[29] [Description of the Preferred Examples]
[30] In the following description, in order to illustrate, not to qualify,
specific details such as
specific system structure, interfaces, and technology are presented to make a
thorough
understanding of this application. However, technical personnel in this field
should be
aware that this application can be implemented in other implementation ways
without these
specific details. In other instances, omit the detailed instructions on the
well-known
devices, circuits, and methods to avoid unnecessary details that prevent the
description of
the application.
[31] Please refer to Figure 1, which is a schematic flowchart of an online
fund management
method according to a first example of the present invention. Please refer to
Figure 2, in
combination with the schematic diagram of the structure of the online funds
management
system, the method flow shown in this example includes the following steps:
[32] S11: the first terminal delivers a request for generating a refund
certificate for a Bank
Credit Certificate to the first Funds-Management server.
[33] Wherein, the Bank Credit Certificate applies to the second Funds-
Management server by
the second terminal with its user's account funds or credit line as the
guarantee and is
generated by the second Funds-Management server, and payment certificate of
electronic
credit commitment is committed to settle according to the agreed conditions.
The credit
limit may be, for example, a credit limit granted by the second Funds-
Management server
to a second terminal user or a real fund corresponding to the second terminal
user's
mortgage on the second Funds-Management server.
[34] The Bank Credit Certificate is used for online fund management of the
first terminal and
the second terminal. The second terminal delivers the Bank Credit Certificate
to the first
Funds-Management server and designates the first terminal as the acquirer to
obtain the
corresponding. If the transaction succeeds, the first terminal requests for
solution, and the
second Funds-Management server responds to the settlement request to equalize
the value
of the second terminal frozen by the first Funds-Management server with the
value of the
Bank Credit Certificate. The funds are transferred to the first terminal
user's account

CA 02993532 2018-01-22
WO 2017/012004 PCT/CN2015/084571
through the first Funds-Management server.
[35] When the first terminal finds that the agreed condition is not
satisfied after receiving the
funds of the second terminal, the first terminal may request to the first
Funds-Management
server to generate the Bank Credit Certificate if it needs to return the
commodity refund
documents.
[36] In this example, the first Funds-Management server is specifically an
account management
server of the first terminal, and the second Funds-Management server is
specifically an
account management server of the second terminal.
[37] S12: In response to the generation request, the first Funds-Management
server may freeze
funds in the account of the first terminal user that is equal to the value of
the Bank Credit
Certificate.
[38] Wherein, the generation request includes the information of the Bank
Credit Certificate
such as an identification code. The first Funds-Management server stores
information of all
bank credit certificates received by the first terminal, including an
identification code of the
bank credit certificate, an initiator, a producer, and a value, and the value
is the funds or
credit limit for the sponsor's account that the producer of the Bank Credit
Certificate has
frozen for generating the Bank Credit Certificate. The first Funds-Management
server can
determine, according to the identification code in the generation request, a
Bank Credit
Certificate associated with the refund document, that is, a refund document
corresponding
to which Bank Credit Certificate. The first Funds-Management server retrieves
the value of
the determined Bank Credit Certificate locally and the funds that are
equivalent to the Bank
Credit Certificate corresponding to the refund certificate in the account of
the first terminal
user are frozen accordingly.
[39] Optionally, as shown in Figure 3, the foregoing S12 specifically
includes the following
substeps:
[40] S121: the first Funds-Management server determines whether the Bank
Credit Certificate is
in the settlement state in response to the generation request.
[41] Wherein, the solution status is that the first Funds-Management server
unfreezes and
allocates the equal value of the Bank Credit Certificate corresponding to the
refund
document to the account of the first terminal user. The information stored in
the Bank
Credit Certificate locally by the first Funds-Management server also includes
the status
information of the Bank Credit Certificate. The first Funds-Management server
retrieves
the status information of the Bank Credit Certificate and determines whether
the Bank
Credit Certificate is in the solution status , If yes, execute S122; if not,
deliver a
notification of bank credit certificate unpaid corresponding to the refund
certificate to the
6

CA 02993532 2018-01-22
WO 2017/012004 PCT/CN2015/084571
first terminal.
[42] S122: the first Funds-Management server determines whether the account
funds of the first
terminal user is not less than the value of the Bank Credit Certificate. If
yes, execute S123;
and if no, deliver a notification that the first terminal user has
insufficient funds in the
account to the first terminal.
[43] S123: the first Funds-Management server freezes value of the Bank
Credit Certificate
corresponding to the refund certificate in the account of the first terminal
user.
[44] S13: the first Funds-Management server generates the refund
certificate with the same
value as the Bank Credit Certificate.
[45] After freezing the funds of the first terminal user's account with the
refund certificate
corresponding to the value of the Bank Credit Certificate, the first Funds-
Management
server determines that the first terminal user has provided a guarantee for
the refund
document, and generates a refund certificate equal to the frozen value of the
funds.
[46] Moreover, according to the corresponding Bank Credit Certificate, the
collection server of
the refund certificate is set to the producer of the corresponding Bank Credit
Certificate,
which is the second Funds-Management server, the receiver of the refund
certificate is set
as the initiator corresponding to the Bank Credit Certificate, that is, the
second terminal or
the second terminal user.
[47] After the first Funds-Management server generates the refund
certificate, the first
Funds-Management server delivers the refund certificate to the first terminal.
[48] S14: the first terminal receives the refund certificate delivered by
the first
Funds-Management server.
[49] This refund certificate functions in the same way as a Bank Credit
Certificate. After the
first terminal receives the refund certificate information delivered by the
first
Funds-Management server, the first terminal delivers the refund credential
information to
the second terminal corresponding to the initiator of the Bank Credit
Certificate. When the
second terminal requests payment from the second Funds-Management server
corresponding to the Bank Credit Certificate, the second Funds-Management
server
responds to the request for the solution, notifying the first Funds-Management
server to
release the fund with the same value as the refund certificate in the account
of the first
terminal user. The first Funds-Management server transfers the unfrozen funds
to the
account of the second terminal user through the second Funds-Management
server, thereby
realizing the refund operation of the first terminal to the second terminal.
[50] In the above solution, the first Funds-Management server may be a
Funds-Management
server of a first bank, and the second Funds-Management server may be a
7

CA 02993532 2018-01-22
WO 2017/012004 PCT/CN2015/084571
Funds-Management server of a second bank. Alternatively, the first Funds-
Management
server and the second Funds-Management server may be the same Funds-Management
server. The first terminal and the second terminal are a client or execute the
client terminal.
Correspondingly, an account of the first terminal is an account of the first
terminal user,
and an account of the second terminal is an account of a second terminal user.
[51] In an application example, a Bank Credit Certificate may refer to a
payment certificate of
electronic credit commitment that a bank may freeze on the issuer's account or
use a credit
limit and generate it in the name of a bank, and commits to settle on the
agreed terms.
Correspondingly, the basic business process of Bank Credit Certificate: the
issuing bank
will freeze the required amount of funds according to the issuer's application
to generate a
Bank Credit Certificate. When the agreed terms for the settlement are reached,
the issuing
bank will settle the funds for payment settlement.
[52] For example, the first terminal user is the seller and the second
terminal user is the buyer.
The first Funds-Management server corresponds to the Funds-Management server
of the
seller's account bank. The second Funds-Management server is the Funds-
Management
server of the buyer's account bank. When the seller deals with the buyer, the
seller provides
the buyer with the commodity or services, and accordingly, the buyer will
apply to the bank
for Bank Credit Certificate. For example, the buyer's bank may freeze the
amount of funds
in the buyer's account, for example 100,000, equal to the amount of the
transaction and
generate a Bank Credit Certificate. After the seller receives the collection
certificate
notification of the Bank Credit Certificate such as the receipt of the
message, the mail or
the dedicated client, the seller applies for a collection certificate from the
seller's bank
which obtains the Bank Credit Certificate delivered by the buyer's bank and
delivers the
Bank Credit Certificate information to the seller. After the transaction is
completed, the
seller applies for the Bank Credit Certificate, the buyer's Bank transfers
100,000 funds
from the buyer's account to the seller's account through seller's Bank.
However, the buyer's
account funds are still frozen and cannot be used in his account and have not
been
transferred to the seller until after the seller receives the Bank Credit
Certificate, the buyer
can still obtain the interest from the frozen funds. Moreover, the Bank Credit
Certificate is
established in the bank to freeze the buyer's funds as a guarantee, so that
the seller's
transaction risk is greatly reduced.
[53] However, when the seller obtains the buyer's funds corresponding to
the Bank Credit
Certificate and the transaction fails due to a commodity reason or other
reasons, the seller
applies to his bank to generate a refund certificate of the Bank Credit
Certificate. The
seller's bank receives the seller's application and when it is determined that
the seller has
8

CA 02993532 2018-01-22
WO 2017/012004 PCT/CN2015/084571
received the buyer's 100,000 funds and the account funds has exceeded
100,000, it will
freeze the 100,000 funds of the seller's account equal to the value of the
Bank Credit
Certificate and generate a refund value of 100,000, wherein, the receiving
bank of the
refund certificate is the buyer's bank to ensure that the refund certificate
can be refunded to
the buyer of the transaction. In addition, during the process, the seller does
not need to
know any information about the buyer. The seller's bank obtains the buyer's
information
and sets the refund document directly according to the corresponding Bank
Credit
Certificate. This ensures the account privacy of the buyer and the seller and
simplifies the
operation.
[54] Please refer to Figure 4, which is a schematic flowchart of an online
fund management
method according to a second example of the present invention. This example is
also based
on the online funds management system shown in Figure 2. The method flow shown
in this
example includes:
[55] S41: the first Funds-Management server receives a request for
generating a refund
certificate of a Bank Credit Certificate delivered by the first terminal.
[56] S42. In response to the generation request, the first Funds-Management
server may freeze
funds in the account of the first terminal user that is equal to the value of
the Bank Credit
Certificate.
[57] S43: the first Funds-Management server generates the refund
certificate equal to the Bank
Credit Certificate and delivers the information of the refund certificate to
the first terminal.
[58] Wherein, the Bank Credit Certificate applies to the second Funds-
Management server by
the second terminal with its user's account funds or credit line as the
guarantee and is
generated by the second Funds-Management server, and payment certificate of
electronic
credit commitment is committed to settle according to the agreed conditions.
The first
Funds-Management server is specifically an account management server of the
first
terminal, and the second Funds-Management server is specifically an account
management
server of the second terminal.
[59] The above S42 specifically includes: in response to the generation
request, the first
Funds-Management server, in determining whether the Bank Credit Certificate is
in the
settlement state and whether the account funds of the first terminal user is
not less than the
value of the Bank Credit Certificate, freezing value of the Bank Credit
Certificate
corresponding to the refund certificate in the account of the first terminal
user.
[60] In another example, the online funds management method may further
include: when
determining that the Bank Credit Certificate is not in the solution state, the
first
Funds-Management server delivers the refund certificate corresponding to the
first terminal
9

CA 02993532 2018-01-22
WO 2017/012004 PCT/CN2015/084571
to the first terminal. When it is determined that the account funds of the
first terminal user
is less than the value of the Bank Credit Certificate, notifying the first
terminal of the
insufficient fund of the account of the first terminal user.
[61] In the above S43, according to the corresponding Bank Credit
Certificate, the collection
server of the refund certificate is set to the producer of the corresponding
Bank Credit
Certificate, which is the second Funds-Management server, the receiver of the
refund
certificate is set as the initiator corresponding to the Bank Credit
Certificate, that is, the
second terminal or the second terminal user.
[62] In the above solution, the first Funds-Management server and the second
Funds-Management server may be Funds-Management servers of the same or
different
banks. The first terminal and the second terminal are a client or execute the
client terminal.
Correspondingly, an account of the first terminal is an account of the first
terminal user,
and an account of the second terminal is an account of a second terminal user.
[63] In an application example, the first terminal user is a seller and the
second terminal user is
a buyer.
[64] Please refer to Figure 2, which is a schematic structural diagram of
an online fund
management system according to an example of the present invention. Each
device
included in the online funds management system in this example is used to
execute each
step in the example corresponding to Figure 1. The system 20 shown in this
example
includes a second terminal 21, a first terminal 22, a first Funds-Management
server 23 and
a second Funds-Management server 24.
[65] The second terminal 21 is used to apply for Bank Credit Certificate to
the second
Funds-Management server 24 with its user's account funds or credit limit as
the deposit.
[66] The second Funds-Management server 24 is used to generate the Bank
Credit Certificate in
response to the application of the second terminal 21.
[67] The first terminal 22 is used to deliver a request for generating a
refund certificate of the
Bank Credit Certificate to the first Funds-Management server 23.
[68] The first Funds-Management server 23 is used to respond to the
generated request, freezing
the funds in the account of the first terminal 22 users equal to the value of
the Bank Credit
Certificate, and generate a value of the refund Certificate equal to the Bank
Credit
Certificate, and deliver the information of the refund Certificate to the
first terminal 22.
[69] Please refer to Figure 5, which is a Funds-Management server according
to the first
example of the present invention. Each module included in the Funds-Management
server
in this example is used to execute each step in the example corresponding to
Figure 3. The
Funds-Management server 50 shown in this example includes a receiving module
51, an

CA 02993532 2018-01-22
WO 2017/012004 PCT/CN2015/084571
establishing module 52, and a generating module 53. In this example, the
Funds-Management server 50 corresponds to a first Funds-Management server in
the
foregoing example, and the Funds-Management server 50 may operate in a banking
system.
[70] The receiving module 51 is used to receive a request for generating a
refund certificate for
a bank credit certificate delivered by a first terminal, where the Bank Credit
Certificate is
requested by the second terminal from the second Funds-Management server and
generated
by the second Funds-Management server with the user's account funds or credit
limit as the
second terminal.
[71] The establishing module 52 is used to freeze funds in the account of
the first terminal user
equal to the value of the Bank Credit Certificate in response to the
generating request.
[72] The generating module 53 is used to generate the refund certificate
whose value is equal to
the Bank Credit Certificate, and deliver the information of the refund
certificate to the first
terminal.
[73] In the above online fund management solution, after receiving the
funds of the corresponding
Bank Credit Certificate of the second terminal, the first terminal may deliver
a request for
generating a refund certificate of the Bank Credit Certificate to the first
Funds-Management
server, in response to the generate request, the first Funds-Management server
will freeze funds
in the account of the first terminal user equal to the value of the Bank
Credit Certificate and
generate a refund certificate of the same value as the Bank Credit
Certificate, so that the second
terminal can obtain the funds of the corresponding Bank Credit Certificate
returned by the first
terminal according to the refund credential, so that the transaction funds can
be returned when
the transaction fails and the first terminal in the return process does not
need to know the
information of the second terminal users, the Funds-Management server
intelligently generates
the refund certificate for the second terminal according to the Bank Credit
Certificate
information, so that the account information of the first and second terminals
is secured and the
refund operation is simplified.
[74] Please refer to Figure 6, it is a schematic flowchart of a data
interaction processing method
according to a first example of the present invention. Please refer to Figure
7, which is a
schematic structural diagram of a data exchange system. The method procedure
shown in
this example includes:
[75] S61. The first terminal delivers a request for generating a second
data certificate
corresponding to the first data certificate to the First Server.
[76] Wherein, the first data certificate is a quantitative tool for pre-
established data association
between the second terminal and Second Server. That is, the first data
certificate indicates
11

CA 02993532 2018-01-22
WO 2017/012004 PCT/CN2015/084571
the data amount of the data association relationship established between the
second
terminal and the Second Server. The first data certificate is used when the
first terminal
obtains the first data certificate and delivers a request for obtaining data
to the First Server,
and the Second Server cancels the data size equal to the data value of the
first data
certificate with the second terminal and the data in the data unit of the
second terminal that
has been released from the association is transferred to the data unit of the
first terminal by
using the First Server.
[77] S62: In response to the generation request, the First Server
establishes a data association
with the first terminal that is equal in size to the data value of the first
data certificate.
[78] Where the generation request includes the identifier of the first data
certificate. The First
Server stores information of all data certificates received by the first
terminal, including the
identifier of the data certificate, the data value, and the second terminal
and the Second
Server that establish the data certificate. The First Server determines a
first data certificate
associated with the second data certificate according to the identifier
carried in the
generation request and locally retrieves the data value of the first data
certificate and
establishes a value corresponding to the first data certificate. For example,
the data size of
the data unit of the first terminal is equal to the data value of the first
data certificate.
[79] Specifically, the above S62 specifically includes: When the first data
certificate is in the
released state and the data value in the data unit of the first terminal is
not less than the data
value of the first data certificate, the First Server establishes a connection
with the first
terminal according to the generation request and the first data certificate
data value equal to
the size of the data association. Where the released state is a data
association between the
second terminal and the second terminal that is equal in size to the data
value of the first
data certificate and transfers the released data to the first terminal through
the First Server
unit.
[80] In another example, the data interaction method may further include:
When determining
that the Bank Credit Certificate is not in the released state, the First
Server delivers the first
terminal the notification that the first data certificate is not released; and
when determining
that the data value in the data unit of the first terminal is smaller than the
data of the first
data certificate value, deliver a notification of insufficient data in the
data unit of the first
terminal to the first terminal.
[81] S63: the First Server generates the second data certificate that is
equal in size to the data
value of the first data certificate.
[82] In the above S63, the First Server sets the receiving server of the
second data certificate as
the second Funds-Management server according to the information corresponding
to the
12

CA 02993532 2018-01-22
WO 2017/012004 PCT/CN2015/084571
first data certificate and sets the receiving terminal of the second data
certificate as the
Second Server.
[83] S64: the first terminal receives the information of the second data
certificate that is
delivered by the First Server.
[84] This second data certificate functions in the same way as the first
data certificate. After the
first terminal receives the second data certificate information delivered by
the First Server,
the first terminal delivers the second data certificate information to the
second terminal.
When the second terminal requests to be disconnected from the Second Server,
the Second
Server responds to cancel the request, and notify the First Server to relieve
the data
association relation between the first terminal and the data value of the
second data
certificate, the First Server transfers the data of the disassociated relation
in the data unit of
the first terminal to the data unit of the second terminal through the second
server, so as to
implement data exchange and data refund of the first terminal to the second
terminal.
[85] Specifically, the first terminal and the second terminal can be a
client or a terminal that
executes the client. The First Server and Second Server are different servers
or the same
server. The first Second Server can also be an e-commerce server.
[86] The data interaction processing method in the example of the present
invention is described
below by way of example.
[87] For example, the first terminal is a terminal used by User A and the
second terminal is a
terminal used by User B. User B is an administrator for more than one client
and has a
corresponding password for each client for administrator privileges. Clients
can be
personal computers, tablets, smart phones and other devices that can exchange
data with
servers through the network. When User A requests to obtain the password of
the
administrator authority of one of clients B, such as Client 2, User B applies
to Second
Server for opening the first data certificate. Wherein, the administrator
password of User B
is stored in the Second Server. The first data certificate may be the
operation log of User B
when managing Client 2, such as the number of operations, which is used to
prove the
safety and reliability of user B.
[88] When the Second Server opens the first data certificate, according to
the relevant contents
of the first data certificate, freeze the user B's authority on client 2. That
is, user B will not
be able to manage the client 2 by using the corresponding password. At the
same time, First
Server delivers the first data certificate message to User A. When User A
needs a password
for obtaining the administrator rights of Client 2, it delivers a request for
obtaining a
password to First Server. Second Server obtains the password of the
administrator of Client
2 according to the content of the first data certificate, and delivers the
password to user A
13

CA 02993532 2018-01-22
WO 2017/012004 PCT/CN2015/084571
through the First Server.
[89] When User A no longer needs the password of the administrator rights
of Client 2, it
delivers a request to First Server to generate a second data certificate
corresponding to the
first data certificate. When the First Server determines that the password of
the
administrator rights of the Client 2 has been delivered to the user A
according to the data
certificate and the password of the administrator rights of the Client 2 is
stored in the user
A, freeze user A's administrator rights on Client 2 and issue a second data
certificate and
deliver it to Second Server. Wherein, the second data certificate may be an
operation log
such as an operation count when the User A manages the Client 2.
[90] When User B needs a password for obtaining the administrator privilege
of the Client 2,
the User B delivers a password obtaining request to Second Server, and the
password for
obtaining the administrator privilege of Client 2 by the First Server
according to the
content of the second data certificate, and delivered to User B through Second
Server.
[91] Further, data associated with the First Server by the first terminal
may also be text data,
audio data, video data, program data or financial data in the financial field,
etc. If the data
is capital data, such as funds, then the first terminal may be a seller, the
second terminal
may be a buyer, and the server is a Funds-Management server, for example, a
bank. If it is
audio data, such as a song, the first terminal and the second terminal may be
clients having
multimedia playing functions such as a mobile phone, and the server is a music
website
server.
[92] Please refer to Figure 8, a data interaction processing method
according to a second
example of the present invention is also based on the data interaction
processing system
shown in Figure 7. The method procedure shown in this example includes:
[93] S81: the First Server receives a request for generating a second data
certificate
corresponding to the first data certificate delivered by the first terminal.
[94] Wherein, the data certificate is a quantitative tool for pre-
established data association
between the second terminal and the Second Server.
[95] S82: In response to the generation request, the First Server
establishes a data association
with the first terminal that is equal in size to the data value of the first
data certificate.
[96] Specifically, when the first data certificate is in the released state
and the data value in the
data unit of the first terminal is not less than the data value of the first
data certificate, the
First Server establishes a connection with the first terminal according to the
generation
request and the first data certificate data value equal to the size of the
data association, for
example, locking the data in the data unit of the first terminal equal in size
to the data value
of the first data certificate.
14

CA 02993532 2018-01-22
WO 2017/012004 PCT/CN2015/084571
[97] In another example, the data interaction method may further include:
When determining
that the Bank Credit Certificate is not in the released state, the First
Server delivers the first
terminal the notification that the first data certificate is not released; and
when determining
that the data value in the data unit of the first terminal is smaller than the
data of the first
data certificate value, deliver a notification of insufficient data in the
data unit of the first
terminal to the first terminal.
[98] S83: the First Server generates the second data certificate that is
equal in size to the data
value of the first data certificate, and delivers the information of the
second data certificate
to the first terminal.
[99] Please refer to Figure 7, it is a schematic diagram of a data
interaction processing system
according to an example of the present invention. The system 70 shown in this
example
includes a second Terminal 71, a first Terminal 72, a First Server 73, and a
Second Server
74.
[100] The second Terminal 71 is used to apply for a first data certificate
from the Second Server
74.
[101] The Second Server 74 is used to respond to the application of the second
terminal 71,
establish data association relationship with the second terminal 71, and
generate the first
data certificate with the data value equal to the data value of the data
association relation of
the second terminal 71.
[102] Therefore, the first data certificate may be understood as a
quantification tool of a
pre-established data association relationship between the second Terminal 71
and the
Second Server 74.
[103] The first Terminal 72 is used to deliver a request for generating a
second data certificate
corresponding to the first data certificate to the First Server 73.
[104] The First Server 73 is used to respond to the generation request,
establishing with the first
terminal 72 and the first data certificate data value data relationship in the
same size,
generates the second data certificate which is equal to the data value of the
first data
certificate, and delivers the information of the second data certificate to
the first terminal
72.
[105] Specifically, the First Server and Second Server can be the same server
or different servers.
Further, the First Server and Second Server may be an E-commerce Server.
[106] In another example, each terminal of the system 70 and the server are
respectively used to
execute the steps of the above data interaction processing method, where the
first terminal
corresponds to the first terminal of the above method, and the second terminal
corresponds
to the above. The second terminal of the method corresponds to the First
Server in the

CA 02993532 2018-01-22
WO 2017/012004 PCT/CN2015/084571
above method, and the Second Server corresponds to the Second Server in the
above
method.
[107] Please refer to Figure 9, which is a data interaction processing device
according to a first
example of the present invention. The data interaction processing Device 90
shown in this
example includes a receiving module 91, an establishing module 92, and a
generating
module 93. In this example, the Device 90 corresponds to the First Server in
the above
example. The Device 90 can be used in a bank system.
[108] The receiving module 91 is used to receive a request for generating a
second data
certificate corresponding to the first data certificate delivered by the first
terminal.
Wherein, the first data certificate is a quantification tool that is a pre-
established data
association relationship between the second terminal and the Second Server.
[109] The establishing module 92 is used to respond to the generation request,
the First Server
establishes a data association with the first terminal that is equal in size
to the data value of
the first data certificate.
[110] The generation module 93 is used to generate the second data certificate
that is equal in
size to the data value of the first data certificate, and deliver the
information of the second
data certificate to the first terminal.
[111] Optionally, the establishing module 92 is specifically used to respond
to the generation
request, and when it is determined that the first data certificate is in an
unlocked state and
the data value in the data unit of the first terminal is not less than the
data value of the first
data certificate, establish a data association with the first terminal that is
equal in size to the
data value of the first data certificate.
[112] In another example, the establishing module 92 is also used when
determining that the
Bank Credit Certificate is not in the released state, the First Server
delivers the first
terminal the notification that the first data certificate is not released; and
when determining
that the data value in the data unit of the first terminal is smaller than the
data of the first
data certificate value, deliver a notification of insufficient data in the
data unit of the first
terminal to the first terminal.
[113] In the solution above, after receiving the data corresponding to the
first data certificate
applied for by the second terminal, the first terminal may deliver the data
generated by the
first terminal to the First Server to generate the first data certificate
corresponding to the
second data certificate request, the First Server establishes a data
association with the
second terminal equal to the data value of the first data certificate in
response to the
generation request, and generates a second data equivalent value so that the
second
terminal can obtain the data returned by the first terminal according to the
second data

certificate so that data interaction between the first terminal and the second
terminal is
achieved and the first terminal does not need to provide the second terminal
during the
refunding process, First Server directly generates a second data certificate
for the second
terminal according to the first data certificate, thereby ensuring the user
information of the
first terminal and the second terminal are secure, and the operation is
simplified.
[114] The above is only an example of the present invention and is not
intended to limit the scope
of the invention as a matter of limitation, either by way of equivalent
construction or
equivalent process transformation using the present specification and the
accompanying
drawings, directly or indirectly used in other related technical fields, which
are included in
the scope of the patent protection of the present invention.
