summary of the Invention
[0003] The present invention is intended to overcome the defects of
existing technology and
provide a novel mobile barrier that is convenient in installation and is quick
and effective in
isolation.
[0004] The purpose of the present invention is achieved through the
following technical
solution. A novel mobile barrier comprises a box body, a rotating shaft
arranged in the box body,
a fence wound to the rotating shaft and support uprights, wherein the rotating
shaft is connected
with a driving mechanism; the fence is folded or unfolded along with the
rotation of the rotating
shaft; the box body is provided with a fence outlet; when the fence is
unfolded, the support

uprights are used for fixing or supporting the fence. The shape of the box
body may be designed
according to the requirement of the application space, such as designing into
a cuboid, a cylinder,
a polyhedron, etc.
[0005] Preferably, the support uprights comprise a main upright, and when
the fence is
unfolded, one end of the fence is fixed on the main support upright.
[0006] Preferably, it further comprises rope used for supporting the fence,
wherein the rope
is located at an upper side of the fence, the rope is connected with an upper
end of the fence, the
support uprights comprise an ancillary support upright, and when the fence is
unfolded, the
ancillary support upright is used for supporting the rope.
[0007] Preferably, the box body is internally provided with a rope winding
device, the
support mooring rope is arranged on the rope winding device, and the support
mooring rope is
folded or unfolded along with the rotation of the rope winding device.
[0008] Preferably, the support mooring rope is wound to the rotating shaft,

mooring rope is folded or unfolded along with the rotation of the rotating
shaft.

uprights are provided
with auxiliary hold-down devices.

arm, a skid
resistance chassis, a jacking nut and a tension bolt, the extension arm is

the box body or the bottom of the support upright in a slide fit manner, a

on a front end of

requirement for piling;

flexible fence is little,
which reduces the wasting of resources.

to requirement
in using, which may be used in anti-terrorist and security, assembly
management, exhibition and
stadium, road separation, construction site encircling and other occasions,
for example, when
using in the construction site encircling, the metal net may be selected; when

the fence can also

road, if the
condition that the car impacts the fence occurs, there is a certain of buffer
action due to flexible
materials used in the fence, and the damage of the isolation device to the car
and the driver is
reduced relative to the traditional cement pillar isolation, so as to reduce

accident.

Detailed Descriptions of the Preferred Embodiments

combination of the drawings
and the embodiments hereunder, but the protection scope of the present
invention is not limited
to the following descriptions.

As shown in Figs. 1 to 4, a novel mobile barrier comprises a box body 1, a
rotating shaft 2, a
fence 3, a main upright 5, an auxiliary support upright 7 and a support rope
6.
[0026] As shown in Fig. 7, upper and lower ends of the rotating shaft 2 are
rotationally
installed in the box body 1 through a bearing, the rotating shaft 2 is
connected with a driving
mechanism 4 used for driving the rotating shaft 2 to rotate, the driving
mechanism 4 is an electric
rotating machinery, and the electric rotating machinery is also arranged in
the box body 1. One
end of the fence 2 is removably arranged on the rotating shaft 2, and the
other end of the fence 3
may stretch out from a fence outlet on the box body 1. In addition, a side of
the box body 1 is
provided with a box door 12, the box door 12 is provided with a lock body 13,
the box body 1 is
internally provided with a locking structure, and the fence 3 may be locked
when being folded.
[0027] The fence 3 in the embodiment is a flexible metal net, which
facilitates the quick
placement and installation of the fence 3 and prevents the fence 3 from
drooping, and the mobile
barrier device is provided with the main upright 5, the auxiliary support
upright 7 and the rope 6.
The fence 3 and the rope 6 are wound to the rotating shaft 2 in transportation
state, and the
auxiliary support upright 7 is placed in the box body 1. The box door 12 is

upright 5 is put at a far
end of the fence 3, and the fence 3 and the support rope 6 are fixed on the
main upright 5; and an
upper part of the fence 3 is connected with the rope 6 through a hook 14, and
one or a plurality of
auxiliary support uprights 7 used for supporting the rope 6 are arranged
between the box body 1
and the main t upright 5 at the far end. Wherein, the far end of the fence 3
is provided with a
connection plate 9, the fence 3 is fixed on the main upright 5 through the
connection plate 9, the
main upright 5 is made of cement to guarantee stable placement, and the rope 6
is a wire rope.
Fig. 4 is a structural diagram of the fence device in an independent using
state, and Fig. 6 is a
structural diagram of combining a plurality of fence devices for use.
[0028] In order to prevent the box body 1 and the main upright 5 from
sloping or sliding
under bigger tension of the fence 3 so as to cause loosening of the fence 3,
the bottoms of the
box body 1 and the main upright 5 are respectively provided with the auxiliary
hold-down
devices 8. The auxiliary hold-down devices 8 may be drawn out conveniently in
necessary
occasion, and it may locked by the internal locking device without needing to
punch a hole in the
ground. The auxiliary hold-down devices 8 are as shown in Fig. 5 and comprise
the extension arm
81, the jacking nut 83 and the tension bolt 84. The extension arm 81 is
arranged at the bottom of
the box body 1 or the bottom of the main upright 5 in a slide fit manner, a
tail end of the
extension arm 81 is provided with a limit hook, so as to be limited in pulling
out without take off,
and the skid resistance chassis 82 is arranged on a front end of the extension
arm through the
jacking nut 83 and the tension bolt 84. The jacking nut 83 and the skid
resistance chassis 82 have
the thread in opposite direction, and move to two directions in tension. The
jacking nut 83 may
elevate an extension end of the extension arm 81, and increase the downward
pressing force of
the tail part. The skid resistance chassis 82 is closely contacted with the
ground under the
reversed pressure of the tension bolt 84. Meanwhile, the anti-skid material at
bottom may greatly
increase the resistance in cross sliding.

The difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that: the
box body 1 is
internally provided with special support rope winding mechanism, the folding
and unfolding of
the rope 6 may be separately controlled, and the box body 1 is provided with
special support rope

outlet 10. The rope 6 may be firstly pulled out from the support rope outlet
10 in using, and fixed
on the main upright 5 at the far end, then the fence 3 is unfolded to fix on
the main upright 5, and
the rope 6 is supported by the auxiliary support upright 7 to make it be in
the state as shown in
Fig. 8.

The difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 2 is that: the
support rope
outlet 10 and the fence outlet 11 are respectively arranged around the box
body 1 to facilitate to
pull the fence 3 out from different directions, and the structure of the box
body 1 is as shown in
Fig. 9.

The difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that: the
fence 3 is a
publicity scroll, and due to the light quality, the device is not internally
provided with the rope 6
and the auxiliary support upright 7. The use state is as shown in Fig. 10.
Moreover, manual
driving is used in the driving mechanism 4, which specifically comprises a
rocker arm 41 and a
bevel gear drive structure. The rocker arm 41 is connected with an input bevel
gear, the rotating
shaft 2 is coordinately installed with an output bevel gear, and the
installation state is shown as
Fig. 11.
