1. An intelligent electronic commerce method, the method comprising:
acquiring a commodity electronic certificate to perform a purchase /
distribution
operation on the commodity electronic certificate, wherein the commodity
electronic
certificate encapsulates product information, payment information, trading
rules,
operation instructions, and a user interface;
adding purchase / distribution information and payment request infomiation
into the
commodity electronic certificate;
attaching payment request into a bank electronic certificate; wherein the
payment request
includes order infomiation, payer infomiation, payee information and a payment
amount;
comparing a pick-up code input by the user with a pick-up code for receiving
the
commodity stored in the commodity electronic certificate;
receiving the commodity after a comparison result of the pick-up codes is
successful
matched; and
adding receipt information into the commodity electronic certificate and the
bank electronic
certificate after a user receives a commodity successfully.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the commodity electronic certificate is
generated by a
manufacturer subsystem.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the bank electronic certificate is generated
by a bank
subsystem.

certificate includes the
payer information.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 and 3 to 4, wherein the bank electronic

a receiving module configured to:
add receipt information into the commodity electronic certificate and the bank
electronic
certificate after a user receives the commodity successfully;
compare a pick-up code input by the user with a pick-up code for receiving a
commodity
stored in the commodity electronic certificate; and

Technical Field
