PHOTOTHERAPY SPECTACLES ATTACHMENT
BACKGROUND
1. Phototherapy uses light, including infrared, visible, and UV light to
treat
various conditions. Most commonly, phototherapy is used to treat sleep and
mood related disorders such as seasonal depression and delayed sleep phase
disorder by exposing the eyes to bright light. Another common form of
phototherapy uses light to treat skin conditions, such as jaundice as well as
scar healing.
2. In a related art, a phototherapy lamp may be provided. A user needs to
sit near
the phototherapy lamp and enable light emitted by the phototherapy lamp to
reach the target treatment area. However, due to the disadvantages of heavy
weight of the phototherapy lamp and tedious position movement, the user
cannot move freely during the therapy.
3. In another related art, a wearable phototherapy product may be provided.
A
user can perform some daily activities, such as sweeping a floor and reading a
book, while wearing the wearable phototherapy product to achieve the purpose
of phototherapy. However, current wearable phototherapy products generally
have special or strange product forms, which affect the aesthetics and
convenience of patients when they are worn.
4. In another related art, a wearable phototherapy product may be provided
in the
form a discreet pair of glasses, using optical technology to reflect light
back
into the eyes of the user to achieve subtle looks using special optical
technology and design. Such is the case in the related application,

However, a user may prefer to have a solution that is compatible with their
existing spectacles frames, or existing spectacle frames on the market.
