Cette invention a trait à un agencement de plancher sanitaire pour salle de bain, buanderie ou analogue. Ce plancher (1) comporte au moins un dénivellement dirigé vers au moins un drain (5) du plancher. La couche supérieure dudit plancher (1) est constituée de carreaux (2, 3; 4), au nombre de deux au moins, distincts mais contigus et de forme rectangulaire, l'un au moins de ces carreaux (2) renfermant un drain (5) de plancher. Chaque carreau respectif est pourvu d'une face inférieure (7), parallèle à la chape (6) soutenant les carreaux (2-4), et d'une face supérieure (8), s'inclinant selon un angle prédéfini en direction du drain ménagé dans un carreau, qu'il s'agisse du même, venant d'être décrit, ou de n'importe quel carreau adjacent.

The present invention relates to an arrangement for a sanitary floor in
bathrooms, laundries or the like, said floor (1) comprises at least one fall
of the same towards at least one floor drain (5). The upper layer of said
floor (1) consists of at least two separate, adjacent, rectangularly formed
block elements (2, 3; 4), at least one block element (2) of which comprises a
floor drain (5), the respective block element having a lower surface (7) which
is parallel with a bedding (6) supporting the block elements (2-4) but an
upper surface (8) which inclines or is inclined a predetermined angle towards
a floor drain provided in the same or in any adjacent block element.

Claims
1. An arrangement for a sanitary floor in bathrooms,
laundries or the like, said floor (1) comprises at least one
fall of the same towards at least one floor drain (5),
characterized in that the upper layer forming the floor
(1) consists of at least two separate, rectangularly formed,
adjacent block elements (2,3;4), at least one block element
(2) of which comprises a floor drain (5), the respective
block element (2,3;4) having a lower surface (7) which is
parallel with a bedding (6) supporting the block elements
(2-4) but an upper surface which inclines or is inclined a
predetermined angle towards a floor drain provided in the
same or in any adjacent block element.
2. An arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in
that the floor (1) formed by the block elements (2-4)
comprises at least two corner block elements (4), each of
which having two falls, which are inclined towards each
other and the rest consisting of block elements (3) only
provided with one fall towards one and the same direction
with the exception of a block element (2) provided with a
floor drain (5).
3. An arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in
that lower elements in the form of spacers (9) having
mainly the same bottom area as the block elements (2-4) are
mountable under the actual block element for obtaining of
smooth passages to adjacent block elements.
4. An arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in
that each block element (2,3;4) is formed with groove and
tenon at least at adjacent edge sections.

The present invention relates to an arrangement ~or a sani-
tary ~loor such as a ~loor ln a bathroom, a laundry or the
like, said ~loor includes at least one ~all o~ the same
towards at least one ~loor drain.
Today a bi~ problem is to provide sanitary ~loors having
enough and correct ~all to a ~loor drain provided therein.
The most common method is to cast the ~loor or ~111 up the
same with concrete so that a ~all is ~ormed in a direction
towards the ~loor drain. It has been ~ound very di~icult
especially a~terwards ~or example during repair to create
said top casting or ~illing so that the out~low towards the
~loor drain ~unctions satis~actory without having water to
remain in pools in di~erent locations on the ~loor sur~ace.
During new construction one o~ten uses pre~abricated wiping
rails inclined towards the ~loor drain, which are removed
a~ter that a ~irst casting is carried out and wherea~ter the
marks a~ter the rails have been ~illed up by concrete. This
has been ~ound to be very expensive and time consuming.
The object with the present invention is to provide an
arrangement ~or a sanitary ~loor o~ the type mentioned above
by aid o~ which the drawbacks stated above have been elimi-
nated. The distinguishing ~eatures according to the inven-
tion are stated in the ~l~tms enclosed.
Thanks to the invention it is possible in a very easy way to
provide a sanitary ~loor having a ~all towards a ~loor drain
made in the same which me~n~ that any problems no longer
exist what concerns a correct out~low. The ~loor can be
mounted on an already existing even supporting sur~ace and
the method using castings in di~erent stages is no longer
actual. A~ter mounting the block elements ~orming the sani-
tary ~loor the ~loor is ~inished to serve as a support ~or a
sanitary carpet o~ plastic material or a suitable type o~
clinker or tile ~loor. A special treatment o~ the block
elements is not necessary a~ter mounting the same since the
respective block element is pre~abricated but they o~ten

only need to be cut of~ along the edges turned towards the
outer walls o~ the room in ~uestion and in the case o~ large
~loor sur~aces the outermost elements only have to be raised
to a level which is the same as adjacent elements by aid of
special spacers. In the cases the dif~erent block elements
forming the ~loor in their edge sections are provided with
groove and tenon is guaranteed that a correct passage in the
same level can be provided without a ~illing up casting
afterwards, which is an advantage in the case that the ~loor
later on shall ~e covered by a plastic carpe~.

AS can be seen from the drawing an embodiment of the inven-
tion re~ers to a sanitary floor L, such as a floor to a
bathroom, laundry or the like, said sanitary floor consists
o~ a number o~ separate, prefabricated block elements 2, 3
and 4. These elements are in the example illustrated o~ a
sguare ~ormation. One o~ the block eleme~ts 2 comprises a
- ~loor drain 5, towards which the upper sur~ace o~ this ele-
ment inclines in a predetermined angle ~rom the respective
outer edge. The block elements 2-4 are supported by a
bedding 6 against which their lower sur~ace 7 contacts and
extends parallelly. The upper surface 8 of the block ele-
ments 2-4 is to the contrary inclined a predetermined angle
or inclines towards the floor drain 5 included in one or
some o~ the elements.
In the example illustrated the floor 1 consists o~ five
corner block elements 4, each o~ which is provided with two
inclinations which are inclined towards each other along a
diagonal over the element in guestion. The ~loor 1 ~urther
comprises twelve ~lock elements 3 which o~ly are provided

with an inclination towards one and the same direction and
~inally the block element 2 provided with the floor drain 5
itsel~ which has ~our sur~aces which incline or are inclined
towards the ~loor drain 5.

Spacers 9 are used in order to have the outermost mounted
block elements situated in level with and ~orm smooth pass-
ages to adjacent block elements, which can be or an advan-
tage in the cases o~ larger ~loor sur~aces, where a bigger
num~er o~ block elements are re~uired. The area o~ the spa-
cers 9 corresponds mainly to the block elements.
The block elements 2-4 can also be provided with groove and
tenon in their edge sections in order to achieve smooth and
in o~e and the same level lying passages between the
di~erent block elements 2-4, which can be especially suit-
able i~, ~or example, a plastic carpet shall be mounted on
the ~loor ~ormed by the block elements.
