Abrégé anglais

A method for searching for an electronic transaction certificate, and an electronic transaction terminal. The method for searching for an electronic transaction certificate comprises: receiving a search keyword inputted by a user (S201); querying and outputting target electronic transaction terminal information corresponding to the search keyword (S202); receiving a target electronic transaction terminal information request selected by the user (S203); displaying an electronic transaction certificate corresponding to the target electronic transaction terminal information to the user (S204). The electronic transaction certificate is provided with a link of an order generation page, and the user directly enters the order generation page after clicking the link. The user directly finds an electronic transaction terminal corresponding to the electronic transaction certificate via a search engine, the electronic transaction certificate data structure of the electronic transaction terminal is rich, and the amount of information is large. The present invention solves the problems that article information data structures obtained by existing search methods are unitary, the amount of information is small, and a user is not able to directly perform ordering and paying.

1. A computer-implemented method in a query terminal for searching an
electronic
transaction certificate to directly order a product and make a payment, the
method
comprising:
receiving a search keyword entered by a user;
querying information of an electronic transaction terminal corresponding to
the search
keyword;
receiving a request for the information of the electronic transaction terminal
selected by the user; and
showing the electronic transaction certificate corresponding to the
information of the
electronic transaction terminal to the user;
wherein the electronic transaction certificate is configured to include a link
address to a
webpage for order generation, which is selected by the user to directly make a
transaction with a transaction object provider without use of a third party
ecommerce
platform;
wherein the electronic transaction certificate is configured to include the
search keyword
for querying;
wherein the electronic transaction certificate corresponds to one transaction
object or that
of a same category;
wherein the electronic transaction certificate is a read-write electronic file
that includes
automated payment information related to attributes, transaction rules and
settlement
accounts of transaction object; and

wherein the information of the electronic transaction terminal includes an
identified tag, a
keyword of the electronic transaction certificate, a link address of a showing
interface.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the search keyword is inputted from a built-
in search unit
of the electronic transaction terminal or a search engine.
3. The method of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the search keyword is a
product name or
a service name which the user tends to purchase.
4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the search keyword is
inputted without a
purchasing intention of the user.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the search keyword is
related
information of the transaction object.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the search keyword is a name of the
transaction object.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the search keyword is a function of the
transaction

output an
electronic transaction certificate corresponding to the information of the

transaction terminal to the user;
wherein the electronic transaction certificate is configured to include a link
address to a
webpage for order generation, which is selected by the user to directly make a
transaction with a transaction object provider without use of a third-party

select the link address of the webpage for order generation from the

order the transaction object based on the electronic transaction certificate;
and
make a payment based on the electronic transaction certificate.

configured to:

set up one or more connection groups between the terminal and the at least

terminal;

connected to the search engine via the Internet.

Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to the field of Internet, and more
particularly to a method of searching
the electronic transaction and an electronic transaction terminal.
Background Technology
[2] E-commerce refers to the activities related to transaction or service as
an electronic transaction
method on the Internet based on the information network technology. It made
every part of the
conventional commerce activities electronically and network-based. In the open
Internet, e-
commerce is applied on basis of the browser/server and can achieve the
activities related to online
shopping for consumers, online transaction between merchants, online payment
and so on.
[3] In the current E-commerce system, the product or service is considered as
the transaction object,
which is shown as pictures, texts, audios and videos in the third-party E-
commerce trade platform.
Users usually can acquire the product information from search engine or search
unit of the third-
party e-commerce trade platform. But the product information includes the
basic information only
on basis of the current search technology, such as the product name and
product provider or an URL
(Uniform Resource Locator) link address of trade platform websites. If users
would like to know
more in details or purchase the product, they can click this URL link address
and browser the web
page of product provider or login the third-party e-commerce trade platform.
Besides, they need click
other buttons for purchasing after they are browsing the webpage of product
provider. That means
that the product information acquired from current search method includes
extremely limited
information due to its simple data structure based on current technology so
that users cannot order a
product and make a payment directly through the product information acquired
from current search
method.

Technical Problem
[4] The example of the present invention provides a method for searching
the electronic transaction
certificate. The problem to be solved by this method is that the product
information acquired from
current search method includes extremely limited information due to its simple
data structure. For
users, they cannot order the product and make a payment directly through the
product information
acquired from the current search method.

to search the electronic
transaction certificate. This method includes steps as below:

data structures, including information related to attributes, transaction
rules and settlement accounts
of the transaction object, as well as the configured link with a webpage of
order generation which
is accessed to the webpage for ordering directly by users. The problem to be
solved by this method
is that the product information acquired from current search method includes
extremely limited
information due to its simple data structure. For users, they cannot order the
product and make a
payment directly through the product information acquired from the current
search method.

[37] In the example of the present invention, the electronic transaction
certificate configures the link
including a webpage of the order generation. The user can click this link to
access to the webpage of
the order directly. This link can be bound to the purchasing button wherein
the electronic transaction
certificate.
[38] In the example of the present invention, input data should comprise
information related to
attributes, transaction rules and settlement accounts of the electronic
transaction at least.
[39] The information of attributes wherein input data should include relevant
description information
of a transaction object, such as the price, size, weight, production date,
expiry date, serial number,
manufacturer and so on.
[40] The information of settlement accounts is used to input description

safety and convenience of
payment, as a preferred example of the present invention, the electronic
signature of payment
institution corresponding with settlement accounts is written wherein the
electronic transaction
certificate. The information of settlement accounts of the transaction object

by this electronic signature.
In this way, not only can the payment institution or other payment terminal
identify correctly this
electronic transaction certificate, but also the issue of identification

[44] The electronic transaction certificate generated by generating device of
electronic transaction
certificate 11 is stored wherein electronic transaction certificate database
12, and is configured with
the corresponding search keywords to be search and queried by users on the
Internet;
[45] This electronic transaction certificate configures the link including a
webpage of the order
generation. When the user purchases the transaction object from the
corresponding electronic
transaction certificate, the user can click this link to access to the webpage
of the order directly. In
the whole process, buyer can make a transaction with the transaction object
provider directly, no
longer need to login the third-party trade platform and make an order based on
the current E-
commerce schema;
[46] In an application of the present invention, there are many electronic
transaction terminal 13, not
only can these electronic transaction terminals 13 connect and communicate
each other via Internet,
but also can communicate with the search engine 14 via Internet.
[47] In the examples of the present invention, the users wherein the
electronic transaction terminals 13
can make connections each other and set up the various connection groups. So
that users wherein the
electronic transaction terminals 13 can post their own products' information
in the connection groups
and trade the products among the users wherein the electronic transaction
terminals 13. That means
every user wherein the electronic transaction terminals 13 can be considered
as a seller.
[48] As another example of the present invention, the user logs in the
electronic transaction terminals
13 (The logged electronic transaction terminals are named as the query
electronic transaction
terminals), and inputs the search keyword wherein the query electronic
transaction terminals 13. Not
only can this search keyword be the related information of transaction object,
such as the name,
functions etc., but also can be the information of the electronic transaction
object terminal, such as
the name of the electronic transaction object terminal.
[49] According to the search keywords inputted by the user, the query
electronic transaction terminals
13 can query the corresponding electronic transaction object terminal of the
transaction object on
Internet through the built-in search unit or the search engine 14. The search
engine 14 can return the
result of the corresponding electronic transaction terminal on the basis of
the search keywords

inputted by the user from the query electronic transaction terminal 13. This
electronic transaction
terminal stores the electronic transaction certificate of the transaction
object.
[50] In this way, the user can acquire the electronic transaction certificate
of the transaction object from
the electronic transaction object terminal. This electronic transaction
certificate is used to trade
between users and provider of transaction object directly and generate the
online order, handle a
delivery of transaction object and make a payment and so on.
[51] As another example of the present invention, the user inputs the search
keywords wherein the
search engine 14 and search the corresponding electronic transaction object
terminal of the electronic
transaction certificate.
[52] The search engine 14 can output the result of the electronic transaction
object terminal
corresponding to the search keywords inputted by the user. The user can
acquire the electronic
transaction certificate corresponding to the transaction object after logging
in the query electronic
transaction terminal 13.Then, this electronic transaction certificate is used
to trade between users and
provider of transaction object directly and generate the online order, handle
a delivery of transaction
object and make a payment and so on.
[53] Figure 2 is shown an implementation flow chart of the method for
searching electronic transaction
provided by an example of the present invention, details are described as
below:

The search unit of the electronic transaction terminal or the search engine
sends the request of the
query keywords when the keywords is inputted by the user to the database of
the electronic
transaction terminal. After getting the results of the corresponding
electronic transaction terminal,
the information of electronic transaction terminal is outputted to the user,
then the user can make a
decision according to this information of electronic transaction terminal.
[61] In the examples of the present invention, the information of the
electronic transaction terminal
comprises at least its identified tag, the link address of the showing
interface related to the product
wherein the foregoing electronic transaction terminal, and the keywords of the
electronic
transaction certificate. The selection of the user is clicking the link
address of the showing interface
related to the product.
[62] As another example of the present invention, the database of the
electronic transaction terminal is
configured wherein the search engine.
[63] In the step S203, receiving the request of this electronic transaction
terminal to the user;
[64] After outputting this electronic transaction terminal corresponding to
the search keywords into the
user's operational interface, waiting and receiving the link address which is
selected by the user. This
is receiving the request of this electronic transaction terminal to the user.
[65] In the step S204, showing the electronic transaction certificate
corresponding to the information
of electronic transaction terminal to the user.
[66] After receiving the request of this electronic transaction terminal to
the user, acquiring the showing
interface's information of this electronic transaction terminal and the
electronic transaction
certificate corresponding to the search keywords and outputting this
electronic transaction certificate
to the users. So that the users can order the product and make a payment
directly on the basis of the
electronic transaction certificate. The completion of this step is according
to sending the query
request of the information of this electronic transaction terminal to the
electronic transaction
certificate database.
[67] In the examples of the present invention, the electronic transaction
certificate database is
configured wherein the transaction object provider.
[68] As an example of the present invention, the keywords of the electronic
transaction certificate
comprise at least one or two above of the commodity's name, type,
specifications, price.

[70] In the examples of the present invention, the users wherein the
electronic transaction terminals can
make connections each other and set up the various connection groups. So that
users wherein the
electronic transaction terminals can post their own products' information in
the connection groups
and trade the products among the users wherein the electronic transaction
terminals. That means
every user wherein the electronic transaction terminals can be considered as a
seller.
[71] As an example of the present invention, the electronic transaction
certificate is a kind of the
electronic identification information of the transaction object such as
product or service. It
comprises information from original source at least to guarantee the
information truly and
originally. One electronic transaction certificate corresponds to one
transaction object or that of the
same category.
[72] In the examples of the present invention, receiving the search keywords
from the user, querying
the information of electronic transaction terminal corresponding to the
electronic transaction
certificate on the basis of those search keywords. After that information of
electronic transaction
terminal is selected by the user, outputting the information of electronic
transaction terminal and
corresponding electronic transaction certificate into the showing interface of
the electronic
transaction terminal. So that the user of this electronic transaction terminal
can share and acquire the
product's electronic transaction certificate quickly wherein the same user's
group. The user can trade
with the transaction object's provider directly according to the data of this
electronic transaction
certificate. Also, the delivery of transaction object and payment can be
completed by this electronic
transaction certificate.
[73] Technician in this field is able to understand and achieve all of the
foregoing examples, or parts
of them can be commanded by the program wherein the related hardware. The
program for
executing foregoing steps can be stored in a readable storage medium. In
general, the readable
storage medium comprises the computer storage medium and the communication
medium. The
computer storage medium comprises the volatile storage and nonvolatile
storage, the removable
medium and non-removable medium achieved by any storage technology and method.
The storage
technology and method include the readable command, data structure, modules of
the program or
other data. The computer storage medium includes RAM, ROM, EPROM, EEPROM,
flash
memory, or other solid state medium, as well as CD-ROM, DVD or other optical
storage medium,

as well as tape, disk or other magnetic storage device. However, technician in
this field can apply
but not limited to the foregoing computer storage media.
[74] Technician in this field can be able to understand and achieve all of the
foregoing examples, or
parts of them can be achieved by hardware, or related hardware is commanded by
the program. The
program for executing foregoing steps can be stored in a readable storage
media, which can be a
read-only memory, flash memory, disk or CD-ROM and so on.
[75] Figure 3 is a structural diagram of an electronic transaction terminal
provided by an example of
the present invention. For ease of description, shown here are the parts
related to the examples of
the present invention only.
[76] For ease of description, as these two examples of the electronic
transaction terminal 13a,13b.
The structures of 13a and 13b are the totally same. If it is assuming the
electronic transaction
terminal 13a as the query electronic transaction terminal, querying the
keywords inputted by the
user, then 13b can be considered as the electronic transaction terminal.
[77] The database of electronic transaction certificate 12 stores the
electronic transaction certificate of
the transaction object, every electronic transaction certificate is configured
the corresponding
information of search keywords. The user can acquire the electronic
transaction terminal
corresponding to the search keywords, then acquire the electronic transaction
certificate
corresponding to the electronic transaction terminal.
[78] The database of electronic transaction certificate 12 stores the
configured electronic transaction
certificate corresponding to the search keywords so that the users can search
and query easily.
[79] The search keywords receiving unit 132a,132b is configured the port of
the search engine
respectively. They make the communication among the electronic transaction
terminal 13a, 13b
and the search engine 14.

13a, and input the search keywords wherein the search keywords receiving unit

search keywords wherein the
search engine 14. The search engine can query and acquire the keywords of the

electronic transaction certificate wherein the database of the electronic

through Internet, then acquire the information of the electronic transaction

to the keywords of this electronic transaction certificate. For example, it

step after the user must login and query the information of the electronic

terminal, and the keywords of the electronic transaction certificate.

acquires the information of
electronic transaction terminal and output it to the user, then that
information is ready to be selected
by the user, such as the user has selected the electronic transaction terminal
13b. The switch unit
134a switches the current operational interface to showing interface of
product wherein the
electronic transaction terminal 13b when the switch unit 134a has received the
command related to
the electronic transaction terminal 13b.
[85] The user can acquire the corresponding electronic transaction certificate
after the user has
received the electronic transaction terminal.
[86] The electronic transaction certificate output unit 135b acquires the
electronic transaction certificate
wherein the electronic transaction terminal from the database of electronic
transaction certificate 12
and outputs it to the showing interface of the electronic transaction terminal
13b wherein the query
electronic transaction terminal 13a. The electronic transaction certificate is
configured the link
address with a webpage of order generation ,the user can trade with the
transaction object's provider
directly according to the data or the link of this electronic transaction
certificate. Also, the delivery
of transaction object and payment can be completed by this electronic
transaction certificate.
[87] In the examples of the present invention, the electronic transaction
certificate database is
configured wherein the transaction object provider.
[88] The examples of the present invention show the method of searching the
electronic transaction
certificate and the electronic transaction terminal. So that users can acquire
the electronic transaction
certificate directly via specific electronic transaction terminal on the basis
of the search engine. The
electronic transaction certificate is informative due to their rich data
structures, including information
related to attributes, transaction rules and settlement accounts of the
transaction object. The
electronic transaction certificate is also configured the link address with a
webpage of order
