CABLE WITH ELASTIC BRAIDED LAYER
FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of conductor
cables, in particular to a
cable with an elastic braided layer.
BACKGROUND
[0002] At present, a common cable on the market comprises an outer sheath, a
plurality of
insulating layers, a plurality of cable cores and a filler layer, wherein the
plurality of cable cores
are wrapped in the plurality of insulating layers, the whole cable is wrapped
in the outer sheath,
and the internal space of the cable is filled with fillers to form the filler
layer. However, this
kind of cables are non-elastic and non-stretchable, and are not protected from
the outside.
When applied to electronic devices, these cables cannot be freely bent or
stretched, which
indirectly restrains the movement of the electronic devices. If these cables
are repeatedly
stretched and bent in daily use, the service life of the cables will be
greatly shortened.
SUMMARY
[0003] In view of this, it is necessary to provide a bendable and stretchable
cable with an
elastic braided layer to solve the above-mentioned problems.
[0004] The invention provides a cable with an elastic braided layer. The cable
comprises
multiple wires and an elastic braided layer. The multiple wires are arranged
abreast and are
sleeved with the elastic braided layer. The elastic braided layer comprises a
left-handed braided
layer and a right-handed braided layer, and the left-handed braided layer and
the right-handed
braided layer are interlaced to form a cylindrical structure. The left-handed
braided layer
comprises first left-handed wires, second left-handed wires, third left-handed
wires, fourth
left-handed wires, fifth left-handed wires and sixth left-handed wires which
are sequentially
arranged abreast. The right-handed braided layer comprises first right-handed
wire, second
right-handed wires, third right-handed wires, fourth right-handed wires, fifth
right-handed wires
and sixth right-handed wires which are sequentially arranged abreast. Any one
of the first
right-handed wires, the second right-handed wires, the third right-handed
wires, the fourth
right-handed wires, the fifth right-handed wires and the sixth right-handed
wires is interlaced

with the first left-handed wires, the second left-handed wires, the third left-
handed wires, the
fourth right-handed wires, the fifth left-handed wires and the sixth right-
handed wires around the
wires.

are provided with
insulating layers made of rubber, so that the cable is stretchable and
bendable to some extent;
and a left-handed braided layer and a right-handed braided layer are
interlaced to form an elastic
braided layer to provide a stretching space and a good stretching capacity and
fulfil a good
protection effect, the cost is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.

technical and
scientific terms used in this specification have the meanings commonly
understood by those
skilled in the art. The terms used in the specification of the invention are
merely for the
purpose of describing specific embodiments, and are not intended to limit the

elastic braided layer
according to Embodiment 1 of the invention, the cable with an elastic braided
layer comprises
multiple conductive wires 10 and an elastic braided layer 20. The multiple
conductive wires 10
are arranged abreast and the elastic braided layer 20 are sleeved around the
multiple conductive
wires 10. The elastic braided layer 20 comprises a left-handed braided layer
30 and a
right-handed braided layer 40, and the left-handed braided layer 30 and the
right-handed braided
layer 40 are interlaced to form a flat cylindrical structure. Preferably, the
conductive wires 10
are sequentially arranged in a row and the elastic braided layer 20 has a
waist-shaped cross
section, as shown in FIG. 2. According to the cable with the elastic braided
layer provided by
the invention, the left-handed braided layer 30 and the right-handed braided
layer 40 are
interlaced to form the elastic braided layer 20, which provides good ductility
and can be bent and
stretched without being fractured, so that the service life of the cable with
the elastic braided
layer is prolonged.
[00027] As shown in FIG. 1, the multiple conductive wires 10 are arranged side
by side and
parallel to each other. Each conductive wire 10 comprises one or multiple wire
cores 11 and an
insulating layer 12, wherein the one or multiple wire cores 11 are wrapped in
the insulating layer
12. Further, the number of the conductive wires 10 and the number of the
insulating layers 12
of the cable are three, and the cross-section of the insulating layers 12 is
annular. Further, the
wire cores 11 are any one of copper wires, aluminium wires, copper alloy wires
and aluminium
alloy wires, and have the characteristics of good ductility, thermal
conductivity and electrical
conductivity. Preferably, each wire core has a diameter of 1.1-1.3mm. Further,
the insulating
layers 12 are made of rubber and have good insulating performance and good
ductility.

with the elastic

[00035] Referring to FIG. 3 which illustrate a cable with an elastic braided
layer according to
Embodiment 2 of the invention, the cable with an elastic braided layer in this
embodiment is
similar to the cable with an elastic braided layer in Embodiment 1 and differs
from the cable with
an elastic braided layer in Embodiment 1 in the internal structure of the
conductive wires 10a.
In this embodiment, each conductive wire 10a comprises multiple wire cores
11a, multiple first
insulating layers 12a, wherein the multiple wire cores 11 a are in one-to-one
correspondence with
the multiple first insulating layers 12a and are wrapped in the first
insulating layers 12a. A
second insulating layer 13a is disposed between the first insulating layers
12a and the elastic
braided layer. The first insulating layers 12a abut against each other and are
wrapped in the

second insulating layer 13a. Optionally, the number of the wire cores 1 la and
the number of
the first insulating layers 12a are three, and the cross-section of the second
insulating layer 13a is
circular.
[00036] According to the cable with an elastic braided layer provided by the
invention, the
conductive wires 10/10a are provided with the insulating layers 12/12a made of
rubber, so that
the cable is stretchable and bendable to some extent; and the left-handed
braided layer 30 and the
right-handed braided layer 40 are interlaced to form the elastic braided layer
20 to provide a
stretching space, a good stretching capacity and a good protection effect, the
cost is reduced, and
the service life is prolonged.
