The embodiments of the invention in which an exclusive property or privilege is claimed
are defined as follows:
1. A leg-operated garden tool comprising a tool and means for attaching said tool essentially
below the heel of the foot of the user.
2. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 1 wherein said tool is activated essentially in
vertical direction.
3. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 2 wherein said tool, activated in vertical
direction, comprising a body, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said tool
essentially bellow the heel of the foot of the user and at least one active part mounted to said body.
4. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 3 wherein the symmetry axis of said active
part is essentially located in the same plane with the shinbone of the user and generally in
symmetrical locations with respect to the foot axis.
5. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 4 wherein said active part comprising at least
one conical tube capable of punching and removing soil or turf cores in order to make holes in the
ground.
6. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 5 wherein said tool comprises a bag for
collecting said resulting turf cores, means for attaching said bag to said tool, means for closing up
said bag and means for manipulating the extremity of said bag by the user.
7. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction and having the symmetry axis of
its active part essentially located in the same plane with the shinbone of the user and generally in
symmetrical locations with respect to the foot axis, comprising at least one conical tube capable of
punching and removing soil or turf cores in order to make holes in the ground, a bag for collecting
said resulting turf cores and means for attaching said bag to said tool.
8. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 6 wherein said bag comprises a textile bag.
9. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 8 wherein said means for closing up said
bag comprise a cord and a closing up element which closes up by strangling said bag.
10. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 9 wherein said means for manipulating the
extremity of said bag by the user comprise said cord.
11. A leg-operated garden tool comprising a bag for collecting resulting turf cores, which
comprises a textile bag attached to said tool, a cord and a closing up element.
12. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 6 wherein said bag comprises a plastic box
secured to said tool and a textile bag attached to said plastic box.
13. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 12 wherein said means for closing up said
bag comprise a cord and a closing up element which closes up by strangling said bag.
14. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 13 wherein said means for manipulating
the extremity of said bag by the user comprise said cord.
15. A leg-operated garden tool comprising a bag for collecting resulting turf cores, which
comprises a plastic box attached to said tool, a textile bag attached to said box, a cord and a closing
up element.
16. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 5 wherein said conical tubes are not
adjustable on the body of said tool.
17. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 16 wherein said body of said tool
comprising a plate.
18. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one conical tube secured to a plate capable of punching and removing soil or turf
cores in order to make holes in the ground and having the symmetry axis essentially located in the
same plane with the shinbone of the user and generally in symmetrical locations with respect to the
foot axis,
19. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 17 wherein said tool comprises a bag for
collecting said resulting turf cores defined in claim 11.
20. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
ool and at least one conical tube secured to a plate capable of punching and removing soil or turf
cores in order to make holes in the ground and a bag of claim 11.
21. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 17 wherein said tool comprises a bag for
collecting said resulting turf cores defined in claim 15.
22. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one conical tube secured to a plate capable of punching and removing soil or turf
cores in order to make holes in the ground and a bag of claim 15.
23. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 5 wherein said conical tubes are adjustable
in the horizontal direction on the body of said tool allowing to adjust the distance between the made
holes.
24. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 23 wherein said body of said tool
comprising two transverse bars adjustable in horizontal direction to which said conical tubes are
mounted.
25. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and conical tubes, adjustable in the horizontal direction, which are mounted to two transverse
bars adjustable in the horizontal direction too, allowing to adjust the distance between the made
holes.
26. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 5 wherein said conical tubes are adjustable
in the horizontal and vertical direction on the body of said tool allowing to adjust the distance
between the made holes and their depth.
27. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 26 wherein said body of said tool
comprises two pears of transverse bars adjustable in horizontal direction to which are mounted said
conical tubes - adjustable in vertical direction.
28. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and two conical tubes mounted to two pears of transverse bars, allowing to adjust the said
conical tubes in the vertical and horizontal direction in order to adjust the distance between the made
holes and their depth.
29. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 5 wherein said conical tubes are adjustable
in the vertical direction on the body of said tool allowing to adjust the depth of the made holes.
30. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and conical tubes adjustable in the vertical direction on the body of said tool.
31. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 4 wherein said active part comprising at
least one conical planter capable to penetrate the soil in order to make holes in the ground.
32. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 31 wherein said conical planter comprises
different number of conical elements threadable one to another and to said body of said tool in
order to modify the length of said conical planter and to be able to do a variety of depths of the
made holes.
33. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 32 wherein said conical planters are
adjustable in the horizontal direction on said body of said tool in order to adjust the distance
between the made holes.
34. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 33 wherein said body of said tool
comprises a transverse bar to which said adjustable conical planters are mounted.
35. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising:
means for attaching said tool to the heel of the foot of the user;
means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said tool;
at least one conical planter including different number of conical elements, threadable one to another
in order to obtain a variety of depths of made holes;
a transverse bar to which are adjustably mounted said planters in order to obtain different distances
between the made holes.
36. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 31 wherein said conical planters are
adjustable in the horizontal direction on said body of said tool in order to adjust the distance
between the made holes.
37. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 36 wherein said body of said tool
comprises a transverse bar to which said adjustable conical planters are mounted.
38. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one adjustable conical planter mounted to a transverse bar in order to obtain
different distances between the made holes.
39. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 4 wherein said active part comprising at
least one shaped knife capable to penetrate into the ground in order to cut the turf.
40. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one shaped knife capable to penetrate into the ground in order to cut the turf.
41. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 39 wherein said knives are removable and
they are mounted to the opposite side of a plate on which the conical tubes for coring the turf are
welded.
42. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one removable shaped knife capable to penetrate into the ground in order to cut the
turf, which are mounted to the opposite side of a plate on which conical tubes for coring the turf are
welded.
43. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 4 wherein said active part comprising at
least one shaped knife capable to make deep penetrations into the ground in order to execute slicing
turf cultivation practice.
44. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one shaped knife capable to make deep penetrations into the ground in order to
execute slicing turf cultivation practice.
45. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 43 wherein said knives are removable and
they are mounted to the opposite side of a plate on which the conical tubes for coring the turf are
welded.
46. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one removable shaped knife capable to make deep penetrations into the ground in
order to execute slicing turf cultivation practice, which are mounted to the opposite side of a plate on
which conical tubes for coring the turf are welded.
47. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 4 wherein said active part comprising at
least one shaped knife capable to make shallow penetrations into the ground in order to execute
spiking turf cultivation practice.
48. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool, a plate which is included into the body of said tool and at least one shaped knife capable to
make shallow penetrations into the ground in order to execute spiking turf cultivation practice.
49. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 47 wherein said knives are removable and
they are mounted to the opposite side of a plate on which the conical tubes for coring the turf are
welded.
50. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one removable shaped knife capable to make shallow penetrations into the ground
in order to execute slicing turf cultivation practice, which are mounted to the opposite side of a plate
on which conical tubes for coring the turf are welded.
51. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 4 wherein said active part comprising at
least one removable plate in order to compress the soil.
52. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one removable plate capable to compress the ground.
53. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 4 wherein said means to hold said tool to
said means for attaching said tool essentially below the heel of the user comprise a plate which is
included into the body of said tool.
54. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 4 wherein said means to hold said tool to
said means for attaching said tool essentially below the heel of the user comprise an interchangeable
holder in order to hold any said tool to the same said means for attaching said tool essentially below
the heel of the user.
55. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 54 wherein said interchangeable holder
comprises a blade B which has at least one hole, and which is hold in a slide of an interchangeable
tool attachment and is locked by a pin P which enters into said hole.
56. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 54 wherein said active part comprising at
least one conical tube capable of punching and removing soil or turf cores in order to make holes in
the ground.
57. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 56 wherein said conical tubes are not
adjustable on the body of said tool.
58. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 57 wherein said body of said tool
comprising a plate.
59. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one conical tube capable of punching and removing soil or turf cores in order to
make holes in the ground secured to a plate and an interchangeable holder.
60. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 58 wherein said tool comprises a bag for
collecting said resulting turf cores defined in claim 11.
61. A leg-operated garden, activated in vertical direction, tool comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one conical tube, secured to a plate, capable of punching and removing soil or turf
cores in order to make holes in the ground and a bag of claim 11 and an interchangeable holder.
62. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 58 wherein said tool comprises a bag for
collecting said resulting turf cores defined in claim 15.
63. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one conical tube, secured to a plate, capable of punching and removing soil or turf
cores in order to make holes in the ground and a bag of claim 15 and an interchangeable holder.
64. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 56 wherein said conical tubes are
adjustable in the horizontal direction on the body of said tool allowing to adjust the distance
between the made holes.
65. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 64 wherein said body of said tool
comprising two transverse bars adjustable in horizontal direction to which said conical tubes are
mounted.
66. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and conical tubes, adjustable in the horizontal direction, which are mounted to two transverse
bars adjustable in the horizontal direction too, allowing to adjust the distance between the made
holes and an interchangeable holder.
67. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 66 wherein said interchangeable holder is
as defined in claim 55.
68. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 56 wherein said conical tubes are
adjustable in the horizontal and vertical direction on the body of said tool allowing to adjust the
distance between the made holes and their depth.
69. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 68 wherein said body of said tool
comprises two pears of transverse bars adjustable in horizontal direction to which are mounted said
conical tubes - adjustable in vertical direction.
70. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and two conical tubes mounted to two pears of transverse bars, allowing to adjust the said
conical tubes in the vertical and horizontal direction in order to adjust the distance between the made
holes and their depth and an interchangeable holder.
71. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 70 wherein said interchangeable holder is
as defined in claim 55.
72. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 56 wherein said conical tubes are
adjustable in the vertical direction on the body of said tool allowing to adjust the depth of the made
holes.
73. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and conical tubes adjustable in the vertical direction on the body of said tool and an
interchangeable holder.
74. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 73 wherein said interchangeable holder is
as defined in claim 55.
75. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 54 wherein said active part comprising at
least one conical planter capable to penetrate the soil in order to make holes in the ground.

different number of conical elements threadable one to another and to said body of said tool in
order to modify the length of said conical planter and to be able to do a variety of depths of the

adjustable in the horizontal direction on said body of said tool in order to adjust the distance

comprises a transverse bar to which said adjustable conical planters are mounted.

means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said tool;
at least one conical planter including different number of conical elements, threadable one to another
in order to obtain a variety of depths of made holes;
a transverse bar to which are adjustably mounted said planters in order to obtain different distances
between the made holes; and
an interchangeable holder
80. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 79 wherein said interchangeable holder is
as defined in claim 55.

adjustable in the horizontal direction on said body of said tool in order to adjust the distance

85. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 54 wherein said active part comprising at
least one shaped knife capable to penetrate into the ground in order to cut the turf.
86. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one shaped knife capable to penetrate into the ground in order to cut the turf and an
interchangeable holder.
87. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 86 wherein said interchangeable holder is
as defined in claim 55.
88. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 85 wherein said knives are removable and
they are mounted to the opposite side of a plate on which the conical tubes for coring the turf are

89. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one removable shaped knife capable to penetrate into the ground in order to cut the
turf, which are mounted to the opposite side of a plate on which conical tubes for coring the turf are
welded and an interchangeable holder.
90. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 54 wherein said active part comprising at
least one shaped knife capable to make deep penetrations into the ground in order to execute slicing
turf cultivation practice.
91. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one shaped knife capable to make deep penetrations into the ground in order to
execute slicing turf cultivation practice and an interchangeable holder.
92. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 91 wherein said interchangeable holder is
as defined in claim 55.
93. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 90 wherein said knives are removable and
they are mounted to the opposite side of a plate on which the conical tubes for coring the turf are
welded.
94. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one removable shaped knife capable to make deep penetrations into the ground in
order to execute slicing turf cultivation practice, which are mounted to the opposite side of a plate on
which conical tubes for coring the turf are welded.
95. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 54 wherein said active part comprising at
least one shaped knife capable to make shallow penetrations into the ground in order to execute
spiking turf cultivation practice.
96. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one shaped knife capable to make shallow penetrations into the ground in order to
execute spiking turf cultivation practice.
97. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 96 wherein said interchangeable holder is
as defined in claim 55.
98. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 95 wherein said knives are removable and
they are mounted to the opposite side of a plate on which the conical tubes for coring the turf are
welded.
99. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one removable shaped knife capable to make shallow penetrations into the ground
in order to execute slicing turf cultivation practice, which are mounted to the opposite side of a plate
on which conical tubes for coring the turf are welded.
100. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 54 wherein said active part comprising at
least one removable plate in order to compress the soil.
101. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one removable plate capable to compress the ground.
102. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 53 wherein said active part comprising at
least one conical tube capable of punching and removing soil or turf cores in order to make holes in
the ground.
103. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 102 wherein said conical tubes are not
adjustable on the body of said tool.
104. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 103 wherein said body of said tool
comprising a plate.
105. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool and at least one conical tube capable of punching and removing soil or turf cores in order to
make holes in the ground secured to a plate which is also the body of said tool.106. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 104 wherein said tool comprises a bag for
collecting said resulting turf cores defined in claim 11.
107. A leg-operated garden, activated in vertical direction, tool comprising means for attaching

tool and at least one conical tube, secured to a plate, which is also the body of said tool, capable of

collecting said resulting turf cores defined in claim 15.
109. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching

tool and at least one conical tube, secured to a plate, which is also the body of said tool, capable of

adjustable in the horizontal direction on the body of said tool allowing to adjust the distance

comprising two transverse bars adjustable in horizontal direction to which said conical tubes are
mounted.
112. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool, a plate which is included into the body of said tool and conical tubes, adjustable in the
horizontal direction, which are mounted to two transverse bars adjustable in the horizontal direction
too, allowing to adjust the distance between the made holes.
113. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 102 wherein said conical tubes are
adjustable in the horizontal and vertical direction on the body of said tool allowing to adjust the
distance between the made holes and their depth.
114. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 113 wherein said body of said tool
comprises two pears of transverse bars adjustable in horizontal direction to which are mounted said
conical tubes - adjustable in vertical direction.
115. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
tool, a plate which is included into the body of said tool and two conical tubes mounted to two pears
of transverse bars, allowing to adjust the said conical tubes in the vertical and horizontal direction in
order to adjust the distance between the made holes and their depth.
116. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 102 wherein said conical planter
comprises different number of conical elements threadable one to another and to said body of said
tool in order to modify the length of said conical planter and to be able to do a variety of depths of
the made holes.
117. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
?ol, a plate which is included into the body of said tool and conical tubes adjustable in the vertical
direction on the body of said tool.
118. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 53 wherein said active part comprising at
least one conical planter capable to penetrate the soil in order to make holes in the ground.

comprises different number of conical elements threadable one to another and to said body of said
tool in order to modify the length of said conical planter and to be able to do a variety of depths of

adjustable in the horizontal direction on said body of said tool in order to adjust the distance

comprises a transverse bar to which said adjustable conical planters are mounted.
122. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising:

at least one conical planter including different number of conical elements, threadable one to another

a plate which is included into the body of said tool;
a transverse bar to which are adjustably mounted said planters in order to obtain different distances

123. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 118 wherein said conical planters are
adjustable in the horizontal direction on said body of said tool in order to adjust the distance
between the made holes.
124. A leg-operated garden tool as defined in claim 123 wherein said body of said tool
comprises a transverse bar to which said adjustable conical planters are mounted.
125. A leg-operated garden tool, activated in vertical direction, comprising means for attaching
said tool to the heel of the foot of the user, means to hold said tool to said means for attaching said
