CLAIMS
What is claimed is:
1. A sandwich-type pocket spring unit, comprising:
at least two accommodating chambers formed of cloth, divided into an upper
accommodating chamber and a lower accommodating chamber; and
a spring body encapsulated and packaged inside each accommodating chamber;
a sandwiched chamber formed between the upper accommodating chamber and the
lower
accommodating chamber, wherein a functional filler is disposed inside the
sandwiched
chamber.
2. A sandwich-type pocket spring unit, comprising:
at least two accommodating chambers formed of cloth, divided into an upper
accommodating chamber and a lower accommodating chamber; and
a spring body encapsulated and packaged inside each accommodating chamber;
a sandwiched chamber formed between the upper accommodating chamber and the
lower
accommodating chamber, wherein the sandwiched chamber is formed as an airbag
or is
provided inside with an elastic filler.
3. A sandwich-type pocketed spring, comprising multiple sandwich-type pocketed
spring units
of claim 1 sequentially connected with one another.
4. A sandwich-type pocketed spring, comprising multiple sandwich-type pocketed
spring units
of claim 2 sequentially connected with one another.
5. The sandwich-type pocketed spring of claim 3, wherein the sandwiched
chambers between
adjacent sandwich-type pocketed spring units are sequentially connected, and
each of the
sandwiched chambers has a curved shape with a continuous profile.
6. The sandwich-type pocketed spring of claim 4, wherein the sandwiched
chambers between
adjacent sandwich-type pocketed spring units are sequentially connected, and
each of the
sandwiched chambers has a curved shape with a continuous profile.

Description

SANDWICH-TYPE POCKETED SPRING UNIT AND POCKETED
SPRING
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of pocketed springs, and
in particular to
a sandwich-type pocketed spring unit and a pocketed spring.
BACKGROUND
In an existing pocketed-spring mattress, cloth, sponge, latex and the like are
generally
wrapped outside the mattress to improve the comfort of the mattress. Since the
mattress is
wrapped with an outer fabric or sponge, an inner space of the mattress is
relatively closed, and
thus the interior of the mattress is susceptible to growth of bacteria and
mites after moist air
enters the inner space of the mattress. In the prior art, in order to solve
this technical problem, a
dry filler is often added inside the mattress to prevent the growth of
bacteria and mites.
Furthermore, in the prior art other fillers such as functional fragrances are
also often added
inside the mattress to increase the functionality of the mattress. However,
since the inner space
of the pocketed-spring mattress is narrow and small and is lack of a necessary
filler supporting
carrier, it is difficult to effectively fix the filler and uniformly arrange
the filler.
SUMMARY
According to the present disclosure, there is provided with a structurally
robust
sandwich-type pocketed spring unit and a pocket spring.
According to one aspect of the present disclosure: a sandwich-type pocket
spring unit,
comprising: at least two accommodating chambers formed of cloth, divided into
an upper
accommodating chamber and a lower accommodating chamber; and a spring body
encapsulated
and packaged inside each accommodating chamber; a sandwiched chamber formed
between the
upper accommodating chamber and the lower accommodating chamber, wherein a
functional
filler is disposed inside the sandwiched chamber.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure: a sandwich-type pocket
spring unit,
comprising: at least two accommodating chambers formed of cloth, divided into
an upper
accommodating chamber and a lower accommodating chamber; and a spring body
encapsulated
and packaged inside each accommodating chamber; a sandwiched chamber formed
between the
upper accommodating chamber and the lower accommodating chamber, wherein the

sandwiched chamber is formed as an airbag or is provided inside with an
elastic filler.
According to a further aspect of the present disclosure: a sandwich-type
pocketed spring,
comprising multiple sandwich-type pocketed spring units of the one aspect or
the another
aspect sequentially connected with one another.
Advantageously, the sandwiched chambers between adjacent sandwich-type
pocketed
spring units are sequentially connected, and each of the sandwiched chambers
has a curved
shape with a continuous profile.
Beneficial technical effects: for this sandwich-type pocketed spring unit and
pocketed
spring, by additionally disposing one layer of sandwiched chamber between the
upper and
lower layers of pocketed springs, different fillers can be filled and placed
inside the sandwiched
chamber according to actual needs to achieve different effects, and the
fillers are orderly and
uniformly distributed inside the mattress through respective sandwiched
chambers, thereby
overcoming the defect of a traditional mattress that the filler is scattered
and disordered.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Referring to Fig. 1, the present disclosure provides a sandwich-type pocketed
spring unit,
which includes at least upper and lower layers of accommodating chambers 2
formed by cloth 1,
and a spring body 3 respectively encapsulated and packaged in respective
accommodating
chamber 2. The cloth 1 is folded into an inverted U shape, and is divided into
multiple chambers
from top to bottom through multiple transverse welds. In this embodiment,
three layers of
chambers are formed, and the upper and lower layers of accommodating chambers

package and encapsulate the spring body 3. The chambers between the upper and
lower layers of
accommodating chambers are sandwiched chambers 4, and different fillers can be
filled and
placed inside the sandwiched chambers 4 according to actual needs to achieve
different effects.
For example, a desiccant can be placed into the chambers to achieve mildew
proof and moisture
proof effects; activated carbon can be placed into the chambers to eliminate
odor; a magnet can
be placed into the chambers to increase the biological effects of magnetic
fields and promote
blood circulation, thereby improving the function of a human body; other
functional fillers such
as hygienical fragrances, insecticides, mothproofing agents and flame
retardants can also be
placed into the chambers to achieve corresponding functional effects; and of
course, multiple
fillers also can be mixed to achieve a mixture of multiple functions.
An elastic filler such as sponge may also be placed inside the sandwiched
chamber 4, or a
cushion airbag formed by cloth with better gas tightness may also be provided
as the sandwiched
chamber 4, according to needs, such that a soft elastic layer is formed in the
sandwiched chamber
4 to increase the cushioning effect of the mattress, and at the same time
better separating the
adjacent upper and lower spring body 3 to reduce the noise caused by rigid
contact and friction
between the adjacent upper and lower spring body 3.
Referring to Figs. 2-4, the present disclosure provides a sandwich-type
pocketed spring,
which includes multiple sandwich-type pocketed spring units sequentially
connected with one
another, wherein the construction of the sandwiched chamber 4 in the spring
unit can be
designed into a variety of types, as shown in Fig. 2 or Fig. 3. Preferably,
the sandwiched
chambers 4 between the adjacent sandwich-type pocketed spring units are
sequentially connected
and each of them has a curved shape with a continuous profile. That is, the
upper and lower
layers of accommodating chambers 2 each also has a curved shape with a
continuous profile, and
the curved shape can be designed according to different physiological curves
of a human body
and body weights to meet individual needs and thus better fit the
physiological curve of the
human body while ensuring good support, such that better and more comfort can
be provided to
a sleeper through a partitioned mattress formed by a string of pocketed
springs.
